Returning from camping, my tire got sliced while crossing a stream. Being four hours away, I didn’t want to drive that far on my spare tire. I called six tire stores in a 50-mile radius and Triple T was the only one that had the 19” tire I needed. They were able to replace it quickly so I could get home sooner.The store is clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. They even offer a car if you want to go get something to eat while you wait. They also have coffee and vending machines, if you want a snack.I recommend Triple T Tires.

I stopped in today to get prices on tires and was greeted promptly with a smile and handshake by Ronnie. I also found out they not only do tires but oil changes brakes front end work plus just about anything else I need. He was very informative. He explained about the payment plan they offer also.. Great people! Very helpful! I just came in for an oil change and tires balanced. They informed me that all my tires needed to be renewed. They helped me find tires in the lowest-highest price range amd informed me how many miles I would be able to get out of them. Very great team! Very HELPFUL and wonderful people and shop! I waited 2.5 hours to replace 4 tires and have a wheel alignment. I had an appointment at 10 AM. After 2 hours I asked how long would it be. I was told it would be soon. After 15 more minutes I asked again. At this time I was told that they had a new alignment machine and that they were getting it setup. I asked how long it would be and they could not tell me. I asked them to just bring me my truck because I could not wait any longer. My truck was almost immediately brought around to the front. I did not get the alignment. I feel it was poor business practice not to inform me that the alignment machine was not working and to keep me waiting.

Red at Triple T Tire was very helpful in fixing my Subaru Forester that required a front end alignment. I had to go back a second visit because it was still pulling slightly to the right and Red scheduled me in and made the final adjustments. I expected it to cost an additional amount but there was no charge. He was quick to check on my satisfaction and I was. Highly recommend this business for any tire or suspension issues with your vehicle. This was the first time I’ve been to Triple T but it won’t be my last. Bought 2 steer tires from red in november. Put them on and had them balanced numerous time and had a frontend shake/vibration. my son jacked the truck up and said the tires were out of round.Called red and told him. He told me that he had some more tires coming that was my size. Went back yesterday and he put 2 of those on and solved my problem. Good guy to work with. Thanks red.

I had a 10 a.m. app scheduled for an alignment. They werent able to do it due to ppl not wanting to work. I dont hold TTT responsible for this, its going on all over the country.

I definitely suggest going to Triple T Tire in Dyersburg,TN. They were quick and very helpful about which tires that were the best match for my car. The waiting area was clean and well stocked with coffee, snacks and comfy recliners. Above all that, the prices and warranty options keep me coming back whenever I need tires.

These guys are professionals in their trade. But I treat my experience on a case by case basis. Over ball they have been instrumental in getting my vehicle into working order and am willing to pay any price they charge when I do business with. My experience today was not satisfactory. My 2008 Dodge charger was damaged during service in a different garage. The it is a corporate matter now and I require photos and videos of the damages to settle the matter. I work on the U.S. water ways and am not present to bring my vehicle in myself at all times so caretakers and family handle matters in my absence. Today my father said he felt rushed. When the service was completed I still had not received the videos or photos. We called to inquire and was met with there is nothing else I can do. We live in an age where information travels faster than it ever had. And the resolution was was a simple digit in the phone number. Not to mention that emailing the photos and videos would have done just fine. The were able to email me a nice copy of the receipt. But what I received was not a video or a series of photos. Entirely inadequate to make my case against the entity at fault for damaging my vehicle. So I will take my vehicle elsewhere for what I need. I had intended for this business to handle the repairs once a settlement was made. The entire oil pan will need replacing, but I will find other services to handle them since triple T is reluctant to treat with me professionally.

Called day before to see how long it would take because I had to pick up child at an activity and they informed me it would be done well before that time. Appointment was at 10:00 and I needed to be done by 11:45 to be able to leave to pick child up at 12. They were not done until after 12:10.Road hazard insurance is high $175 for four tires.Staff was nice and let me know about issues that I had going on with lug nuts so that there would not be issues in the future when it came to having to change a tire.

This is a difficult review to write. On one hand, Triple T staff is very friendly and maintain a clean and safe business. Pricing seems in line with other tire retailers. However, I came in for a rotation with specific placement of rotated tires on my dually truck. This rotation was needed to buy a week of time before replacing two dangerously worn tires. After drawing up a map for how the tires were to be positioned, placing the two worst tires on the inside dually positions to capture the tire in the event of a blow out, leaving a good tire on the outside to permit continued driving, they placed the two bad tires together on one side of the dually truck. I paid for the rotation, believing I was safe to drive the truck. Incredibly, the tires actually made the trip without mishap, but could have easily become a situation, potentially even tragic, had one of those tires blown, leaving the full weight of that side of the truck on yet another bad tire, which most likely would have blown moments after the first one failed. In my opinion, besides not performing the service requested and agreed to, and placing me in a potentially deadly situation, the money I was charged is, not refundable, because we did rotate the tires. $40 basically thrown out the window. I will NOT use this company again and I will NOT refer them to anyone I ever talk to about tire work. In fact, any one that asks me will get an ear full of NEGATIVE comments. And no, this review is not resolvable. I gave them an opportunity to make it right with me and they declined, choosing to value the $40 they took from me over my immediate satisfaction and future tire business.

Took car in for front end alignment at 9:00 am lefted it there they never called to tell me it was ready. do not have ready still when I got up there at 3:30 get the car and pay and leave get down road car not wanting to run right check engine light comes on. now has something else wrong with it and it was fine when i took up there that morning it is funny how light comes on after that fact but they said it was nothing they did I do not believe that and they want me to bring back to fix problems and charge me more and make more problems. o this is wrong o that is wrong no thank you

My appointment was at 2:30 pm, got there at 2:20 pm to have a four wheel alignment done. They didnt get my car until 3:20 pm, so first thing I thought was why have an appointment. So after three tries I was satisfied, this was now 4:45 pm. I also thought that $87 dollars was very high priced. This was my experience with them.
