We have used this place for years because they can do some things other local printers cannot. We have had frequent quality issues. They make them right but its annoying. Last set of forms we picked up were printed crooked.

Universal Printing has been my go to printer for custom invitations, notepads, calling cards and various stationery needs for the past 10 years. Pretty good service, not bad at all

Ive used Universal Printing on and off for years for my printing and mailing. Quality has been excellent. Very good graphics person. I had a fold over card designed from scratch from my drawings and was quite pleased. Owner Bob Moura takes amarketing and business approach to printing which is quite different in my experience. Very reliable with high quality eco friendly ink and printing.

I have been using Universal for the past 10 years for a range of things from annual reports and large complex offset projects to smaller business card and invitation projects. I even had them set up an online site for the branded items I order frequently. They have always been really great to work with, especially for the complex projects where I needed extra consulting to use barcoding and personalization. I have found them to be reliable and helpful. They have been a great partner and a great source of information that I wouldnt have otherwise known.

Ive called countless times trying to get through to discuss a printing project. I have been unable to reliably get assistance.

Bad cards printed using this service. They printed incorrectly and the customer service representatives were hostile and rude.They followed up by blaming me and yelling at a colleague.
