I came into the store a few days ago to ship. My review is about three associates. The first associate, Alecia, was very very rude with me and had an attitude the entire time. I felt unwelcome and like she was annoyed. I left with my shipment because of the rude customer service from the female employee. I came back later in the day to print a few things off, and to try and ship my package out again. Two different employees from the first, Kim and Jessie, helped me on both occasions. They were very friendly, and answered every question i have. I had to print from the communal computer and Kim helped guide me through it. Jessie helped me with my shipment, and was even able to ship my package for my grandkids out at a cheap price!! I highly recommend going to this ups shop vs going to FedEx. Terrible prices. It is good to know that there are good employees out there. I will look forward to coming this location more! I am not giving it a full five stars due to the first employee, but instead my stars go towards Kim and Jessie. Thank you for your support!
If I had chance I would give this store zero stars... worst customer service . This is my second time bad experience because I gave them benefit of doubt first time... fits time I went to ship a return item to another store and even after I gave them exact directions on what to look for to print label they are not ready to listen... then I went to another store on cliff road which is similar and he know what he is doing and was able to ship my item... same thing happened this time even for amazon returns .. for some unknown store I can understand the confusion but amazon returns you might have been doing for several and if you still don’t know what to do... you should not own the store or work at it... word worst experience ever

I came in on the 12 of September, and there was one lady in front of me. There was only one cashier, Jesse. The lady was very upset over the prices of her shipment. She started raising her voice at the cashier, telling him that he should be fair with the prices and its absurd she was being charged High for a simple shipment. The entire time, Jesse kept a calm voice and politely explained to her the prices. She left and when it was my turn, he apologized For the wait. I had an easy Amazon drop off. He told me we had to transfer to the other till, since his till ended up freezing. The entire time he apologized and was very helpful when i asked questions about sending a package outside of the States. I left very satisfied with my experience. I want to thank the management for training him and for being a great business. I even found out they do poster printing. As for the cashier, i wanted to thank him for doing an excellent job! I highly recommend this store for anyones shipping needs! I will be coming here for most of my shipping needs! Thank you UPS! And thank you Jesse!
The company has exorbitant prices. Your printing policy is terrible, charging customers not just for printing pages but also for the computer use per minute. Just terrible! Would you account for slow processing of your computer or that the printer ran out of pages in the middle? No. Bad experience. Also, cant understand $14 cost for sending a document 10 miles away.
Asked to have the label printed by store. The girl put in the wrong email. So it wouldn,t send. So I paid to have my email print it off and was charged for it . I think your employees should know to double check their typing when the email dont send.Also no gloves were worn.No hand sanitizing
Anne and crew were amazing in helping us design our wedding RSVP cards, Invites, Programs. They were incredibly quick and kind with our changes and fixes and making suggestions to help us figure out what we really wanted. When we finally figured out exactly what we wanted, turnaround time was amazing.I couldnt have found a better team of people to help out with our wedding and will continue to count on their expertise for all of my business and personal needs.

I stopped in to return an item from Amazon, but the code they sent my phone wouldn’t work! The owner was incredible patient and helpful in helping me figure out how to get a proper label . It was totally Amazon’s fault the code they kept sending me didn’t work, but with Ann’s help... we figured a way to print it there!!Great store!!!

