Disappointed with the service or lack of I received today. Was given a wonderful intro by a young lady at the door who then uunfortunately turned us over to a guy who was told by her what we were needing then said absolutely nothing to us. It’s like we were trying to sell ourselves the phone. Guest service is an important quality to me but it seemed inconvenient for him when I was asking him questions that required him to put down his phone and check. We went in with a plan to get a new line and phone and left wanting to change providers all together with no phone or new line.

Great staff! And caring individuals!Claudia Ovalle went above and beyond! I had issues with my bill for over 2 weeks that call care wasn’t able to fix but she did in 2 days! Need more employees like her who actually care about customers.

Went there today and there was no one greeting at the door, there was a long line and nobody knew what for some people just wanted to pay their bill others where buying products and others where asking for service questions and no one had answers very disappointed too bad they moved by favorite sales person from this store had to call him at his San Antonio store to help me

Thanks to Joakin, I will keep the internet device the I have.He has and used 2 attributes that are severely lacking in the industry - patience and technical problem- solvingI fully expected to be told call this number... but Joakin actually listened when I told him that I was deaf (wear special hearing aids) which are not phone-compatibleHe took many explained steps and fixed the deviceThanks, Joakin!

Consistently abysmal customer service. Zero effort made to solve issues that require any work on their part. Customer service rep refused to check status of my wife as authorized user despite being given the solution provided by AT&T customer care. Wouldnt even pick up the phone to check because that would require effort. No help from the manager on duty, Mario Trevino.Logged formal complaint with corporate office. Well see if there is any resolution or if this is just AT&Ts corporate mentality.

We just moved to this area, and on December 5 we were desperate to get our phones on a business account, changed over from another carrier as quickly as possible. We needed to have reliable cell phone service, especially in connection with my husband’s work in remote areas.The day prior, I went to an “authorized retailer” but they didn’t know how to service business accounts. So I called the main office at AT&T and the rep there screwed everything up, mailed me the wrong hotspot and put me on the wrong plan. Meanwhile, my husband was working in management at a new job, in a remote area, with no reliable phone service.Dec 5th, I called seven different stores in my area, and the staff at Eagle Pass were the only ones to answer their phone. I started working with Chelsea and she saved the day !! I drove 42 miles to deal with this in person. Chelsea and her manager Roque went above and beyond the call of duty and after several hours of undoing the previous wrong arrangements and doing them right, we had a working hotspot and two iPhones and an iPad that we’re on the right plan and functional within a couple hours. The staff I worked with there was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Chelsea even gave me an easy way to reach her after this transaction, in case I ran into any glitches. I am very grateful to them for getting us up and running!The only negative I saw was that of nine signs advertising specials and services in the store, only one of them had any English on it at all. I would’ve expected them to be in both languages so close to the Mexican border, but for me to not be able to read them at all, made me wonder who they think their demographic is at that store.

Careful with this place they will screw u over just to make a sale now we have two new iphones that aint working and cable and internet that dont work any more and a bill of 2.000$ after 3months cuz the worker entered our name inccorect it was flagged as fruad and now we been stuck like this for 3months more so ots been almost 6 months and no one will fix or help us fix the name issue now its affecting our credit and we are getting billed still their employee committed fruad using our names so I guess thats at&ts costumer service

Yesterday my boyfriend moved all our 7 lines to att from tmobile. The gentleman there told us we had the option to trade in some of the phone for an upgrade with zero down ofcourse depending on the condition of the phone and what phone we choose. The same day we traded 2 but since it was past closing the guy told my bf he can continue with the process the next day first thing.We went the next day as agreed, rep wasnt there and we were told we had to give a 30% down on each trade and we would get it back as credit. The guy that helped us stated that it should have all been done the same day and they should have told us. They called the manager for an override and he didnt honor what they promised either. This was unethical. I understand its just an authorized store but they have to go by Att standards!
