Mega tight docks, so super strict about appt times, but friendly people.Very good communication.Call before you show up to verify appointment time, my work scheduled me to be here an hour before appt time, and this has them all flustered and panicky.S/R office is about the middle of the building, but someone came outside to greet me and immediately gave me a door, though I was 2 hours early (unbeknownst to me, and him apparently).Pretty accommodating! 👍He said they have 3 busy times a year, evidently, early August is one of them. Hopefully during less busy times they dont have so many trailers clogging up docks, but I have no idea.

Almost impossible to fit a 70 ft truck and trailer. A driver has to jump the curb to squeeze into any dock. Even a single axle day can has hard time getting into a dock. They need to add at least 15 to 20 ft past the curb to make it reasonable to get into.

I paid $600 for a couch shipment, and was supposed to be delivered Friday of last week, rescheduled for Tuesday, and now trying to get a hold of anyone and their phone line is down. Extremely poor customer experience, and reliability. Would not recommend using them if I was a vendor.
