TERRIBLE experience. The staff is incredibly unprofessional and have no idea what customer service means or how to run a business. Highly unprofessional and rude and would not recommend at all. There are plenty of salons around town, don’t waste your time or money at this one.

My experience was good

They did not care for me or my family. poor lack in designs and nail plush, they left my wife unsatisfactory of service, and gave a horrible price, and my daughters nails were horribly unevenly. rats in bathroom. they did not even clean after they finished with my request. they are very unprofessional, would not recommend.

Absolutely wonderful service and stands out as one of the best nail studios I have ever been to. The employees are extremely sweet and attentive, and caters to whatever needs you require. The salon itself is impeccable with top-of-the-line equipment and a clean, bright, and friendly environment. Not only that, the quality of work there is magnificent with a huge array of services, and is guaranteed to put a smile on your face. I especially love working with Kim; she does absolutely phenomenal work.

Great pedicure and did a great job with my manicure; however, when I asked how much would be be for both a manicure and pedicure one of the ladies said $50. I thought that was great and all until in the middle of the manicure she said oh the other lady didnt know what she was talking about, its actually going to be $80, is that okay? Thanks for telling me after all manicure was said and done that you messed up on the price. I felt like I was tricked because they waited to say something to me until both were all done.

The ladies there wer so nice. It was clean and they treated my daughter to a pedicure although it wasnt asked.

The women who work here are so sweet and great at what they do! I come here often (mostly for acrylic) and I’ve never been less than pleased with the quality and service.

Advertising for walk-ins but not equipped for them. Stopped by on a Saturday and only 3 people are working. Told to come back in 2 hours. Took my business elsewhere.
