I went to several different nail spas in the area and had 3 manicures in a month, with the first two places my nails chipped within a week and I didn’t love the shape. Even though the other places would fix my nail if it chipped, it was a pain to have to keep coming back. This set of gel nails that I have from glamour nails is still holding strong and it’s been a week. Plus I get tons of compliments on them. The woman that did my nails was great, she was patient and did exactly what I wanted. I wish I could remember her name, it may have been Mia. I’ll definitely be back.

I am Extremely unhappy with service today. Nail technician Lilly felt entitled to chastise me as IF I was her child… for unintentionally failing to call ahead and cancel a recent appointment. I’ve always arrived for every appointment scheduled….Her tone, energy and approach was beyond disrespectful! Nail services felt rushed. I except full responsibility for not being able to cancel a recent appointment within adequate time… However this is not the first time Lilly has been rude with her approach during service. Her behavior is inexcusable and completely unacceptable! and for that reason I will not be returning for further services or recommending her as a technician at Glamour Nails. It’s unfortunate and she’s lucky I chose to remain composed while addressing her behavior.

I got a gift card for this place so I decided to go today just to change my color. I read the reviews and was hoping that my experience would be great. Unfortunately I wasnt happy with my result. I was told to choose a color and when I did they didnt have that color. I wanted ombre but they couldnt do that because its gel. So I asked for gold glitter designs and they couldnt do it. The technician (rosie) had bubbles in my nails,parts of my nails werent even painted, I had to tell her once that there was more space on my nail that wasnt painted and so she went back to paint it. In the end my nails looked like its already been a week. The paint is so far from my cuticles omg. I also made an appointment in the am for a 1230 slot but when I got there I wasnt even on the schedule . I asked for a nice gold design but got a funky design with a weird heart. It looks like my niece did the design. Not happy at all. I still have some money left on my gift card so I have to go back but Im not happy at all.

Got a Spa Pedicure on Monday September 20th and it was terrible. The tech (Lee) did not push my cuticles back nor did she cut any skin. Fake filed the toes, fake scrubbed my feet with the pumice stone. My feet was only in the water for about five minutes and it was out the entire time. Nearly burned me with the hot towel and hot stones. I had to go home and redo my feet because she absolutely didn’t do anything different to them. I do not recommend this salon.

I’ve discovered this place within the last few months in between classes at BPU. My first two visits were beyond amazing and I was very satisfied with how my gel manicures came out. However, my third visit was not good at all. I was not pleased with the way my gel manicure came out- I had the black color on my fingers and around my nail, some of them were thicker than others and lumpy, and there were dust marks under the top coat of a few. I asked for a refund because I needed to get back to school, however they said they couldn’t give my money back but could fix my nails for free. The woman (I believe Hannah?) put more coats of the black and top coat onto my nails and filed a few spots flat. However, they’re still lumpy and thicker than before. I also have top coat on the skin around my edges of my nails. I do not plan on coming back and will find a place near my home. The pictures attached are after they were fixed.

Only 3 stars because they were clean and the staff was very nice. Booked a manicure and got my nails painted but no manicure. The manicurist skipped right over soaking my nails & cutting cuticles but I was charged for a manicure when what I got was really a color change. It was also a sloppy manicure. Nails not neatly and fully painted and there were bubbles under the top coat. It felt rushed which was strange because my appt was booked and it was one of the first of the day. Again the staff was very nice but the quality wasn’t good.

I love this place. I am from Boston area i was trying to find a perfect place for me as i moved. I was trying to find some who did my nails nicely that I do not need to worry a day, week or 2 weeks later is was bad/destroy . To come to conclusion, I found it. I do my nails with Rosie for the past few months.. Rosie is a lovely woman. FYI: She give the best massage. But I know most important you want to know she does a great job doing pedicures and manicures.

