Horrible experience. I had a reservation for over a month when arrived at location I was told there wasnt any cars available only truck and van. Thats not what I reserved. There was no other effort to handle the problem neither was I given a call ahead of time of the unavailability. I called customer service and I was told it was being escalated and I would receive a call but I have yet received a call from anyone.
This time was better than the last few times. I have rented cars here numerous times and the last two times the car was not available at the time I had reserved. I had to go back and pick it up later. This time it was on time, but I had a flat on the way to my destination. Enterprise however did get me right in another vehicle. I liked the second one better too so it worked out. They are very courteous. The main problem is people do not return their cars when they are suppose to so sometimes they do not have it when you need it.

Very disappointed in this company because of very limited low supply of vehicles. My husband was supposed to get a vehicle at 10:30 a.m. because they were so short handed, however he did not get a vehicle until 4:41p.m. He had to miss a whole day of work. This is not what I have come to expect from Enterprise. The reason I gave such a high review is because the dedicated staff, who are overworked and under appreciated... However, they did try their best to work around their shortage and make everything as easy as possible...
Great staff and friendly service
The car that I rented was a 2019 white Dodge Charger. The car was filthy. Dog hair was everywhere up under seats. The outside windows( back and front) were dirty and the car overall just had not been cleaned when it was turned back in. The branch manager was really nice. However, he was unavailable for me to report this issue to when I returned the vehicle. Rear end lights were out in vehicle and also caused me to be pulled over in Atlanta by cops.

I reserved several months in advance, lost reservation number so reserved a 2nd time the week before (2 reservations). On the day of my trip I went to the pick up location and was told they had no cars! Two reservations made in advance and NO cars! I thought the purpose of a reservation was to guarantee availability?

We had just been in a major out of state Car accident, We were traveling home from a family vacation, we were escorted to Enterprise by TN state highway patrol. He was busy, by himself, stressed out, and let us know several times if he didn’t get help he was quiting. It took over 3 hrs for us to get in a car. With little to No help on how to expedite the situation. Was told there was no one way cars if we rented a car from there we would have to drive back to TN to drop it off. Also told we needed $300 plus dollars out of pocket and they wouldn’t take my debit card or cash because we were out of state. Only a major credit card or a check. Non of this made sense to me, So I immediately got on the phone with my insurance company who immediately got us a claim number and worked us through the situation and got us in a car so we could continue our travels home after the devastation from the accident it’s self. Only to get home and receive a phone call A few days later asking when we were bringing the car back to TN. Frustrating at the very least after everything we had already been through.

Honestly if I could give zero stars I would. Made a reservation Tuesday evening for a car for Wednesday-Thursday. I get there 45 mins before my pick up time and they tell me they dont have the car yet itll be a little after my pickup time. So I sit in the parking lot and wait till a little after. Go back inside and the man at the desk was super unhelpful. Didnt know when or even if a car would be available for me. I had to be in Nashville. I didnt have hours to sit around and wait for a car. This is a car rental company. There should be cars available from somewhere.

Great service, great price, got cars quickly....I prefer Enterprise over any other rental place. Cars have always been clean, new and theyve upgraded my rental, when they didnt have what I asked for, at no extra cost to me. Ill give them an A++ rating all around.

I rent from this location weekly for work and I always have a good experience. The staff here get you in and out quickly, and they are always willing to assist in any way they can. Additionally they carry themselves in a very professional manner, and are always courteous.
I have picked up many cars here for my Husband he uses them for work frequently. I have seen them be terribly rude and often thought what a shamed for those customers today I was one of those customers. We had a vehicle involved in an accident and our insurance scheduled a rental to pick us up at the body shop. When I called enterprise with my reservation number and insurance information the gentleman on the phone scoffed at me This is Enterprise not your insurance company and we wont be picking you up, unless you want to spend your day waiting in our lobby. He also told me he was sure I would be there all day and possibly all night but assured me that They have a lot of fun there. I was shocked and asked if he could at least tell me when I could come and get the rental and he replied. Tough luck not anytime soon. Ok then I found a way home and called and asked to speak to someone else a fella named Zach took my call and gave me a line about it must have been service taking the call but confirmed that they would not be able to fill the rental request until a later date. I asked why they took a reservation they would not be able to fill and he said we take unlimited reservations and just cant fill them all. So be warned your reservation here means nothing to them. The will not pick you up unless its to sit and wait all day and night to have a good time with them. RUDE RUDE RUDE!
HORRIBLE!!!! My boyfriend made a reservation for an economy car to be picked up at 9:00am. He arranged for a friend to drop him off that morning. He approached the counter to pick up his rental. He was told that they were about to call him because his car wasnt available, they had rented it to someone else. He was then told by Enterprise that they would have a vehicle for him LATER that day. So now he is stuck there and his trip delayed. Frustrated he called Enterprise Corp offices. My boyfriend explained what happened and asked what could be done, maybe even compensated for his inconvenience. He was told No that these things happen. So then what is the point of making a reservation????? The local office then tells him that they would have a vehicle for him within 45 minutes. An hour and a half later they get him a vehicle. And its a mini van! Not an economy car! So he was charged more. Really??? Before leaving with the mini van he had to promise to return it by a certain day and time because an important customer was renting it. Really?? Arent all customers important?? Not to mention the reason for the entire problem as because they rented the car HE reserved!! And again NO compensation was offered for his inconvenience! Needless to say well think long and hard before renting from them again!!!
They said they didnt take pre paid cards. My debit card is not prepaid but they said they couldnt take it. Yet, they ran the card and got the money but still would not let me rent. Have still not received my money back. Sorry business. Wouldnt suggest them to anyone.This was in Dyersburg Tennessee.How about 0 stars.

