Gel manicure done on Thursday. By Monday they were peeling off. The color quickly discolored to a faded almost tie dye looking orange (original color was peach). Do not recommend.

Came in with my sister and we were both seated at the same time but I had to have my gel remove so he soak them on acetone and then he gets up and starts talking to another customer meanwhile it 10 min later and Im still sitting there, while my sister is almost done. He then sends over a young lady, so she start to file my nails and the man comes and tells her to go do another client. At this point he was continuing the removal of gel. I was very upset at this point, and told him to finish removing the gel and thats all I wanted was the gel removed. And then charged me 5 dollar for his service. Very, very unprofessional. Not once did he apologized. Im finding a new place for sure.

Excellent experience. Salon is clean and very comfortable. Staff is courteous and do an awesome job.

Service was horrible asked for gel paint with square shape acrylics and was charged 75 dollars. The shape was not square looked like bell bottoms with rounding on the edges. I had to reshape my own nails. Thank God it was acrylic paint. Very disappointing for someone who has recently moved to the area. Don’t waste your money at this business.

Great customer service, if you make an appointment you are in and out within 30-40minutes (for a pedicure service). They use great products, their service is worth every dollar!

I had to tell the technician to wash hands in between clients and she was going to use dirty instruments!! I walked out be careful very dirty !

I have been going to Red Carpet Nails in East Longmeadow for over 10 years. I have always had a great experience. They have always taken their time and Ive always been happy with my nails. The foot rub and shoulder massage is just an added bonus! I usually get the Blueberry Spa Pedicure and Spa Manicure with gel polish. I am extremely rough on my hands and the gel manicure usually lasts about 2 weeks. I have used other places every now and then when Red Carpet was closed, but usually dont like it as much as Red Carpet.

Staff was very friendly professional and organized!! Treated me and my daughter amazingly!! I haven’t got a pedicure this good in a while service was so complete my feet feel brand new!! Totally in love!!!

I had a great experience here. My nails look awesome and the pricing was excellent. $15 for a regular manicure is one of the lower prices Ive seen in the area. Overall, I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice manicure!

I have been going there since the week they first opened 10 years ago. I am never disappointed! They are clean and professional. Jenny ensures every customer is satisfied if an issue ever arises. Would (and I do) recommend to anyone looking for manicure, pedicure and waxing.

Great service! The stuff is very polite and professional. It also a quiet place to relax. Nobody talks loud. Some places are too loud for me. They talk their business with customer or another stuff member. I just want peace and quiet at these type of places.

Dont pay with a credit card! I got an awesome pedicure done there and was very patient waiting almost an hour to get my toe nails done, but when I went to pay with my card the lady swiped it five times and said it wasnt going through. I paid with debit and now Im getting charged five times on my credit card because she swiped it so much! I recommend if you go here to only pay in cash or a debit card. Now I have to settle a dispute with my credit card company.

I like this shop. They are quick, and they do a fantastic job. Pay in cash and get a discount.

I came here 2 days in a row, First day was a blueberry pedicure, that was amazing! Second day was a paraffin wax manicure, it was also amazing, my only things are they left me for 45 minutes inside heating gloves, the young girl who was my tech was obviously new and cut me. My nails weren’t cut, clean or filed correctly. When finished I had to ask for a clear coat. My clear coat was already lifting away when walking out the door. When finished both days the payment process was very pushy. I have no problem tipping I’m actually a very avid tipper, but you shouldn’t ask for a tip, or feel obligated to tip. I would not recommend a manicure here.

Was clean, but my nail tech wasn’t the best at painting. I will try them again because other than that I got an amazing pedicure.

Went here on a whim. Im glad that I didnt read the reviews before I went or else I wouldnt have gone here. It was one of the best pedicures Ive ever gotten. I was pleasantly satisfied.

This was my first experience

My nail tech was so sweet and I hate to give a bad review but it had nothing to do worh him. They still use UV lights to cure the polish. After having my nails done and a few flowers painted on, I had a sun burn on my hands. I still tipped over 20% bringing my total to $95. (When I first walked in I informed them that I did not have cash, only a card) the woman never thanked me for the tip or said anything friendly. She firmly said.... Next time ... you tip cash over and over until I said okay.

It had been my favorite place to get my nails done but my last three experiences with Jenny were less than relaxing. She speeds thru the mani while at at the same time answering the phone, greeting customers and doing gift certificates. I loved this place for the extra massage but with Jenny it’s about 30 seconds of shoulder pressing and 10 seconds of lotion on the hands. Not one second was relaxing. She looking towards the next person to sit in her chair and not even paying attentive n to the one in her chair. After the last three experiences, I will be finding another nail salon.

I loved it, Mr. Hun aml did my padicare and I loved it it was excellent, I felt sleep in chair.Every time when I go there I dont have to wait and they do extra little rubbing in my arms feel great I am also bad in picking color he helped me ... I love it and I wont you to go and enjoy ..

Went there on Tuesday and 3 of my nails have chipped. My gel manicure didnt even last a week.. such a waste of 35$. That will be my first and only visit.

Worst place to go bad service..when its time to close they dont care if you have been waiting they dont want to take care of you. Also seems like they are use to a certain customer base and judge people by race. They seem to think minorities cant afford there $60 gel full set. They dont acknowledge people who have never been there and let them about there services they just assume. Would never go back to this place.

Enfield location is awesome!!! The east longmeadow location on the other hand is not so awesome. When I walked in they were very confused as to my questions. All I wanted was a non gel polish for my feet and the matching gel polish for my hands. They were trying to use similar colors which isnt what I wanted. The lady assisting me needed assistance and was very careless to help ensure I was satisfied. She asked me if I was a member I told her yes in enfield and she had no clue what I was saying so she just ignored it .Her name was Nina. I sat in the pedicure chair for 6 mins and she was not fully completing her tasks. She skipped a few steps and was half doing the job. Unfortunately had to request another lady as I. Wanted a great job done for the prices for a pedicure The second lady that took over did a nice job.

Gave me the best lip wax I’ve had for the cheapest price I’ve paid! Def going back.

Will never go again. I felt like they gave me bad service cuz i was Hispanic. They messed up my eyebrows. And when i ask them how much is fill they looked at me like they wanted to reply, out of your range limit. Worst place ever!!