Ive just been to Massachusetts this April. And by a stroke of luck, Ive found this nail with this spa feeling to it.Im really impressed and amazed how beautiful and cleaning this facility is.*Youre afraid of the chemical smell that your noise will running if you inhale some by chance? Worry not, the store is well maintained and cleaned up every day as well as having a lot of AC, you will feel like youre in the country side. Trust me, I have a really sensitive noise but I dont feel uncomfortable in here even a single time. ✓*You worry about the stuffs employee keep reusing until you dont have a clue what they were like before. In here, I saw everyone just throw it in the trash and take a new one when theyre done. ✓* Ever have a feeling that you want to go to the store and have a drink while youre enjoying the service but only can afford the services cost so you have to bear with the urge to order the drink which not a thing in here. I and my friends take a bottle or 2 cokes everytime we visit here for a little cost of nail service, to the point I feel instead of going to the convenient store or coffee shop, why dont I come here for free drinks ? Its not work like that but you know,close enough. ✓The services, however is a little bit pricey if youre not familiar with the store yet. Nonetheless, your money in here is really worthy. Not only the manager is friendly but also listen to your opinion and will try to make things better for you so you dont feel like you just talked to some invisible aliens or yourself. Just be polite, contributed and civilized when you voice your opinion.One time, I have an appointment and have wait longer than expected ( 10 minutes, Im that picky and a nuisance I know) I complained to the manager because my mood wasnt good that day so I tried to blow my steam, but he just politely apologize and asked employees to pay more attention to the waiting and appointment guests. Which is really better the next time I come. If the store is too crowded ( on Saturday and Sunday) you have to wait for sometimes but you will be noticed for the waiting time.✓The employees in here are really friendly, polite and curious which make great conversationalists. Unless you try to give them a hard time and pick a fight for no apparent reason, they will treat you like a king/queen. So if you want to relax and/or have someone to talk to, feel free to come here but be noted that some employees will rant a lot if you tickle their spots, you have been warned :v ✓If your birthday is the day you visit the store you can get discount to the point, it makes the owner goes sour (50 % of total services) but you need to have some requirement first( read the note in the counter) before jumping into conclusions and go rampage later. HALF of the money to pay, what a deal right ? ✓Last but not least, if you ever stumble in here and dont have enough money and need to buy a birthday present for ur kids so they wont throw a tantrum at you for a whole year. Theres always an ATM at the right corner of the store. But you will be charged extra 0.50$ for withdrawal the cash cause people always want to take more money in your pocket these days so be careful.( Again Im a cheapskate and picky)TL/DR: If you have some spare time, want to enjoy life and make yourself more fashionable simultaneously, especially the lady, I really recommend you come to this spa nail store, you wont be disappointed and can even find your cup of tea for your whole life, who knows right? Just have my head if things turn sour on your experience.

Rosie did such a great job! I had the best foot and calf massage ever and my nails were flawless. I love Glamour Nails because they are so clean and really do promote a peaceful environment. The tools they use for their manicures and pedicures come in sterile packaging that they open up in front of you at the start of the appointment. In the past 12 years since I started getting manicures other salons always caused me to develop oncholysis after a manicure and this is the only place that this has not happened to me. This is my second time coming here for a manicure and first time for a pedicure and I’m very happy with the service. They give a discount for using cash and have lots of promotions on their website as well!

Way too thick, next day middle finger falls off. I tell trini unfortunately my nail tech that they were too thick she says that was so they dont fall off and look it still fell off... as Im trying to explain whats wrong with the nails the really rude Chinese girl at the front yawns unnecessarily loud.. she only fixed 4 nails that came out just as bad Im so disappointed that I literally took the time to write this in their parking lot smh if you charge 45 the nails should look like 45 I couldve worn press on nails and have been more satisfied

Ive been going to Glamour Nails & Spa since it opened every 2 weeks or so. Staff is amazing, always helpful and social. It is the cleanest nail salon without a doubt. They offer a variety of services and never push you to do something you dont want to do. Selection of colors are amazing too! Highly recommend ☆☆☆☆☆

I came here today with my boyfriend and was immediately impressed with there set up! They have half walls in the areas where you wax and get pedicures! I don’t mind getting a pedicure next to strangers but I know people who hate it and they have 2 rooms where there’s two chairs for pedicures so you can be with your boyfriend or best friend and I also like a variety of pedicure options not just a basic and they even have organic! For someone like me who is trying everything organic now a days I was super excited about it and me and my boyfriend agree this place is really nice and the best place to go to! We’ll be back next month!

