Absolutely worthless. Why Bali Blinds uses these shippers is beyond me. Terrible tracking and no updates. Its been in town for two days now and no delivery. Weve been waiting weeks now.

I ordered a product from Sams Club on May 26th. Been monitoring it via tracking for weeks. Called Sams, Called Pilot..who have tremendous hold times and lack of answers and redirects. Sams shipped a replacement product on June 9th, it is now July 12th, and still dont have the product after multiple delivery dates promises made by Sams and Pilot. Truly a terrible freight company and I would avoid them at all costs. Not reliable whatsoever. I can order products from China on wish.com faster than this.

This company is so so so bad. I have a mattress that was supposed to be delivered on 9/2, got a call from a pilot rep on 9/1, saying the 2nd wasnt going to work and asked to reschedule for 9/4 to which I agreed. Well today, 9/3 I got a text from the matress company and pilot saying it was out for delivery. I went onto the website and that also said it was out for delivery. With that information I left work early as my delivery requires a signature. Both of the text messages and the website said it would be delivered between 11:00 and 3:00. Well, no delivery. So I called pilot and asked. The customer service rep placed me on hold then got back online and told me it wasnt arriving today but it should tomorrow (9/4). Now I have to take off work tomorrow for a delivery that should have arrived today according to 3 different sources. The kicker of this whole thing is that my mattress hasnt even arrived in my state yet according to the pilot rep? So, I am losing mo ey hand over foot because of this company and the best they can tell me is to call back if it doesnt show tomorrow.This company shouldnt exist and shame on Purple Mattress for using such a horrific carrier service. Paying a premium price on a mattress never felt so dirty.

Had a great experience!!! The mattress they delivered was almost 300lbs and delivered on time. The team was very professional and did a fantastic job. They made sure to give me a 30 minute pre-call as well. A difficult job that was done the right way.

I had a delivery appointment scheduled for Tuesday, June 2nd from 11:00 - 3:00. Pilot called me at 1:00 to reschedule for Thursday from 11:00 to 3:00. Not only was my sofa not delivered, but no one from Pilot contacted me with an update. When I called at 4:30, they said it would be delivered today. When I called again at 7:00, I couldnt even get through the phone lines were only allowing callbacks. Its almost 8:00 and I still havent heard back from them. I really wish that they would honor their appointment times, or at least have the basic courtesy to update you when something is delayed. After reading their reviews, it seems that this is not an isolated incident.

Mattress was supposed to be here on the 29th, and they never showed. Never contacted us in anyway. Then found out 2 weeks later we needed to reschedule the delivery they never showed up to make. Now it says the next delivery date is a week away. So 3 weeks of waiting in the end, with zero communication and never tried to make the initial delivery. Worst shipping by far. Never use this service if you want fast reliable service.

They never called to set up delivery. Delivery scheduled a week out at the earliest. Date it was supposed to arrive waited all day and finally called to find out they cant even locate the package. Very poor customer service, no apology, lack of response. Never again will I purchase something that utilizes this company.

Avoid at all costs, not on time, took 6 days for my delivery to travel 9 hours and then they still missed my delivery date and added two more week days for a total of 8 days. By far the worst shipping company I have dealt with and would not recommend to my worst enemy. Believe the bad reviews they will leave you disappointed.

Wouldve waited for a long time if I hadnt called them. I found out that they dont deliver in my area so another company has my mattress. That other company was supposed to call me to set up delivery. The people at Pilot that I spoke with were nice and got the place that was supposed to deliver my mattress to actually deliver it so Im thankful for that. My only complaint is that Pilot didnt contact me in any way to inform me of what was going on.

I bought a 300 dollar bed off walmart, they used this delivery service that i’ve never heard of before. I bought it may 2, it’s now june 4 and I don’t even know where it is. I called about 15 times, they only answered 4 times. The customer service is basically nonexistent, they all basically told me the same thing, they rescheduled but the date would come and no package yet. One transferred me over to a new number for information but i was sent to voice mail. I want my package or my money back.

Had appointment set up for Thursday of last week never showed up and I reschedule for Tuesday then same thing happened now it was supposed to be delivered the next Thursday a week later and nothing comes yet and then they call me and say they can’t find it. Would not recommend this shipping service

This is the WORST Delivery Company. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!! We ordered a NordicTrack Treadmill on 8/26. This company called and setup a delivery appointment for 9/5 between 3 PM - 5 PM. I took off work early to be there for the delivery and guess what, they never showed up and never called to say they were not coming. When I called to find out what was going on, the lady on the phone sounded confused, put me on hold and then came back on apologizing that we should have received a call to let us know they were not going to deliver and that our treadmill was still in transit to them and they would call to reschedule. Funny thing though, when I pulled up the tracking on our treadmill it shows they had it in their possession, so she was lying. It has now been two weeks later and we still have not received a phone call to schedule a delivery. I called them on Monday 9/16 and was told they would call us back to hopefully get us scheduled for delivery this week. STILL NO PHONE CALL FROM THEM!! The company we purchased the treadmill from said they have escalated this issue to the Managers at Pilot Freight to have them call me today. I will be very surprised if they do. Once again, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

No indication (yet) that this specific location is the problem, but I wouldn’t use this company again if it was my choice. I purchased a product from Dell and therefore had no idea this was the company that they used.The projected delivery date was 1/29. It shipped on 1/23, so not bad at all. However, online status was updated on the morning of 1/28 that it was at the Eagan location, so presumably nearing delivery. More than 48 hours later the status hasn’t been updated. I call the Eagan location and apparently the shipment is actually in Charlotte, completely contradicting the status updates. Now they say it will not be at the Eagan location until 2/3, so actual delivery date probably is a couple days after, so 14 days from original ship date, if lucky, for an air shipment from Miami to Minneapolis.The fact that their own technology has conflicting information about where the shipment is at is concerning, and ensures I would never deliberately use them again.

Avoid this company at all costs. I ordered a Nordictrack treadmill on 4/22/19. I have had nothing but issues with this company. Very disappointing. I have wasted hours of my life on the phone with them trying to actually have the treadmill delivered. First none contacted me to be delivered when I could see it was in town. Then they set up a day, canceled Tuesday and now was suppose to be delivered today, Friday between 8:30-10:30 and low and behold MY treadmill didn’t “fit” on the truck so NOW they are going to deliver it next Thursday because they don’t have availability until then. That seems funny when my specific order keeps getting pushed back but not others. Then all they can say is “I understand your frustration “. Not helpful when you cannot do anything about it. I usually do not write poor reviews, as I AM a business owner. With that being said, I go above and beyond to please my customers with amazing customer service. Unfortunately it’s not like I have a say in who Nordictrack uses for delivery.

They need to work on their customer service. They made me reschedule my delivery two times, and they were quite rude when they delivered my item. The item look like it took a lot of damage. I wouldn’t recommend this shipping company.

Not impressed by this shipping company. Took the day off work to sit at home and wait for a delivery and no one ever showed up and didn’t have the decency to call and let me know they couldn’t make it. Waste of money!!! Would NOT recommend this place.

I wont even rate this place a one star. The semi delivery sucked..The guy throw my couch that came in two large pieces in to the ditch at the end of my driveway. The boxes were tore up. Needless to say I had to have my son come from an hour away and help me get it out from the end of driveway. When I finally got it in the house. It was broken...Im not very pleased..thanks for throwing my merchandise in the the ditch!

This was terrible service. Aside from forgetting to deliver the item multiple times, they did not bring it inside and instead left the item in the garage where there was ice and water. This company and service let us down.
