Im not sure if I can blame Michaels or UPS. But the ticket they left on my door had my name on it but the package was shipped in returned so the name on the package was the person I shipped to. So when I got to Michaels for 2 days they kept telling me they didnt have my package. It took a whole lot of work to realize my package was actually in the store. UPS drop the ball on delivery and returning.