I came here for a full acrylic set, and my experience and result was wonderful! I needed to match a specific color on my prom dress, and they had a very wide selection of gel polishes, so picking one out was no problem. Trini was my nail tech, and she was very thorough and gentle, Ill be requesting her next time! My nails are absolutely perfect, totally smooth and comfortable and the place itself was welcoming and nice to be in. :)

Awful service. My cousin and I came in, with not many people in front of us. We waited a half hour, typical on a Friday afternoon, and one of the guys came over and told us we were next and that they were having somebody clean up first. Over a half hour later, we were still waiting. Everybody who came in after us went before us. I was very tempted to just leave. I went over and asked how long much longer it would be. The lady at the desk said only it would only be a few more minutes, and she took my cousin. I was still waiting, almost about 15 minutes. More people were coming through the door and being seated right away. My cousin also spoke up and mentioned I have been waiting a long time and they finally took me. We ended up being the last two there, leaving 2.5 hours after we got there(and a half hour after they closed). Also, when I was getting my toes done, not only did I not get the same type of service I saw my cousin next to me get, but the lady FORGOT to put on the top coat. I had to remind her that she didnt put it on. Also, my nails looked AWFUL after I left. The bottom looks bumpy. I had to tell her that she didnt fully paint one of my nails, and the end of my nails are very rough. It seemed like she was rushing because by the time I actually sat down to get my nails done it was almost time for them to close. Lets just say I will not be going back to this place. Such a total waste of my money.

I am very disappointed at the quality and safety of the gel manicure and pedicure I received 1 week ago. My pedicure was awful. The woman used a very harsh scrubber on the side of my feet where the skin is very soft. I had to tell her to stop as she continued to scrub the side and cut my foot. now I have a dime sized sore there. I needed my heals to be scrubbed not the sides of me feet. My heals still are NOT smooth. I also had to instruct her how to cut my nails and still had to come home and fix the length of my toe nails. The gel manicure barely lasted a week. I have four fingers that the nail polish has chipped and has completely lifted so I had to finish removing it. Now my fingers look rediculous with some painted and the others not. I will never return to that salon. Glad I went on my own and did not take my daughter with me.

I got a pedicure done yesterday and I didn’t sit long enough to get my nails dry. By the time I walked from the door to the car, one of my nails got smudge. I went back inside and fixed it for free although it was my fault. This is why I keep coming back, thank you Glamour Nails & Spa!

I got the spa pedicure and a gel manicure and absolutely loved it. They take their time and I love that they have you in a separate room. Worth every penny and I will be back!!

After going to one Salon for several years I decided to go somewhere a Little Closer. My hair stylist recommended Glamour Nails which is right next door to her building. I think these past two pedicures are the best Ive ever had! My new nail tech girl is named Trini. I will continue to see her on a regular basis. She really seems to know her stuff. She is very very thorough and takes her time

The facility was one of the cleanest nail shops I’ve ever encounter. They were extremely curteous and their customer service was amazing. I was in a rush and I had two workers giving me a manicure and a pedicure just to spare time. The only down fall is they’re a little pricey and the nails don’t really last long. I haven’t even had my nails done for a full week and they look like they’re Already starting to become outgrown. Other than that it was great.

Tried this place a few times now before deciding to leave a review. Front desk staff is very friendly, some techs not so much. Love that the pedi chairs are private but the other side is too cramped for my liking. Lots of color options which is great but each fill I got I had an issue with, from my nails not being shaped as I requested, sloppy painting. Afterwards my gel top coat peeled and nails lifting. My fill was done too thick for my liking despite me requesting of a thinner more natural look. Unfortunately Only thing I may come back for is a pedi.

My first time being here and i got the spa pedicure. The lady i had her name was rachel and she was the sweetest. The atmosphere was relaxing, and rachel was very gentle and really calm. This is the best pedicure i have ever had and definitely will be recommending to my friends and family in the area. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience!!

I rarely write reviews but as a first time customer and someone who rarely complains I wanted to share my experience. I chose this salon because my usual salon had an hour wait and I saw good reviews for here. I agree the staff are friendly and I was immediately seen with no wait. But my gel manicure was not good. The technician rushed through the entire service, was sloppy and rough (I am not overly sensitive either when it comes to filing and cuticle clipping). I had gel polish all over my skin, she didn’t go the edges and there were air bubbles in the polish. I will be lucky if manicure this lasts a week. Very disappointed in my experience and feel I wasted my money. I only gave two stars because the front desk staff were friendly and I was seen right away. But unfortunately I will not return or recommend this place.

Reasonable prices and friendly staff! I went in for my first nail appointment in a long time (first acrylic appointment ever!) and was confused about a lot of the process and I didnt feel like I was really guided through anything. I was looking for more explanation or assistance through each step of the acrylic nail process and was given dismissive answers that ultimately answered my questions, but in a way that led me to having more questions. The nails themselves seem fine to me, theyre strong and holding well. I dont think I have enough experience with acrylic nails though to speak to their quality, but theyre nice and I do like the way they look. Everyone at the front desk was kind, but overall I felt out of place and not welcome, but I suppose that comfort and ease comes with time and having a consistent nail salon that you return to. Ill likely look for other options before I settle at this one.