I had an amazon return to send back as well as a few gifts for the holidays. The customer service was excellent and my packages arrived in pristine condition. They packed them well and considering they were ceramic cups, I was quite worried. The cards are hilarious and the customer service was top notch!! Great experience :) definitely will return!
I had graduation invitations made with a photo and was extremely pleased at the quality. The design was nice and the owner Anne incorporated our school colors into the design. Her attention to detail is great.
I love this store, I called and asked for a few things to be printed last minute and they had it done in an hour. I have used them for printing business cards, shipping and banners for birthdays and other events. Hands down the best customer service in town!
THIS PLACE IS TRULY UNCOMMON! Anne is a brilliant business leader, graphic artist and designer….. fun to know, and kind to her employees. Every visit I have had, and there have been MANY, every phone call and there have been MANY, has been very efficient and more enjoyable each time. Awesome service and very quick printing turn around! Im a total procrastinator and when I needed business cards printed in one day before an event, this location came through! I placed an order at ~3 in the afternoon and my products were printed, packaged, and ready for pick up by 11am the next day! They were so great to work with!!
Went here to get my resume printed, when I looked at my order that evening, I saw that the resumes were not printed on good resume paper. After returning to the location to get the problem solved, I was told that there was nothing the employees could do, and I was directed to email a complaint. The next morning I met with the owner, (who took my original order) She was inflexible, and unwilling to admit to making a mistake with the order. She only offered to return half of my original payment. I am not happy with the service, or the attitude of the owner, and will not be giving my business to UPS in the future. I went to FedEx, and got my resumes printed on the correct paper, for half the price, I also received the resumes instant, unlike UPS where there was a 45 minute wait.
Horrible Service! went in there twice and the second was worse than the first. The first time they had an amateur which is fine but this girl LINDSEY was acting as if she was Gods gift of intelligence on earth. She was so arrogant. It took her 30 minutes to do my transaction. She couldnt figure out something and it was probably an wrong entry issue but it took her forever and day to figure it out. The lady she asked for help couldnt figure it out either!!! I understand that things like that happen but I didnt hear either one of them utter a small sorry or a courteous smile. Thats not the worst part though: these people told me that my package would arrive in 4-7 business days when it actually was the service for 6-14 days. But thats not enough, my package contained $300 worth of merchandise that was for someones wedding. The package sat (and is still sitting) in CHICAGO for 12 days and never got parceled!The second time I went in there and same issues: girl couldnt figure out what buttons to push and was acting like it was my fault. She called some bald jerk to help her; again 20 minutes later they figured it out and instead of apologizing this man had the nerve to crack totally dumb jokes about how incompetent they were as a team.
If any store, especially a UPS store, can’t afford the cost of a piece of tape and feels the need to charge their customer $1 for that piece of tape then that tells you something about their customer service.My time to write this review is worth more than a dollar but it’s worth making it known to other customers. They will charge you a $1 for a piece of tape. I will never go there again and will continue to go to the location on Cliff.
The store supposedly had knowledgeable packing experts. I brought in a hand made two step stool that I made and wanted UPS to package and send to my granddaughter in Pennsylvania. The person that packed the stool only used plastic air bags to secure the shipment. When it arrived, the stool was severely damaged, although the box appeared to have no or little damage. I really have to question the adequacy of the person who packaged the stool using only air bags. It should have been packaged with Styrofoam peanuts, which certainly would have provided a much higher level of protection. Considering that I paid a premium price to have UPS package my stool, I didnt get anywhere near the quality that I thought that I would receive. Based on this, I would not recommend having UPS pack any valuable item for shipment. Very disappointed.
This UPS Store has done a great job for me over the year since Ive started using them! They are one of VERY few place that can/will do round corners for my business cards! They are very intuitive of my business needs as well, such as, they recommended a thicker stock to print my cards on which increases my professional image. I have had a number of people ask me who does my cards as they are very impressed. I have been proud to tell them that Anne at the UPS Store does my cards and am hoping I can get them more happy customers in the future!
This store has the most unfriendly staff I’ve ever met. They lost a package of mine and when I called to find out about it, they said it was my fault that they didn’t give me proof of drop off. They cut me off as I tried to explain the situation to them. Also if you feel like standing in line for 30 minutes to drop off one package because they only hire one person behind the counter then this is the store for you! Awful customer service. I will be using Fed Ex from now on

Ive probably shipped out of this location 50 times over 15 years but no longer will I ship UPS from here. I had one shipment returned (they didnt deliver or hold it for my daughter to pick it up), they called me, then lost the package there, only found it after my second trip. When I asked for my money back, I was told we are only a franchise.Despite this, went back again, they cant accept corporate account numbers. Again, the only a franchise. Drive to 3 miles to the hub. Friendly, helpful.
Ive been in many times over the past month to mail back returned items, and they have been wonderfully helpful and friendly at this store every time. I was also pleasantly surprised that they had no problem notarizing a document on the fly, whereas I would have needed to call my bank in advance to see if a notary would be present. Fast, friendly, and helpful. Ill definitely be back.
Ive been to this location twice in the last 2 weeks for notary services. Was told I did not need an appointment. Both times the notary was not available. Very frustrating and would suggest visiting another location for notary services.
The print department here is one of a kind. Other stores are not the same and dont measure up. Will be coming to this location for any more printing needs
My business wouldnt succeed without this specific UPS Store and neither would my marriage! When Im running late (most of the time), I show up, the UPS Store Employees see my truck and they immediately get the shipping label ready for me. This Eagan store is all about efficiency and I appreciate it! ....and it saves my marriage because it gets me home sooner. Love those guys!
The entire Team at this store is helpful and knowledgeable and can get any job done very well! Great service for great prices. I have been impressed with how many things they are able to do for my business.
Anne and her team are incredible to work with, they have repeatedly bailed me out on several occasions where I didnt leave enough time for the print job to be completed. Top notch service! The last time, I needed a banner printed, in less than 24 hours. Her in house equipment was busy, but she was able to get it done through another partner store within a matter of 3 hours!! I take all my printing here.

