This is not a place to rent a car they require you to have your own insurance and for people that dont have a car that is not a good thing

If I could give negative stars this place deserves them! The lady working there is the extremely rude.DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! My car was totalled by a negligent driver. Liberty Mutual set up a rental. This woman LIED and said that it would have to be payed out of pocket and reimbursed by Liberty Mutual to me. Hertz national told my agent that was absolutely not true and it was set for billing straight to Liberty Mutual. She told me that I needed to get off the phone with my agent before I came into her office. She is a liar,rude person,and a crook!! Hertz should strip the name from this location! She knew we were in a tight spot and tried to take advantage and show no ability to serve customers! TERRIBLE EXCUSE FOR A HUMAN BEING!
If you are a Gold Club... 5 STARS, if not and you fly in after 5:30 PM, only one star... because you cant give a rating of ZERO STARS! Can not make a reservation!
Tried to price gouge me on my rental price per day, tried to charge me for insurance coverages that I didnt sign for/agree to, charged me millage when I was told it was unlimited mileage. Didnt have the size car I reserved, gave me one smaller and it seemed to be half cleaned. The gray haired lady working there had a poor attitude and seemed to be bothered that I was in there renting a car. Worst rental experience Ive ever had.
My personal vehicle had to be towed in to the dealership due to mechanical issues. I made reservations to pick up a rental on the same day which was a Friday. I arrived at Hertz at 4:50 pm. Judy informed me that she could not rent me a vehicle because they close at 5 pm and she was leaving at 5. I asked her if she could do it really quick and she told me that she could not do it in 7 minutes and that I would have to come back on Monday (they are closed on Saturday and Sunday). It was everything I could do to bite my tongue. I will never attempt to do business with Hertz in Dyersbug, TN again.
I rented a car on line the price I was given was 20.00 cheaper that what they actually charge you a day. So bewear. They also tried to charge me for mileage when it clearly stated unlimited miles when I booked. OMG.. It was such a hassle, but they waited to throw it all at me when I brought the car back. NEVER AGAIN!!!
Was told by Hertz on the phone it was $50 refundable deposit and thats all we needed. Got here, they said its $100 nonrefundable deposit and I have to have my whole insurance policy with breakdown of deductible/liability/coverage info and I cant pick what car I want. Both ladies working there were rude also. NEVER USE THEM! Such a waste of time.
