Management is absolutely incompetent I would not recommend living in this overpriced apartment complex. We sublet at this place over the summer, and signed official sublet agreements with the apartment management before we moved in. They somehow neglected to save these documents when they switched to a new computer system, which meant we weren’t even in their computer. However, despite numerous incidents where this became a problem, the management never bothered to take note of the fact that we weren’t in their system. Most notably, when they neglected to give us or any of the other subletters move out instructions. At 1PM on the last day of our lease, the management informed us that we needed to be out by noon, and told us that we should’ve received emails (despite the fact that they knew we weren’t getting their emails) and that we should checked their “social media” (which had no move out instructions when we later checked lol). As we were frantically emptying out our apartment, management came over and informed us that we were going to be charged a cleaning fee if we didn’t clean, and also that we needed to be out ASAP. There are way better apartments in Durham for much less rent, avoid this place if you can!

The team is really easy to work with and cares about the residents’ preferences! Can’t wait to start living here! :))
