I’m sorry I don’t know the customer service ladies name. She is awesome. She is more than polite, knowledgeable of your products, has the talent to teach about the new phone, and patience required to deal with grumpy cell phone customers. I live in Memphis and will gladly make the 2 hour drive to Dyersburg to get service that I thought was a thing of the past. Kudos
Jennifer and Elizabeth thank you for your great service in getting me switched over from Android to iPhone. The store is COVID conscious in making sure customers wear masks and are distanced. Service was excellent. I was in a rush and they accommodated me as best they could without making me feel rushed. They both made sure I had everything I needed and explained my new phone and features. I went in just thinking I’d grab an iPhone and be done in 3 minutes… I’m glad we took the time we did to make this purchase. Without their professionalism and instruction, this iPhone would now just be a paperweight and I’d be upset I made the purchase. Instead I had what I needed when I left and this phone is being very productive for me. Love doing business with people who love doing their job. Thanx ladies.
The associate who helped us was amazing but the experience overall was very very uncomfortable. She refused to sit down at the table with us and instead stood the whole time clearly uncomfortable and shifting on her feet. I wish they would sit with you and make you feel more connected.

Ive always liked this place but tonight when I walked in and was standing by the front door, there was a general announcement made to everyone to not be walking around touching things so the staff would not have to spend time cleaning. After about 10 minutes, someone came around to check new people in. There werent that many people in the store. After being checked in I took a seat on a bench. After being in the store for 40 minutes I looked up and noticed all the people in front of me plus several that had come in after me were gone. They were taking others that had come in after me to serve. I walked out. An hour wasted that I could have done other things. I will gladly go to another town when i need Verizon service.
Both Hannah and Chase were extremely helpful! They worked to get me a new phone as soon as possible. My phone is my life line, and they made sure I had a working one as fast as possible. Great customer service, great knowledge of their products and incredible professionalism and customer service.
I worked with Hannah and she was extremely nice!!! I had lots of questions but she took the time to answer them all (and made sure I understood). Very professional and really knows her job. She was great to work with!
Andrew was very helpful. He had trouble with the corporate office getting my phone activated, but remained calm and very professional. I would recommend Andrew as a great verizon wireless customer.
After a day full of frustration and failure a new phone was the o lay option. I popped into the Verizon store, was greeted promptly and politely and walked out shortly thereafter with a new fully functioning phone. Hannah was excellent at serving her customer efficiently and with a smile.

Im a prepaid customer and I dont have a credit card to pay for my next bill which is due April 7 2020, So I can only guess that means I will not have a phone that will work. Thanks Verizon, Im now Im now forced to try the Dollar store and get a phone there. Ill never step my foot back inside Verizon store again. They are rude dont want to help you if you have a problem, Good bye . Will begin to look for a new provider
Needed a new phone. We were greeted when we walked in the door and asked if we needed help. They did not hound us and follow us around or bother us, which is what I like. We were able to locate a salesperson and ask questions and get answers when needed. The experience was great.

A woman named Lacy / Laci took my spot in line & said I would receive a text when my spot in line was ready. After over an hour wait in my vehicle, multiple people came & went before I was seen, I decided to ask why. The manager was quite rude & made a scene. Would not deal business with.

Went into this store tonight to sign up for a plan however the person who met us in the door was horrible and absolutely the most unprofessional rudest person I have ever had to deal with .Very snobby and he had the nerve to to tell me to hush and listen to what he has to say when I ask a question about the plans, well at this point he had already lost us as a customer. We were gonna pay cash for one phone and plan the other one but we didnt get to that point because the way he spoke and the way he explains things were with a attitude. Wasnt professional at all he has the nerve to put down our current provider Needless to say we left, and we WILL NOT BE BACK! I am sure this person has done this to other people ! This is not a way to treat a walk in customer or any customer! Absolutely inappropriate and unacceptable!

Got a new phone on Saturday, went home & transferred everything from one phone to the other, but phone wouldnt work to call in or out! Went in on Monday for help, (closed on Sundays of course), & was asked by 4 different associates if I needed help. (Appreciated that!) Was waiting for Caleb to finish with customer & of course once done, he was able to tell me how to fix the problem! Great people working at the Dyersburg Verizon! Wouldnt go anywhere else!!!❤❤❤

Disappointed in the salesman who was trying to sell me a product that has very bad reviews concerning its intended use. I dont know if they work on commission or not. I will not go back to a retail store again. I finally called Verizon and the knowledgeable person on the phone directed me to exactly what I needed.

If you need help with anything other then a new phone or changing your plan they dont have a clue and get even more confused when having to call customer service. Dont go in there if you do dont deal with a Casey or a woman manger with a nose ring they seem to be the most clueless. I never did get my problem taken care of I had to call customer service my self. They dont even deserve a 1 star rating. This wasnt the first problem I had with this location.

The service isnt as great as they claim. I never have anymore than 2 bars on my phone at home, and I have WiFi. They also trick you into getting other services without explaining the details of the service. Trying to talk to the A/C guy last night and the call kept dropping. I hate trying to talk to anyone important, because they always say, your breaking up and then it drops.
One employee says one thing and a couple days later I get calls from Verizon and they were different answers. I dont think they know to much of anything no matter where they call from. It shows many different locations. Its sure not customer service straight across the board.
