I just want to say how over the top happy I am with the ring that Travisdesigned for me! His workmanship is superb, as is his customer service! He went out of his way to do what I wanted and I truly appreciate that. So I am getting married in a couple of months, and we have been getting our ducks in a row, and one of the things that hadnt been checked off yet was *my* ring... We had already gotten Liz her ideal ring a few months back, and it needed to be sized down half of a size... we also had a few other small things that had to be done jewelrywise (engagement ring needed straightening, a couple of watches that needed a new battery).So I brought all of these things in to this store because we were running errands and Id called ahead to see if they were open (this is during a quarantine) and they were. We went in and we met Travis, the owner/jeweler, discussed what I wanted in depth... and tbh, my ring actually IS something that is really, really important to me, it is the single piece of jewelry that I am going to be always wearing for the rest of my life.Travis went *out of his way* to be helpful with us, getting us the quality of white gold that I wanted and more durable (frankly more valuable, too) stones than I had originally sought while keeping within the budget that we were constrained by. I am not going to tell you precisely what I spent for a bespoke wedding ring, here, but I am INCREDIBLY happy with the result; in the pictures below, it is the white gold band with the three blue-green diamonds.I never, ever felt like I was being upsold; even the times where we did move up in quality it wasnt at a burden to my wallet, and I am left with a piece of jewelry that I am super proud to wear. It is exactly what I wanted, and there is no way I could have gotten that by looking online. The service was fantastic, the end product is fantastic, and I know where I will go for any future needs.(Its back here. Because it was a great experience.)

This has been my family’s jeweler since I was little... like 40 years probably .. Rick and my dad could talk for hours and I think everything we ever got in jewelry was custom made. My husband on the advice of my dad 5 years ago had my engagement ring custom made by Travis! Then the wedding band too. I will have to post a picture later. Travis and the crew are always extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful...can’t wait to have an addition onto my wedding ring. I can’t recommend a better place to go for jewelry.

They are so great here! They made replicas of a ring my grandma had so the granddaughters could all have one. I got it in 2016 and have worn it everyday since. I did break it about a month ago, and they fixed it for me and got it back to me right away. Then it broke again a week ago, I brought it in and they got it back to me 2 days later. Seems even sturdier now! Very grateful for their team and the work they do!

I had a bracelet repaired here. It was done way ahead of time. The staff were SUPER friendly, the work was phenomenal and the cost wasnt that bad either. I will definitely go back.

One of my little diamonds came out of my wedding ring . where I had bought it has closed. So I brought it to Waldeland and they did an amazing job, it didnt take long and it was inexpensive. I am so glad I found this place. I will def be back.

Two thumbs up! If I had three thumbs Id up them all. My husband dropped off my (pretty nice) watch for a new battery and to have the woven stainless steel band repaired, if possible. Battery replacement- easy. Band repair..... they re-wove the stainless steel band so it would quit snagging my shirt cuffs. It was a totally acceptable repair that will get me through until I replace the band. I am more than satisfied. I was in a hurry when I picked it up (did I say very reasonable charge for services rendered?) Im looking forward to returning and perusing the jewelry.

At last, an incredibly talented jeweler who is honest, helpful, and reasonably priced. A rare find in todays world of big box jewelry stores. This is the only jewelry store I will deal with from now on. Worth the drive no matter where you live. You will be given equal attention for a small repair or a major purchase. FANTASTIC Service! Skilled Staff! I stopped here on a whim . . . needing a link removed from my expensive ceramic watch band. I was immediately welcomed by a friendly lady who asked me what I wanted . . . said we can do this . . . double-checked my request . . . and had me on my way in less than 10 minutes!!! I recently brought in a watch that I ordered on-line and not only did they find out what was wrong with it (could not be fixed without replacing the crown), but the personal service was amazing. I drove from Saint Paul and wouldnt go anywhere else. Very knowlegable and courteous!!