Farm Bureau called yesterday to line me up a rental. I was told that they didnt have any cars, but that they would get some in today. I called this morning to get one because I have a Doctor appt this afternoon. They told me that they would call me back when they found my reservations. 3 hours later, I had to call back. No vehicles yet. And they werent sure if they would have one by the time that I need it.
For all your auto rental needs great service just read the fine print to be clear nothing wrong with that though.
At first we were worried when we got a less than respectable person to talk to on the phone. When we got here the new General Manager was sure to take care of all of our questions and concerns. We left very happy with a great fuel efficient car.

At first my husband and I were slightly worried about renting a vehicle from here for our trip to Walt Disney World. We heard about people making a reservation and then Enterprise not having one available. We also called a couple days before our trip and both talked to a man named Jonathan who hung up on me and was rude to my husband. HOWEVER, once we walked in, we were treated with the best customer service by a manager named Katie (I think.. Blonde hair and really pretty blue eyes). She was super nice and helpful. She made sure we had the best car for our trip. Thank you!
Had a minor car accident in July 2017. My insurance company had made arrangement at Enterprise in Dyersburg, TN. I received excellent care and professionalism by Katie. A very nice young lady that was very knowledgeable in rental car service.. I recommend anyone to Enterprise in Dyersburg and make sure you ask for Katie.

I have attempted to use this company twice in the past month both times a total waste of time .. need a proof of a bill . When you live off grid ie no proof . Current drivers license accurate . Current car insurance accurate . Just using them the first time to go see my Doctora ie 100% disabled Vet . Live on certain amount of income then get told by representative on a phone 89 dollars to get the vehicle when I show up to the facility they tried to attach another 200 dollars on top of it . Then give a statement corporate policyWas driven 60 miles out of the way to get there just to get told another price . The phone representative could have mentioned it but he didnt. So anyone thinking of using enterprise should try another . In my opinion isnt suited or represented as what I knew them as when i used them frequently a few years back .

Enterprise in Dyersburg, TN, is an excellent place to do business with. I recently rented a vehicle from there, and even though it was a very busy Saturday morning, the service was very efficient and friendly. I highly recommend them to anyone, whether it be for a weekend trip, insurance purposes, or an extended vacation. Excellent customer service is always delivered at the Dyersburg location!

I rented a truck from them for a week. It was a f150 ecoboost 4x4 it was very clean and had plenty of room for my family. And got great gas mileage. The staff was very friendly through the rental process. I would suggest to them maybe moving to a diffrent location.in dyersburg tn because seems on the weekend they have so much demand for vehicles.. On the day i picked up the truck there where 7 customers who where walk ins that needed a vehicle but couldnt rent one because there inventory was empty. I really believe this business will grow if they have more room for inventory. I hope you will continue to rent full size trucks they are very handy. Hope to be a future customer.
In May I needed to rent a car while mine was being repaired. I called the Dyersburg, TN location on a Thursday and they advised me to just call them back on Monday morning when I arrived at the repair shop and they would come pick me up. I did so and waited over 45 minutes, when they were located about 5 minutes from the repair shop. When the driver arrived he asked had I been waiting long and I replied yes, he said they had several customers waiting at the door that morning so they took them first. I told him I had called on the previous Thursday so should have been picked up first. When we arrived at their location I waited in line and I overheard the manager stating on the phone that they had 8 people show up when they first opened that morning. After waiting in line a few minutes, the manager came over to help me and I asked him how much I would be charged for gas if I purchased it ahead of time to get the lower price per gallon. He said they wouldnt know till I came back and they checked to see how much I used. He did not mention A any type of minimum charge. I asked him repeatedly how much I would be charged and he said he didnt know. He went out with me to check the gas level, which appeared to be slightly over 1/2 a tank. He said we would just call it 1/2 a tank. As it turned out, I only used the car for a few miles and when I returned the car I asked how much they were charging me for gas. The lady replied $26.00. At that point they had not even looked at the number of miles I drove or checked the gas gauge. The manager walked up at that time and said he would handle it. I pointed out that the gas gauge still showed 1/2 a tank and he agreed to remove the charge. I was very disappointed in their customer service. I would not even give them one star, but evidently I cant post this review without a star
