This was my first time shipping anything and it was my very expensive white couch!! Shipping from Minneapolis to Brooklyn.. Least to say I was very nervous but Tyler and the Navis team were so reassuring and helpful throughout the entire process. What could have been a nightmare ended up being a great experience. I would hire them again.

By far the best movers we have experienced, it was a very smooth move, they arrived on time, did everything possible to make it as quick as they could to keep us within the budget! Never experienced such a genuine movers in the past. Special mention to Taylor, he is the great and Kristina for helping us through. Navis - you guys are the best!!!

A group of college students from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities under my supervision shipped a disassembled timber structure for a national design-build competition in California. We contracted the shipping to the Eagan, MN location of Navis Pack and Ship, and paid $2,617.18 up front for the service, but is was delivered incomplete. Due to the tight schedule, as well as lack of access to tools and workspace, the students were forced to compete with an incomplete structure. As expected, this resulted in a severely penalized score. After working for an entire semester on this project, it was extremely disappointing that our outcome was severely undermined by Navis Ship and Packs poor service. The funds for this project were generated entirely by donations that the students obtained from engineering and construction firms in the Twin Cities, MN area. After weeks of requesting some degree of satisfaction or accommodation, Navis Pack and Ship refused to accept any responsibility for the items that were lost in transit. We will never use Navis Pack and Ship again, not only because of the poor service we received, but also because they did not stand behind the service they promised us. Our rating is 1 star because we cannot select 0 stars.

They set a long time on art shipping. Package took much longer to ship and transport than was promised. Would not recommend this company.
