Today was my first time going to this salon, and I had an awesome experience! Bree was so friendly and easy to talk to, and did a wonderful job cutting my hair! I have very curly hair in a pixie cut, and she trimmed and shaped it so beautifully! She is very talented at what she does :)

Got right in and Hannah gave me a great haircut

Now I realize that we are in the middle of this pandemic but I called as required and made an appointment for myself and my son. We showed up early and called to let the stylist know we were there as required to do. I was told to wait in my vehicle and we would be called as soon as soon as they finished up with the two customers inside. Well one customer came out and we continued to wait after some time had passed I called to be sure that they were able to cut our hair as it was getting close to closing time. I was told we were next and it would be twenty minutes so we agreed to wait. In the meantime another customer shows up and they came and let him in and I went to let the stylist know that we were to be next and I was told the customer had an appointment and was a head of us. They should have told Us there was another a head of us but instead they just left us out there for over 55 minutes. Well we left without a haircut. I think so organization is in order along with some honesty. We will not be going back.

Emily did a fantastic job. I wasnt sure what I wanted to do and she gave great advice. I cut off around 12 inches which she cut so that I can donate it to wigs for kids. Love that I can call ahead to check in. Highly recommend!

Always a great place to go to get your hair cut. The staff is amazing, personable and very talented. Ive been coming here for seven years and and never had a bad experience.. I would however recommended checking the app first because they can get quite busy on certain days.

I tried Supercuts for the first time. How bad could it be? I have thin very easy to manage hair and all I want it to cut a few inches off, straight cut, maybe a little angle around the face. Simple right? It took 3 cuts to get it to the length because when I said around shoulder length, she heard trim twice. Once after physically showing her the length. Wish I couldve seen the back where she was starting to cut. Fine, third time is a charm. Until you get home and actually look in the mirror to find that it is completely uneven and the left side is longer than the right. Who knows what the rest looks like. Guess that will teach me to pay more and stick with the good salons, not the convenience of a walk-in. She was at least friendly... Guess that one thing that she had going.

They cut my hair. It was more price than I prefer to pay, but not way out compared to many places. Staff was friendly enough.

Reggie was the guy who cut my cjs hair. He did great. Nice to see someone who took his time and made it a pleasant experience.

Ive come here many times, I do not recommend coming in on a Saturday, there is only 3 girls working and you have to wait OVER an hour. If you do a check in on the app, you better show up at least 10 minutes before your appt. Otherwise plan to wait. Dont even think about just walking in off the street on a Saturday. Plan on waiting at least a hour before you get into the stylists chair.

Got a Wonderful hair cut here. Lady doing my hair was great, I asked questions as to what would look good and she was honest with me and I was so happy with my hair!

Called in to get a time frame to get my husbands hair cut. Was told they were not busy and the lady who answered the phone asked for our name to put us on the sign in sheet. When we arrived there were 2 customers being worked on. We were told 20 minutes. 40 minutes later we are still waiting, No one had check in with us or spoken to us after telling us 20. We left hair uncut

They listen to what you want and do it right

It was my first time coming here. I was really nervous because I have VERY thick, big, wavy hair and ( Im looking at YOU GreatClips!!) Haircutters in the past have completely and totally botched my hair. No reason to worry though, Emily is an actual hair ARTIST! Ive never had such a thorough, knowledgeable, and wonderful hairstylist as her! She is a very kind and sweet person-if you are a talker you will have pleasant conversations with her, and if you are someone on the quiet side she will let you appreciate the peaceful atmosphere of the salon. All in all I highly recommend you give Supercuts a try; she makes the experience!!

Megan is great but I have had 2 bad experiences with other stylists. They cant seem to cut my hair how I ask them to.

Bcuz my hair is messed up, not cut the way I ask for it to be cut.

Even though I checked in online when I walked through the door on time I was told to sign in on a pad and have a seat because two people were in front of me. That was the only thing said to me in the 45 minutes I waited for services. I was so irritated I just walked out the door without any services received . Ive been here several times in the last couple years and have never been treated like that. Very unprofessional.
