Normally the people here are super nice and helpful, today not so much - the guy working the counter was rude. I brought a package in with a QR code - My printer still home was down so he said put it over there - pointing to the scale. Not having done this before I began to tell him I needed a label, he cut me off - I showed him the QR code and he printed up what I thought was the label - it was my receipt but I moved over to put it on wondering what I was supposed to do he grabbed the package and gave me the receipt. If I go back to this location if he is working I will turn around and come at a diff time. Black hair long bangs

I paid for a box which I didn’t get, and my $1000 phone was shipped using scotch tape.—Ordered online and went in to drop off the phone I was sending. I told the employee I bought an X-Small box. He weighed the phone, printed a receipt, and said he’d take care of it. Later I find out he slapped the tag directly on the phone box and shipped it!I had tape on the phone box to keep it together while I got it to UPS, not to ship it. No one ships using scotch tape, are you kidding me?Delivery guy said he was very surprised it made it. Cmon!
The person who commented below me, Cheryl, describes exactly the person who I was treated so poorly by. I’ve never had to do a return though the mail like this and it’s not exactly intuitive. This guy was condescending and rude.
Close to home. Only one employee working at the time when I got there. Good service overall.
It’s not terrible, but I asked them if they could print a label for me and they requested I pay $3 to use their computer and an additional 10 cents for the print. That’s ridiculous.
They refused to dispose of a small box I had my items in. Strange employee.
Just stopped to return a package, not a single employee had a mask or gloves on. One of the employees called me over and started to help when another co-worker co-worker took over, who was already in the process of helping another person. I was trying to communicate what I needed and they werent super helpful or respectful. I dont think I will be getting my fill return over their lack of communication and lack of listening skills. Not to mention the poor women who was still in the process of being helped. I was caught off guard by the whole thing and should have asked for them to finish with her, before even helping me. I feel embarrassed and ashamed. I will not be returning to this one by any means. If you need a good store, I recemend the store in Woodbury.

I’ve used this location several times over the last couple years. Each time they’ve been very helpful both in the store and over the phone when I had questions ahead of time.

I generally use patronize this independent UPS location. One day I was rushing to drop off a package and had not completely taped the package the person working said rudely, it will be a dollar for a piece of tape. Really? I will find another location to patronize. This wasnt the 1st time I have experienced the rudeness at this location.
I find myself here often, and the staff are consistently prompt, courteous, and helpful.

This place is the best UPS store in the South Metro. Always very helpful and they go above and beyond for their customers. Its my go to for all my shipping needs!
I use this place all of the time and have never had a bad experience.
I used the computer to print a return label after an employee, Al, had been using it. The minimized tab left open was for a shady website called stripped. Im not sure what to make of that.
Not much help at all. Told the guy at front desk wasnt sure what I was doing.. stood around like he was lost

Every time I see “Eagan, MN, US” Followed by a date, I basically just tack on two-three days because they have never gotten a package to me on the estimated day, even if I paid like $10 more for a Saturday delivery.
My package lost in transit because no one wants to verify that it is in the location to which they updated it last. Id give it zero stars as they claim I am now the one responsible for locating something they misplaced.
I was wondering if i could pick up my amazon packages because i dont want to wait for them to get here at 9pm
Friendly and usually-quick service, but if you hit one of the few busy times, you may have to wait.
Very friendly. I drive here to ship my packages even though the AV location is closer to me.
