Today I left the store with a huge smile on my face after having a wonderful almost 3 hour shopping experience with Joseph helping us!! Lost a lot weight, needed to resize but was unsure I could with my ring design. Was told I might not have a even break in my ring design because of much it would resized, I was ok with it. More important not have fall off my finger. When I came in to get it, as seen in pictures it was resized perfectly in fit but design. Master Jewelry Mr. Long was able to redesign ring to it original design from the resize and give the ring its original texture also. Simply amazed by it and service. So glad I discovered this place. I took an old ring in and they designed a new one that is absolutely gorgeous. Everything about it is beautiful from the design to the setting and the stone. Best of all, price was less than half of other estimates. Joseph could not have been more gracious. Will definitely return and maybe get more rings for family members.

Went to The Jewelry Exchange to fix the setting on my wedding ring and to replace the diamond that had fallen out. We also had another diamond that was larger that we were thinking of using instead. Winter was our Sales Consultant and she and her associates went out of their way to provide excellent customer service. Of course I had them show me many more options than what I settled on. Everything was explained in great detail so I understood what I was doing and how certain choices may work better than others. After I decided what I wanted (same setting with the larger diamond we had in a four prong setting) we left to go pick up a few items. Forty-five minutes later my ring was finished. It is stunning. I would go back here again for any jewelry needs. You will not be disappointed.

For our 20th Wedding Anniversary my husband decided to upgrade the diamond in my ring. The Store Manager Joseph, was so helpful when we went in and helped us pick out the perfect center stone and they were able to place it and redo my other tips on my wrap. I was able to keep my old center stone and am in the process of creating a necklace with that diamond.This was all done while we were there and we were able to walk out with my new setting all within about an hour. We will definitely be a returning customer at the Jewelry Exchange in Eagan. We went today to shop for a pair of diamond stud earrings for my birthday. We were immediately welcomed and shown to where we could find the best value for our money. We never felt pressured or hurried to make a decision. We worked with Adrian, he was wonderful. We opted to upgrade my earrings to a basket setting. We were quoted we could have them done in 15-20 minutes, so we went sat and waited in our vehicle. We set a time for 15 minutes. About half way through we saw Adrian walk out of the jewelry lab, so we decided to go see if they were done, they were! We walked in to find Adrian packaging them up for us. My husband announced they were for my birthday, Adrian offered to wrap them for us! What a wonderful experience! Having no pressure to buy was great and totally unexpected. This place is amazing!! I have gotten every piece of jewelry I own there. They know my name and treat me like family. Their jewelry is inexpensive but definitely not cheap. They also do exchanges for example my husband got me diamond earrings but I was unable to wear them so I got 2 diamond bands instead. I have unfortunately lost a gem out of a ring and they replaced it for me free because it was within the 1st yr. I WILL keep going back again and again love it here.

I found The Jewelry Exchange in Eagan nearly 10 years ago. Since that time, my husband or I have made numerous purchases from them. We purchased my original engagement diamond and setting, upgraded my diamond, purchased a new setting to which Joesph suggested making an adjustment to it, which we did, it is great! We purchased new wedding bands for both of us, and diamond earrings. Joseph and the entire team there have always been amazing in their ability to understand what youre looking for, even when you cannot fully explain it. I am writing this review, which I typically do not do, due to the custom piece Joesph helped me with. My husbands original wedding ring was his grandfathers wedding ring. Over the years the ring became misshapen due to its age, and with an added knuckle injury he could no longer get the ring off. He ended up needing to get the ring cut off. I brought the ring into Joseph, to see what I could do with it as a gift for my husband. They are the only ones I trusted with this very old diamond ring. What he designed is an absolutely beautiful pendant my husband is now wearing around his neck. There are not enough words to share my gratitude for Joseph sharing his gifts with us.