Place was ok everyone was very nice but I got cut twice and one was really bad and one day later gel nail polish was all ready coming off and two of my nails broke one day later for the price they charge my nails should be perfect. I went back to have my nails fixed and she did such a bad job my nails where so thick and again by the time I got home the gel polish was coming off again. I called the next day and the lady day the manager would call me back that day and it’s 2 days later and still not call I would not recommend

The girls here are so professional and kind. I came here for the first time and they instantly felt welcomed to come back. The organic pedicure is to die for I would seriously recommend.

I alway come here every 2 weeks or so. Thuy is my nail tech and I most likely always have a picture of what I want and she is able to accommodate me. She is the BEST nail tech there. Love her!!!

While the place is very clean and the staff for the most part are friendly. The service has been terrible the last two times I was there. A spa pedicure has now turned into a quick 20 min at best Rush job. Everything is fast you have no time to soak or even get ur massage on your legs. I was so disappointed today I gave no tip. Im not going pay & tip for half- ass rushed job. 😤😣

I have been going to Glamour Nails & Spa regularly for gel nails for about two years and I could not be happier with their services.THUY is my nail technician/artist and she is highly skilled; she does the best job on my nails that I have ever had. Her attention to detail is why I am so satisfied with her work. She makes sure the gel is not touching my cuticles at all before curing and she sculpts twice with the Dremel, once before reapplying the gel, and again after curing, which makes my nails look smooth and natural. She takes her time to be sure my polish is never touching my cuticles so it grows out beautifully and the gel never lifts. She is also a sweet woman and is very friendly. She always listens as I babble on about anything. I have only praise for her and highly recommend.Everyone at Glamour nails is very friendly and the spa is very clean and pleasant. They have many options for your nails and they keep up with technology. A+++

I went in for a pedicure a week ago and the lady used the cutical clippers WAY too much and made the skin all around my toes very sensitive. She also cut my toenails way too short and I now have a very painful ingrown toenail. They have cheap pedicures, but not worth it

That was unacceptable. Regular manicures chip and don’t last and it’s stupid to get just a regular manicure. The staff were speaking in both English and Vietnamese after making multiple offensive remarks to me. NEVER again! NEVER! Terrible terrible service. What a waste of money go somewhere where they show you a little respect. Even if it is just to get a manicure and some polish that doesn’t destroy your damn nail beds. I would have returned if they weren’t so rude cause she did a good job painting my nails. But anyone can paint my nails. I’m glad I didn’t spend more than a manicure there I would have been pissed!!!!!

Glamour nails has horrible customer service. Made an appointment for my wife over a month ago for her birthday. I asked if she would get the special and they said yes. Only for them to not honor the discount when she came in. They offered excuses and didnt back up their website. Will never go back again. Fix your website.

My regular salon (in CT, voted Best of Hartford several years in a row), is a long trip, so I decided to try somewhere closer. I went early to be one of the first there. I chose the organic pedi and a gel mani. I believe my tech was Lily (Im so sorry to say I am unsure of her name since leaving the salon :( . The pedi was relaxing and enjoyable. The private pedi space & choice of music is a step up from most other shops. She accommodated every preference I had (water temp, length of nails, pressure in the massage, and without hesitation she changed color when I didnt like my first choice, etc.) 5 stars for Lily.A few notes for the salon to consider... the color display is disorganized; it will be easier to find the right color if they are grouped by brand or by color groups. Is there additional parking? Reception wasnt really welcoming. It could be better. For example, quickly acknowledge clients when they come through the door. Give first-time clients a little introduction to the salon. I wasnt told I could browse/choose a color while I waited; it wasnt pointed that colors are displayed in more than one place; I wasnt told where to wait, and had to ask to find out its cash-only tipping. The salon experience begins at the front door - make it great from the start. I look forward to returning & seeing Lily.

Great customer service...They did an awesome job on my French pedicure

The nail technician that did my nails did not even do my cuticles and after 5 days my nails were outgrown. I have had the gel nails done at another salon and my nails last at the very least 2-3 weeks. I will never go back to this salon...Cute Nails in Granby, Ma does a beautiful job and I will be going back to their salon.