I always receive fast and courteous service from this UPS store. As a small business owner it is very important that I can delegate a task and know that it will get done right away the first time. This location, its owners and Brittany has delivered on every task right away.
This store advertises having a notary service. I drove 30 minutes just to have it done and they told me that the person who does it is not in the whole day. Dont advertise a service your not consistently going to provide.

Horrid customer service. The woman working had a terrible attitude. No hello, thank you, or have a good day. Only dropping off items which were already labeled, could not get any easier for decent service. Store is supposed to be locally owned, clearly not a good representation of us from Eagan. Would not recommend this location.

I go here semi-regularly for printing, whenever I am assigned a design job that needs to be done NOW. The staff has always been gracious to me, despite how whenever I come in, they have to stop whatever they are doing to help me.

In my mind, Anne McClimon is the face of customer service. I always want it yesterday and Anne handles my jobs with grace and professionalism. Good work delivered when promised with a smile.
Over the past 6 months, when I drop off a pre- paid USPS package, I am always told: Let me see if we have room. Same situation today, was told I would need to bring it back tomorrow. When I asked why the issue with only taking one box of USPS I was told: Well we do not get anything for taking these pre-paids, so they are limited. Well, you will have one less customer to worry about now. If you offer a service, it is only a service if you deliver each and every time.

I had a very bad experience. They charge you to print labels. They don’t even keep a free tape instead they want you to buy full pack for 3 usd.There is fedex right accross the street. Go there.

Walked in to drop off two company boxes and lady inside wanted to charge me $1 to tape one of the boxes that had no tape. I told her if this is a policy because all other UPS stores have always taped all my boxes for free. Worst UPS store ever!!!!!!

Dont buy stamps here! Apparently they can charge a premium and not tell you. I walked out of the store- added up the math and realized they over charged me and walked right back in. They wouldnt return the stamps. They said they can charge more a book and all sales are final- even though it had only been 1 min. Poor customer service!
Pathetic customer service. Would not sell a large bag of peanuts when you could see that bag in the back because a manager wasnt working to bring it ten feet to the counter.
This ups store and delivery driver are a joke. I had a package that was being delivered he knocked on the door I was getting dress told him to hold on and he just drove away...I chased him down the street and he did not stop I called the ups 1800 number not even 5 mins latter and they told me I could simply pick it up from the location. The location was not helpful in doing so after many calls they came to the understanding that was not possible because the driver was gonna be out till 9 at night ( meaning he would be working at a minimum 12 hours if I was the first package he was dropping off witch to me was doubtful ) then the woman proceeds to tell me the drivers has lost my package on his truck. ( that makes me feel safe... jk) I feel as if the ups driver should have just left my package at the door considering it did not need a signature to be picked up. I have 2 more packages coming and I am hopping they do not go through this ups center. Extremely disappointed.

I have been using the UPS store in Eagan for 6-7 months. Amanda has done everything above and beyond what we expected. I own a landscape company and everytime I go in front of customers they always ask me who did my flyers and folders. Dont use the computer/Kiosk to print out your documents here, it is not working and slow, just counting the minutes and making money out of your pocket. I will definitely reach out to UPS to claim the bill.

My big issue is price, I had to ship a box of clothes, and needed a carboard box, 26x20x15 I believe the size, and the price just for the box was $13.00talk about price gouging, they probably paid a buck for the box. and they charge me $13 bucks.

I have been coming to this store for 4 years and was treated extremely rude today by the staff. I went to purchase a box for shipping and they attempted to charge me for tape. Even though I was paying for the box and shipping, usually the clerk would just tape the box for you.
