When I was looking for a wedding set for my soon to be wife I went to Kay Jewelers. A lot of the other jewelry stores were understaffed so we werent able to get the help we needed. However when we came to Kay Jewelers Shannon made sure we were taken care of, she was very patient and found us the perfect set we wanted. I have since then bought a necklace for my other half and also received great customer service. Shannon makes sure she keeps her word and that means a lot to me. I like their layaway policy for those that may not want to apply for credit. We were buying a house and I couldnt apply for anymore credit cards but layaway worked perfect, thanks Shannon and also the store manager for making our experience at Kay a very special one.

The customer service was great!! They went above and beyond to help us and even ordered us a necklace that was supposed to be online only. Not just that she gave us the store discount online doesnt offer. My girlfriend and I will definitely be back.

I went in to get the chain on my necklace fixed, waited about a week to go in and pick up my necklace and next even 24 hours later the chain broke again!! Awful craftsmanship I will not be coming here again.

From being welcomed immediately after walking in, they listened to what I was looking for and patiently made several suggestions until we found the perfect piece of jewelry. This Kay was one of the best jewelry stores ive been too in a while. The man who helped me, Julian, was very knowledgeable about the business, and the process of buying jewelry. I have a budget and he was trying to get me the ring I wanted within that budget and was doing everything he could do get me the band that I wanted. I wasnt looking to buy just yet and they were very respectable about that as well. This is a great Kay outlet.

Richard (Rich) is AMAZING!! Me and my husband have had the pleasure of working with him on several occasions now and his customer service has always been top notch! He truly cares about his customers and has gained a long term customer because of it. The rest of the staff is also very nice and pleasant.

I just stopped here today to look at some watches for any good deals. They actually had the watch I had been looking at online and was able to purchase the watch at a very good price. The whole staff working there was extremely nice but the manager Loren was honestly one of the nicest people Ive ever met. Im really happy to walk away with my watch for a good price. Thank you!

GO HERE! Look here first, save yourself some time. Austen Franklin turned a stressful and discouraging search into an easy and exciting find!I had decided to go with Kay for an engagement ring a few weeks earlier, and opened an account. Since then I had gone to a couple different Kay stores and spoken with several different reps and managers and gotten some confusing and contradicting information, so I was a little discouraged. I finally found a ring we LOVED and called the Eagan Kay Outlet store to ask about it 4 days before my visit. Austen answered and was very careful to provide me clear information and find out exactly what I wanted. He then called another department and worked for almost an hour on getting me exactly what I wanted. The other rings he showed us made it obvious he really understands peoples style preferences. When we came into the store a few days later, he immediately greeted us, and I dont think his face was without a smile the entire time. One of the nicest and most helpful salespeople Ive ever worked with. He made the experience very easy and very fun. He made sure all the decisions were completely ours, and made us feel very confident with them--paid close attention to my girlfriends preferences, too, and ended up helping us get a discount on re-setting it with my girlfriends favorite cut of diamond. Austen really knows his stuff and is a smart sales strategist, but you can tell he cares about his customers, too, and takes pride in giving the best service.

Julian and Richard were a pleasure to work with. They went above and beyond to get me the help I needed! Even went the extra mile and cleaned some jewelry that wasn’t even purchased at this location. They were not pushy or overbearing in the slightest. I for sure will come back if I need anything else jewelry related!

Terrible service. Never get a watch repaired with these people. The first time they lied about the arrival stating it had just got in that day only after I called and asked about the status. I then looked at the papers and found out it had actually come a week prior. The second time having to call 3 times for a status update because their staff never called me back after stating that they would. Again to find out it had come a week ago! Terrible customer service.

The older lady that works here is so unfriendly and so unpleasant. I was looking at some rings, noticed a watch my husband might like. Decided to go get him to see the watches and see if he likes any of the rings I was eyeing. We came back in there and she was just standing at the other side of the store not doing anything, looked over at us a few times and did nothing to acknowledge us. There was a nicer lady busy helping some others. We waited about 5 minutes and my husband just turned around and left. Well, he bought a watch at Movado in the same center and another watch at Helzberg Diamonds. I bought two diamond rings I LOVE at Helzberg Diamonds. Will definitely not be going to this awful store.

This used to be the best Kay Jewlers I have been to in a long time. The staff was friendly and helpful. Now they have new management and it is awful!!!!! The staff is rude and condescending. Time to cut up the Kays card I am done trying to find one that cares. All I wanted was my 6 month inspection and a cleaning. The store was empty and I apparently was an inconvenience to girl working.

They did a great job finding me the ring that made me cheese from ear to ear. Treated us great

A couple months ago and complained to corporate about the way the manager spoke to the employees.Popped in yesterday to listen and see if things had changed; just called and cancelled my kay card, I wont support a company that allows their managers to treat their employees like what I have witnessed twice.Shameful
