I been a customer here for years !! Brought a kawasaki pedel bike rode ot once the chain jumped off every ten minutes so i called them back, because obviously they sold me some junk !! So the owner come on the phone and pretty much tells me i have to eat this bike !! Me myself i dont understand why he would treat a decade long customer this way ? But i will eat the bike, but you will never eat off another dollar of mine !!! Enjoy your $107 dollars ...

I have been to multiple Picasso pawns and they all have good stuff but not all of them have great customer service. The customer service at this location on roxboro rd is great. They are very attentive . I dealt with two employees name tag said Karlos and Daisy. I would definitely recommend this location.

If youre charging eBay prices for your items without a return policy, you are effectively telling your potential customers to just shop on eBay. And when you dont bother to price items, probably not a good idea to tell customers its going for tons of money online. Thats obnoxious.

First of let me say the 1 star is for the friendly lady V that helped me. There was also a black guy that was very helpful. I was approved for a sale of 107.00 then the General manager comes out who was very rude and low balled me. He offered 20.00 on a Brand New Kenneth Cole watch that retail 145.00😠. Then a Goggle gadget for your car he offered 5.00... so the 107.00 was knocked down to 60.00 on all new items I took in.I will not go back to this place again!!! Oh here the kicker ! He offered me 50.00 on a Valentino purse 😂. This man came out and didnt even greet me! I have always had the best experience at National Pawn!!! Please dont waste your time on these crack head prices they offer. It should be against the law for pawn shops to legally Rob people who need money and they feel we are desperate so they will take advantage. Thank you V for your wonderful customer service you deserve 20 stars. This store need a new GM!

The manager Joel VanNorman worked with me; as I was on a limited budget. He was not pushy and he helped me get to my price point. I am extremely satisfied with the sales transaction. One week before Christmas, I bought a used XBOX 1S from this location. I even purchased the warranty. Christmas day we hooked the system up and it would not load the game. I returned the day after and explained the situation to the staff. The serial numbers in the console did not match the paperwork on the receipt. It was the very same unit that I was sold however, someone misentered the information before selling it to me. Picasso pawn refused to resolve this issue due to their mistake. CHECK THE SERIAL NUMBERS BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE!! You are responsible for Picasso Pawn getting it right.

Offered me $15 dollars for a push mower. I recommend just going to national pawn, they offered what I was asking, which is $60. Representatives were rude as well!

Terrible service. Tried to sell a Mac book pro a couple months ago. I asked for $260 and was offered $140. I left and went to one of the other locations and was given $280!! I went in again today because they are closer and got turned away with bad service yet again. I won’t be going back to this location ever again.
