I was really in trouble with my company laptop. I called Robert in a complete panic. When I spoke to him about my computer falling off my kitchen table. It had a cracked screen, keyboard keys had fallen off and it wouldn’t turn on. The Doctor told me no problem, he’s been in business for 20 years and just bring it to him. Recently had the battery in my Macbook Pro swell up enough to pop open the case so I called Robert to look into getting it fixed. He send a link to me where I can buy the part from and I was impressed with that because he might make less money by do that. Robert was patient. I called him over ten times in short period of times, but he answered all my questions and concerns. Robert was knowledgeable on Apple computer. He has over 15 yrs in business and 5 stars reviews on Google. That is the main reason I bought my MacBook to him. Lastly, Robert was fast. He finished my screen in short period of time. I had a 2009 IMac Desktop that was just about shot, & with covid still being a big problem my wife & I decided to homeschool our kids this year. Problem was, we couldn’t afford a new desktop that could compare to an Apple. Robert really saved us! He fixed it & got it up & running like new & even upgraded the software for what we need it for in less then 24 hour’s, so now the IMac is good for another 5 or so years. It hasn’t ran this beautifully since I purchased it 11 years ago. And it was a hell of a lot cheaper then a new Apple computer! This dude was awesome! I highly recommend his services if you have a computer or tablet that you need fixed! He’s very affordable, quick, professional & kind. Can’t be it.

I called a few places and had to leave messages but Robert actually answered the phone. He asked me some questions and was just more of a consultant than a salesman trying to make some money. I dropped off my computer to him on Friday. He had the problem diagnosed same day and told me the hard drive crashed. Roger is the best. Is very knowledgeable about different years and models of Macbook Pros (which is what I was looking forward), their pros and cons vis à vis components (graph cards, ram, etc) and various iOS systems. He even called me a week later to check on how I like the machine, and if I had any questions or problems. His prices are very reasonable. He doesnt give them away. (To me, lowball listings raise many questions about quality, etc), but one definitely gets what they pay for. I highly recommend Roger if youre looking for a gpod, used computer, would buy another computer from Roger in an instant.

Had an older iMac (2013)that was failing-and painfully sluggish. Was going to do an upgrade myself (replace original drive with SSD and upgrade the memory.) However, the older iMacs dont have exterior door to access memory cards like new versions, the drive is buried deep in the hardware and it requires you to undertake the tedious process of removing and replacing the screen. So, Robert to the rescue! Found him on the BBB site and then when reviewing the Real Computer Doctor site, the consistently outstanding reviews steered me to Robert. This process was painless and was a cost effective approach to perform the needed upgrades. Robert knows his Macs- I purchased the hardware separately and dropped everything off on a Sunday and picked it up the following Sunday.
