Kelly is amazing! never had any issues with her doing my nails and I am very particular.

I come here every couple of weeks and have had nothing but great experiences!But I am shocked that people are saying that they went into an Asain owned and operated business and demanded they speak English. Seriously, they arent talking about you. Get over yourself

This is my go to spot for nails and pedicure. Staff are great- especially Amy for nails! Friendly, clean environment, always accommodating.

This is about my fourth time coming to Kelly’s nails. The reason that I have returned here in the past is how convenient the location is in the center of town and there has never been a wait. However, today will be my last day returning. The greeter at the front is very nice each time I have came here. The rest of the service is awful. Last time I came here, the lady doing my nails didn’t speak at all. That’s fine, sometimes it’s okay for me if the quality of nails are up to par. They were ok, but I was getting a gel manicure and did not get a hand massage or anything really besides the gel. I unfortunately got the same lady again. This time, I was completely rushed when choosing a color. I felt as though she was not happy about doing my nails which is weird since that is your job... My biggest concern is that she failed to removed my nail polish before putting on the gel. By this time, I just wanted to get out of there. I will not be returning.

This salon, not only is beautiful and very clean. Every single person I encounter was very friendly and kind. The salon is very cute and comfy .Im soooo thankful I found a wonderful nail tech! Kellys Nails & Spa is the best!!!

First time going and experience was terrible. My nails were all different shapes and lengths. When I explain to them that I didn’t like my nails they stated my finger do like that. Price was $40 for a full set. My mom had hers done and had acrylic on the sides of her fingers. The guy tried telling her she needs to oil her cuticles.. this was the worst experience ever. Then they was taking about me in their language. I asked them to please speak English and was told that the girl doing my nails knew no English. However, she was talking to me in English about the prices and trying to get me to get a pedicure. I will not be going back. They just lost 2 customers.

I have been to this along 4 times already since they opened and have had exceptional service every single time. I have never had to wait to be served. The technicians have been attentive and friendly. It is now my go to nail salon. I have an appointment tonight!!

Definitely won’t be going back to Kelly nails again. The nail tech knicked me with the drill & I started bleeding; he didn’t say anything. They also don’t give you a manicure, its more of a polish change. It’s also obvious he was paying no attention, some of my nail doesn’t have polish on it.

They do an excellent job on my nails. quiet salon.

The worst pedicure ever!Worst service, all they do is speak their language looking at you! Their service is horrible. Kelly is the owner supposedly the best, NOT TRUE my nails were horrible, I got my nails done in gel by the third day the gel was breaking. Will never give them another chance.

I’ve done my nails with Kelly and Ni. Since before this new Salon and they are amazing 10 + yrs !! New location great service!

Was waiting for 2 hours. And when they finally took me the technician didnt even work on my nails for 2 minutes before getting up and doing somthing else ever other nail. Im top of getting my nails done for two hours all my nails were lopsided and the wrong shape. Sorry but dont go here.
