I’ve changed my diet, improved my water intake and established discipline in areas of my life where it was lacking all after training with Jae. Have been working out with Jae for over a year. I really enjoy my workouts with him and he knows what areas I need to target. He always has something up his sleeve new for me. He is very professional, appropriate and I feel extremely safe working out alone with him. Don’t walk, run to work out with Jae.

I LOST 55lbs!!!!This training program has truly been a blessing. I’ve always struggled with weight loss and have had many personal trainers throughout the years. Two years postpartum and I decided to give Jae a try. He provided nutritional counseling and assigned me to Mell as personal trainer. He is a beast! Its been six months- I look good and I feel even better!!

I started training with jae in hopes of developing a new skill and keeping my conditioning up while I am not in wrestling season. I found after as little as 5 sessions It was no longer a matter of establishing new skills but instead changing my lifestyle and becoming highly motivated to really get into boxing and take it to the next level. Jae is a huge influence on my life and overall an awesome coach and I would recommend his training to anybody and everybody looking to completely develop their self. Thanks jae

I have been training with Jae since September of 2019. A lot of work is packed into 30 minutes. Training with Jae not only provides you with the tools you need to work out and for your workouts to be effective, but he also provides knowledge about your body and how everything works together. Jae provides you with information that you can use everyday to continue to improve your health and those around you. I highly recommend training with Jae for anyone that is looking to break out of their normal routine and achieve long lasting results.

I started with J last month (April, 2017). Hes awesome! I appreciate his holistic training approach; teaching and following up on eating habits/changes in addition to exercise. The 30-minute sessions are intense and effective; always switching up the exercises. Im already seeing change in my body, improved sleep and energy level! Js flexible with my work schedule, which makes evening sessions perfect. I just bought my boxing gloves today and am excited to incorporate boxing into my training. I highly recommend J!

I started working with James to regain the strength that I had lost due to a chronic pain issue I have been dealing with for the last 3 years. His workouts get me in and out of the gym in half the time, without sacrificing results. In the 12 weeks I have been working with him, my strength has been regained and inches have been lost. James knows his stuff, he works with you and your goals, he was flexible and able to adapt his plan to my sometimes challenging limitations. I am very glad I made the investment to work with James and look forward to continuing to make progress towards my goals.

James is an amazing trainer. He listens to your needs and really knows his stuff. Very uplifting and encouraging, yet motivating and will work you hard. J has pushed me to lift heavier weights, higher reps, and more frequently than Ive ever been motivated to do on my own and helped make sure I have proper form to optimize results. I have seen fantastic results including visible toning, weight loss, and improved strength. He is flexible with my schedule and has been great at meeting me where I am and challenging me to do my best!

I have been working with James for 3 months and its been fantastic. I never thought I could be in such good shape.. He is my first personal trainer and my experience has been motivating and one of the best overall in terms of gyms and other fitness options in RTP. James is a great professional. His work outs are challenging with noticeable increases in intensity in the training with every session which has pushed me to improve even when i thought i couldnt. He is also very knowledgeable and makes sure he explains the reasoning behind every movement. James is also very flexible with the schedule which makes it easier to work around tight schedules. I feel really pumped with a sense of real accomplishment following each session! Most importantly, working with James who I consider a very good person (so positive, patient and unfailingly encouraging) makes all the difference and its great knowing I am in good hands.
