I have trained at Deep River Aikikai for some time, and have found it to be very rewarding. The instructor is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. He is a patient teacher for children and adults alike. I find practice to be a great way to step out of everything that is competing for attention and center on one thing for a time. Highly recommended.
