The installation tech was knowledgeable, curteous, and did a great job. He even helped set up our devices. So far I am very pleased with the internet service and it greatly exceeds the reliability and service of our former provider.

I have had to call in a couple of times because I got in a place where I didnt know what to do!! The technical support were very helpful & very happy to talk me through to get me back to TV!! They have taught me what to do in case the same things happen again!!The installation was informative & the installers were very kind & didnt mind my questions!! I had a call from Sparklight that knew what to do when the technical support didnt!! Im very pleased with Sparklight in every way, shape & form!!! Thank You for your kindness & your help!!!

This company told me 5 days to get a technician out, that was 3 weeks ago. DO NOT USE THEY WILL NOT SERVICE YOU! IF THIS IS STILL UP IT WAS NOT RESOLVED 9-9-2021

Never had a problem with service. Moved to another county that doesnt have sparklight. Have been on the phone with 3 different representatives, and 3 different stories of how to turn in equipment. I just want this ordeal to be over at this point.

I am extremely pleased with my high speed internet service provided by Sparklight. The customer service representative was very helpful and handled setting up my new account easily while offering solid competitive pricing. I called in the morning, so he was able to have the installation scheduled and done on the same day. The service itself has been great, exceeding my expectations. I would highly recommend Sparklight for your high speed internet needs.

They have no clue what they are doing. Called multiple times to check about internet availability at my home. They said everything was good to go. It even says my home is serviceable on their website at this very moment. After multiple conversations with Sparklight, I cut off my original internet, talked to an employee about which Modem to buy, bought a $140 modem, and I come home today to find a note on my door from Sparklight/Cable One. “Sorry this house is not serviceable”. That’s bull....

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Takes forever to get someone on the phone. Promise of call backs that never occur. Waiting to have cable buried after 3 months. Both my 79 year old mother and 80 year old neighbor have fallen moving it around yard. Multiple calls in to office and no response. Complete disregard for elder safety on their part. Not happy with this service. Can not recommend them to anyone.

Had new service hooked up Oct. 2018. Its now almost May of 19 and cable wire still hasnt been buried.... Multiple calls and a visit to office and cant get anyone to get back with me. Looks like if I do not want it run over with the mower Im going to have to get it buried myself and send them the bill. Worst customer service Ive ever experienced.

Theres definite room for improvement. I was definitely ready to be read of Cable One when I called to get my service is restored I was hit with an outrageous Bill including a reconnection the reconnection fee is outrageous by the way when all it is is a switch of some sorts its not worth $90 thats definitely not customer service when some people are having a hard enough time making ends meet shame on you for that! Gale from Long Beach Mississippi whats the only one that actually took time to listen and make things right which is why I came back. Every other cable provider an internet has no limit to their data why do you to charge the customers more another unfair move. I do feel Cable One will try to do the right thing as far as their customers go but so far my experience its not the best when it could be

Have service interrupted by a tractor taking out our feed line. Sparklight had someone out, on a Sunday, within two hours! We were immediately back up and running!

I have never had service this bad. I took two hours after my first app before the man got to the house to service my internet. We use to have spectrum in our last place. So when we moved thought we would be able to get it but this all that seems around and we hate it. The man didnt do much explaining just said heres ur password and left. Since then wifi has been so bad it doesnt stay on at all I called 2days ago and told them this. What they did was set up a new app. And supposedly strength my connection for a bit. But so far its gotten worse before u could at least finish a movie on Netflix or Hulu not now its ever few mins buffing and saying no internet. So with that said being a new customer and all I think we will be soon moving to a new one as soon as forked deer opens enrollment. Im not paying for something I cant even use specially when I already paid a set up fee for over a 100 dollars which I should be given back as cash since the set wasnt even properly installed the first time. He was in a rush running up and down the attic. To busy to take his time. Probably cuz I already complain about him being 2hrs late. Which is so unprofessional. I have a daughter who is in school acitivies lucky for me that day she wasnt staying after school but Monday she will for practice when ur app. Is set between 12 and 1 u dont arrive till 3 then theres a problem if they had at least called and said hey Im running let i wouldnt have been so understanding but nope. When I go to the doctor I tried to get there own time. Out of respect and I know their time is valuable. I hope ppl consider that when doing their jobs just when I worked I did. If u can value others or ur job find something else. I do think a free upgrade should be done since its was the fault of the provider. Its the only way I will consider stay after this. Due to the fact that I have a bill coming for the service that I will have to pay. For something havent even been able to really use.

The reason for my visit was they allowed someone to take out service in my name, on my social security number, without checking identification. Then tell me Im responsible for the equipment they gave to the identity thieves. Good luck with that.

We were supposed to have internet installed 3/30/20 sometimes between 9 a.m. and lunch time we made sure that we were home so the tech could come right up and install instead we get a voice recorder saying they cant find our address numbers are in plain view on the house sign for our street is in plain view at the stop sign so we called and we had to pretty much waste the day because we wont see a tech now between time we called and 5 p.m. so far we are very unsatisfied will updated at a later time

Been a customer for 10 plus years and this past year the internet has went to complete garbage. have called numerous times and they fix it and the next day right back down hill. I upgraded the modem to the best one on the list the provide and since I am no longer renting a modem my speeds are 1/4th as fast. now they want to send someone out and possibly charge me 50$ to see the problem. 10 yrs and they have came out here twice and now they want to charge me. cant wait for another internet provider in my area

My mother has used Cable One since moving to Dyersburg five years ago. We have been on the phone with technicians multiple times to fix her internet problems, but nothing has worked, and they want to possibly charge a $45 service fee to come out. Ridiculous.

Spend most of our time resetting the modem because the internet runs slow and freezes up. suppose to come next day and fix, 3 weeks later still no show. then when does come, doesnt fix problem and so they send someone else out 2-3 weeks later again. very dissappointed in service. call to report problem and told to reboot modem monthly. said it is like your car. u change oil every 3000 miles, you reboot modem every month.

CableONE injects http headers into your traffic at will to advertise. Prices are too high for the service received, and it regularly goes out without notice when theyre servicing the lines. That is unacceptable when your job relies on internet access.Oh, and bandwidth caps. When you spend over an hour a day in online meetings, the bill goes from $120 a month to $230 a month.

Have been without internet since 7-31-17. Today is 8-3-17 still no internet. Tec came out yesterday and said my equipment is fine. Would have to check service down the road...nothing and cant get anybody to talk to me except some call center in phenoix. If i was a business id be out of business !!!! Will be looking for other service.
