Dewey provided incredible service. Talked us through several options and never tried to get up sell us anything. Work was less than quote we received. It was also done faster than expected!!! I would go to Dewey again and would recommend him to friends.

Hes That GuyDuane Dewey Horsman is the guy you hope to avoid by reading these reviews. Hes dishonest and knows how to stay one step ahead of the law.My car wound up needing very expensive repairs (new engine) which I had him perform. Because there was an insurance settlement involved, they paid him directly before the repairs were completed. He immediately lost interest in fixing my car, giving me excuse after excuse why he couldnt get to it. It took him more than 8 months and countless texts, phone calls and visits to fix it.When I got it back, there was a ticking noise coming from the engine. He told me to wait and see if it goes away. It got worse. Over the next year and a half, I had it in his shop 3 more times to look at the noise. He never looked at it again, coming up with more excuses and finally outright ignoring me. He ended up getting kicked out of his shop and abandoned my car there. At one point, he offered me way below market value to take the car off my hands.I took him to court and the smugness with which he conducted himself made it obvious that he knows the law much better than he knows cars. While the judge sympathized with me, it came down to no written warranty, no luck. So Im left with a car that still needs $10K in repairs (new engine) as diagnosed by a reputable repair shop.I can only imagine what he would do to sell a car. Buyer beware.Edit: I posted screen shots on Yelp of the one and only offer he made to buy my car. This offer was made 6 months after I first brought it in and two months before I first got it back. Ill let you decide if it was made as some grand gesture to make amends for a botched repair job as Mr. Horsman would have you believe.

I worked with Dewey and he actually had a car on Hand when I needed it, he sold it to me and we worked out a deal and made me able to get a car very fast, he allows me to call him for any help I need with it, Great Service⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Even went in and helped me transfer the title at the DMV taking time out of his day making sure all was covered!

Horrible experience buying a car from him! My parents went to him for over a decade and I also had services from him before and had good service and honesty (we thought) until now. He claimed nothing needed to be done and everything was up to date. It was far from the truth! As soon as I turned the car on there were issues but he promised to fix them and since we knew him I trusted him then going to a stranger. The vehicle he sold me put my family and me in danger. To top it off I can get rid of the car bc he will not provide a title to the car! Never again!!

This man is a crook. Dont trust or buy from him. Pathetic! Just imagine the crusty old dad from the movie Matilda... and thats Dewey. He steals from his employees and doesnt pay him. Total loser.
