Used them several times historically and referred to others...however today I spoke to someone in the morning and said they would be out to check on my backed up septic in my finished basement received a call finally after several follow up calls that day after hours saying they could not make it and to call another company. After paying an emergency after hours fee hopefully I will be all set! Not good business practice as I should have heard this during business hours to avoid another fee. As well as the referral company does not pump septic only works if it is clogged. Been using Redi- Roter for 15 years but that has ended that relationship as well as all my referenced customers.

Apparently the missed appointment mentioned on another review is more common than they thought. They blew off the appointment and dodged phone calls to check if they planned to show at all.The result of their irresponsible behavior kept more than 400K out of our accounts for more than two weeks and almost blew up a deal worth more than 1 million dollars.Do not use!

I called on a Tuesday, and they returned the call within 10 minutes. They then scheduled an appointment for Friday. Came on time, and pumped my tank. They also gave me a number of someone if I still had problem. I did, and now they are here too.

Great guy! Drained our tank and unclogged our sewer line! Good value!

Dan from Redi Rooter is excellent to work with. We have used this company for 18 yrs at our home in Marlborough and are moving to a new home and will continue to use them. They are professional and knowledgeable.

I would not recommend this service to anyone. The guy comes over doesnt have room in tank for my septic then following day doesnt show up like said or notify me at all! Thats not way you do business disrespectful

Awesome responsiveness and great overall experience! He educated my client on the septic system inspection and shared with us appropriate next steps as well as general helpful info! Nice, personable and dependable.

Update: Usually very responsive and pricing is reasonable. I appreciate that these guys will not pressure you into doing additional repairs before youre ready. They simply advise you of any problems they find and let you decide if you want to pursue it further.I had an issue with them missing an appointment, but I think it was an extraordinary circumstance.
