No office in my town

Had 11:00 appt. showed up at 7:30 p.m. left boxes without installation. Called for status at least 9 times during the day. Nothing but excuses every time. Crew from New Orleans sucks.

The WiFi never works! Its always down and its starting to get really annoying. We pay for a full months worth of internet and cable for the whole 2 days that it actually works! Fix it or give people their money back! What kind of company is this? I am so done giving them my money for something completely useless. Currently typing this NOT using spectrum services. Why? Maybe because it NEVER works. Youre welcome!

Its alright sometimes🙄 but it always goes out and it stopped working out of nowhere and its annoying because I have homework to do.

Worse cable and internet EVER! It would be an upgrade to not have cable/internet at all... They refuse to acknowledge that there is a problem and/or fix the problem. Constantly without service. It has been going on for 3 years. I live in the Dorel Apartments and am forced to be with TWC / Spectrum. I complained and they gave me a 97 cent credit (yes...97 pennies) for my inconvenience.

They are nice and courteous, they try to help you all the time.

Iam very disappointed in Time Warner Cable.I have had cable for 15 years and had very few problems.However, recent problems with my old underground cable made it necessary to replace it.TWC laid the new cable on the ground and assured me that they would expeditethe burial of the cable since it waslaid across a road, preventing myself and employees from accessing our shop.That was over 2 weeks ago, now after lying to me about 2 scheduled dates in which they never showed up, they are telling me it could be another 3 weeks! Very poor way to run a business!Iam looking into other options.

Ive been using their service for about 4 months and have had no issues. Speeds seems to handle everything I need it for.

Really bad service. Connection is never stable, it might last a couple of hours or it might last less than 10 minutes (usually the case). Paying $60/mo for this sub par service. Only reason I havent switched is because there is no other internet service provider in the area.

Internet is never constant and always goes out.

Terrible wireless internet line, it is always disconnected, it has already been reported on several occasions and according to we have a very good line And that everything works very well.Sometimes I have to connect my laptop directly to the computer to be able to use the Internet.Wi-Fi always goes away on cell phones. We opted to not even use it on cell phones.Today it was reported again and they tell us that we have a very good signal and we try to use the Roku Even on the television that is about 3 meters from the computer and router and a message appears saying that it is connected But that it does not transmit a signal because the our internet speed is poor.It does not give signal range throughout the house.

The promotional prices are very good. But when it ends you have to pay a lot. And there are few options to change your package so that it is cheaper.And if you want to suspend the service.They charge 50 usd to do it. If you dont have them then you can put up with it and continue with the service.
