Called at 9:30 to get appointment for oil change and tire rotation. They got me in at 11:30 that day and had me out of there by 12:15. In addition to what I asked for, they inspected my vehicle, topped off all fluids, washed the windows, and vacuumed the front seat of the vehicle. Went above what was expected.

I was pleased to be offered a complimentary oil change and multi-point inspection.

We have bought 3 Nissan Rougues from Rick Nissan and have previously had good experience buying new cars. So when we needed a truck for work we went back and found a used 2015 Nissan Frontier PRO 4X on the lot. At the time of purchase the fair market value of the truck with 115,000 miles on it was around $16,000. We thought we were buying a base model PRO 4X because it was all manual and no features whatsoever. However, what we were sold was a stripped down S model Frontier, and the fair market value of it at the time was $10,000. There are no markings or decals that indicate which version it is, and nowhere on any of the paperwork does it list the sub-model type.After dealing with GAP insurance on the last totaled Nissan Rogue we purchased there, GAP required all paperwork to be sent in including the sticker. The sticker on the Frontier states it is a PRO 4X, the GAP insurance we paid for is now useless, weve been paying too much on auto insurance for a higher valued vehicle, and our loan company payment reflects that weve been paying on a PRO 4X model, not the cheaper stripped down S model.To correct the error they offered to print off a new window sticker and give us a good deal on trading in the S model we actually have, but that doesnt change the fact that they advertised and sold us the wrong model vehicle, nor the $5000 we overpaid on this truck and trading in would put us upside down on our note with a much higher payment.After 8 years of continued service with them, they just sold us the last vehicle they ever will. We are taking our business elsewhere with less shady businesses practices.Response to the owner: See, lying is what got you that review from us. You guys spoke with me this morning (June 17, 2020) and had an opportunity to correct it then. Youre either willing to make it right and we take down all the negative reviews, or live with these reviews being blasted everywhere we can leave a review at. The error was on part of Rick Hill Nissan for listing the vehicle as a PRO 4X, and selling it for the price of a PRO 4X at the time of purchase...I do not care what the truck can sell for now. No where in the rest of the documentation does it list the model of the truck either.Feel free to contact me by email.

Not happy with how im being treated when it comes to my truck.. They didnt make sure it was right befor they gave it back... I had to cancle about 10 apt due to work and dude wants to raise his voice at me and expects me to take it my wife was on the phone the hole time.. Im not his kid and i will not be yelled.. If my truck was fixed right the first time we wouldnt be going threw this.. Last time it was up there two weeks be for it got any thing done .

Salesperson was great. Its been downhill since. Two weeks after buying it we had a flat tire. Tire shop wouldnt fix it because the tires were all so dry rotted that the tread had started splitting. Contacted them through messenger to see what kind of deal I could get on tires. No deals just see the service department. Four weeks in and I had to replace the serpentine belt because it was coming apart. Now I am still trying to get the plates for it because the paperwork is incorrect. Went back to courthouse for my tag and its still incorrect. Now the air conditioner went out today. 1 month and one week into this vehicle and I am sick of it. On drive out tag number two now. Buyer beware and check all the belts hoses and tires.

She was also very compassionate when I became abit emotional at trading in my old, but much beloved Subaru. 2019 Nissan Sentra was due for a recall service.I called, and the service manager quickly made the appointment and got us in and out in no time!

Over the past few years. I have purchased in total of 4 vehicles from them. This last one, I have had to take it back 3 different times to be serviced for the same issue I have been having with it. And this has been within not even a months period of time. Now they are telling me they are going to have to send it off somewhere for the problem to be fixed.

Your Transmission went out at 73000 miles. found out you have a lot of problems with cvt transmissions. They should have been recalled. You replaced under my extended warranty and put in a new trans. with only 12 months or 12,000 miles. You must feel your transmissions wont hold up. Should have to to other repair shops and I could have got a rebuilt trans. for 3_5 year unlimited mileage .
