Weve used Suburban twice now to pump our septic tank. We got the same tech both times and hes great! Hes friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He was able to tell me quite a bit about our tank and how to best manage it as a much older system. I really appreciate him taking the time to review things with me.

I called with a backed up septic system. I had a house full of grandkids. SSS came. Very quick, the technician was very professional and instructed to assure all lines were cleared. My thanks again to SSS

I do not recommend suburban sanitation at all after being a customer of them for a couple years I recently had my septic tank backup due to them placing the filter in correctly which cause a filter to get clogged. I had to have emergency septic company come as all the waste was coming up to my yard. The company did knowledge that the reason for the clog was due to the filter being installed back incorrectly. When I called surburban to notify them of the mistake their employee made they did not want to take any responsibility for it. This company is only loyal to take your money. I would recommend other to search for another company before this happens to you or they ruin your septic.

Their septic tank report is COMPLETELY WRONG in my opinion. They said the age was 1983 ITS 1984!! They said the tank needed cleaning and it WAS CLEANED A FEW MONTHS BEFORE They CAME ITS CLEANED EVERY SINGLE YEAR THEY SAID IT WAS CLEANED TWO YEARS AGO-IT WAS CLEANED IN MAY 2019 BY LUIGYS SEPTIC IN MERIDEN-THEY SAID OUR System doesnt work and IT DOES WORK IT DRAINS AND THE LEACH FIELD IS FINE. Dont bother with these people IN MY OPINION.

Mark Snow and his team recently installed a new septic system at a home my wife and I purchased in Hebron. They were professional, timely and reasonable while keeping me up to date every step of the way. Suburban Sanitation has gained a life-long customer. Thanks Mark and the entire Suburban team!

Well, we bought a house a little over two years ago, and had no idea how to handle anything to do with septic tanks. Ours was due to be emptied, and we didnt realuze until it backed up into the basement tub and toilet. I called, confused, and the woman, I believe Jen, who answered was so helpful!They showed up, in meriden in the center of CT, in under an hour!!!! The technical DAN and JAY fixed the problem, cleaned out both tanks on the property, and was very helpful and informative about care and maitence tips (since I had no clue what I was doing or talking about! Haha) I also like that I will now get reminders too, since Im awful about remembering once yearly maintence stuff 😂Super helpful, fast, ad amazing staff. THANK YOU GUYS FOR SAVING THE DAY AND MY BATHROOM!