I had an heirloom ring that needed diamond chips and I asked Travis to try and keep the price down so he suggested cubic zirconia chips. When I went to pick up my beautiful ring, it had real diamond chips in it. Its simply beautiful. He did an excellent job and tried to get it done as fast as I wanted it! I love waldeland!

I brought my crashed wedding ring of 32yrs. Asked if it could be save or do I need a new band? (sorry I do not remember the name who help me)He said no problem, he would check with the gold smith first, but it could be fixed while a waited. No problem, looks great, and they did not charge me to fix it. what fantastic place.

I came in with a ring that I knew nothing about. The gentleman that helped me told me what it was made of, what it was worth, and offered to clean it up for me. The staff was very knowledgeable and very friendly. They answered all of my questions and I walked out having learned a lot. Go experience the customer service for yourself!

About 10 years ago or more I asked my good friend of a reputable jeweler and she suggested Waldeland jewelers in Eagan. ( my husband had passed away in 2001 and we had matching wedding bands and I wanted to combine the diamonds into one band so I took it to Waldeland jewelers and told them what I was thinking and they made one gold band with 10 diamonds in it. My oldest daughter is gifting me a trip to Ireland next week for my birthday and also to celebrate my husband/her dads life and I wanted the wedding ring to be sized for my middle finger. I took my ring in and asked the jeweler how long it would take to resize the ring and I explained my situation. He assured me he would have it done before my trip. The same day that I took my ring in to be resized I had received a call from Waldeland jewelers that afternoon telling me that my ring was ready to be picked up! I was thrilled beyond belief that they made sure that ring was done in time for my trip! Thank you Waldeland jewelers!!!! I will definitely tell anyone that is looking for a good, reputable jeweler to go to WALDELAND JEWELERS IN EAGAN!!!

Highly skilled, amazing customer service, and great prices! I had an engagement ring that I needed to have resized. However, when the ring was originally purchased (from another retailer in another state), I was told because of the invisible setting of diamonds along the sides, it could not be resized. I first went to a chain jewelry store, who quoted me $125 and said they would stretch the ring. Then I went to a locally owned store in Eagan, who wanted to charge me $450 (this was to also include rotating the prong setting slightly, as the setting was a little off center and the diamond had a small crack). I went to Waldelands and the girl at the front counter initially told me that they dont resize invisible settings, but she had Travis come out and speak with me. I could tell immediately they were not trying to make money off me, but wanted what was in my best interest. They were trying to talk me out of it, because the integrity of the ring could be compromised by resizing a ring with an invisible setting. After we talked for about 20 minutes or so (they are very patient and throrough in providing options and information), Travis decided that since I wasnt going up more than a half or full size, he could file it down as a comfort fit. He said he didnt want to change it too much, and we could just go incrementally, because making it smaller again would be very difficult. So, I came back a couple days later, and it fit! He said that if I wanted it bigger, he would not charge me any more. I decided to make it a little bigger. A couple days later, there it was. Beautifully shined, diamands still fully intact. And if I had gone to someone who would have stretched it, or cut it, the 16 diamonds down the sides of the ring would have fallen out at some point. Also, he said that the crack in the center diamond shouldnt be touched. Dont touch the prongs, and certainly dont try and move the setting, or we risk the diamond coming loose, and with a crack, thats not so good. So, all in all, it only ended up costing me $50. Ive never had personal service like that, and their knowledge was incredible. Dont go anywhere else. My first jeweler broke my diamond when tightening the prongs, and the other two jewelers I almost went to would have ruined the ring, not fully understanding the delicate nature of an invisible setting. Now, I have my ring back, it fits beautifully, and I would recommend Waldeland Jewelry to anyone! And Ive never written a review before...I did it just because the service was so stellar. Thanks for letting me wear my beautiful ring again! Cant say enough for the service and honesty of Waldelands!!!!!!!

Took an extremely long time to fix or give me an update on my watch. But the manager was nice enough to fix it for me without charges cause it took more than a month.
