Sure Tech Services I dont usually do reviews but I feel that people would want to know about this company. My experience with them was great. Logan was my computer tech and he repaired my laptop good as new. This young man is very knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend this company, and especially Logan for any type of computer services.

I had a 3 year old Dell laptop that one day just wouldnt boot up and just offered a black screen. I dont know or recall all of the intricacies of the work it required but I do know that Logan was able to do what he said he would do and that was fix it - by any means necessary - and he did. It involved a new mother board and he basically found me something similar to what I had and transferred all of my better components to the new machine. In the end, I couldnt be more pleased and what I like most of all is his professionalism, trustworthiness, willingness to come to where you are and his costs are reasonable. Hes a great guy and I wont go anywhere else now for my hardware/software needs. I recommend him highly to anyone who asks!

I have been intending to write a review all summer of 2019! At the end of May I had an issue with my Samsung Galaxy 7 phone. It had stopped charging, probably due to a moisture issue. It was out of warranty though and Verizon just gives one the run around. I took my phone in not knowing, it turned out to be an easy just cleaning the ports, NO CHARGE. But the fellow at the shop Logan Swanek was so nice and responded and I had my phone back in such a short turn around. They will do services while you wait, and drop off, etc. and parking is actually quite convenient! This location in downtown Chapel Hill is a go for future needs.My husband is a high tech IT person, and it looks as if they work with computers also. Great resource and check them out! Beats the Apple store, or Verizon which I have had to deal with in the past.

I was unable to access my computer programs and data. I emailed Logan based on reviews that he had gotten. Logan responded via email very quickly. He came to my house, looked at the computer and discussed options. He gave me an estimate and took the computer to work on. He gave me updates and then returned a few days later - I had told him it was not priority. The computer is working better than it has for a long time - and he stuck to his very reasonable estimate. Logan does a great job and is very straight-forward. No computer geek snobbery - just great service delivered in a customer friendly way.

When my computer froze after a Windows10 update I contacted SureTech Services, I explained the symptoms over the phone and Logan showed up a few hours later. After roubleshooting, repair and operating system information given to me by Logan, it is faster and better than ever.
