Catrina did a superb job on my hair! I honestly have not received the amount of compliments on my hair as I did when I got my hair cut from her! She also trimmed up my beard so nicely. She has a great heart and would never want to give anybody a haircut that doesn’t make them feel amazing!

The haircut was absolutely atrocious - the worst Ive had in 5+ years. Of the two pictures here, you can probably guess which was the better haircut I got from another barber. However, at sportsclips, Catrina was extremely fast and cut it down so short without stopping to ask if the length was ok. Additionally, the hair is super uneven as shown in the photo. When I got home, I also noticed how lopsided the back side and a few hairs on the sides that werent even cut and were much longer than the others. Honestly, its so obvious that its either really poor barber ability or laziness / lack of care. See for yourself, but this is without a question a candidate for top 3 worst haircuts Ive had in my life.While its painful for me, hopefully these images serve as a warning. DO NOT COME HERE. THEY WILL MURDER YOUR HAIR (even if you provide a picture...)

Ask me how I wasted 110$. First off I would like to say the first time I went it was amazing. Very good customer service. However the other two times I waited over an hour and never received a haircut. Both times attempts I walked in and was told only 30-40 minutes. I had at max a spare hour so I rolled the dice. Today was my final attempt. Walked in at 3:57pm and was told only 20-30 minute wait. Left at 5:24pm after becoming frustrated. To me it shows lack of honesty and poor ethics. Knowingly wasting my time for potentially another client. My previous attempt the same happened. If you look at it in terms of opportunity cost I wasted over 110$, two hours at pay rate (60$) with the price of two haircuts 50$. If the owner reads this I won’t be coming back but highly recommend encouraging honesty and following through on this. Great service and atmosphere (when you actually receive it), horrible follow through and extreme under delivering of service.

Overall Ive preferred this place over other locations in the area for years now. Consistency is key and they have it down. The ladies are short staffed but have been there a while and know what they are doing, and despite the fact that they look more exhausted every time I go, they manage to give an excellent cut every single time.Note to management, two ladies a day is not enough as you can tell they are overwhelmed when walking in and wait times are long. They dont seem to get many breaks.4 stars instead of 5 because when I used the restroom it smelled like someone just got done smoking some trees back there and tried to cover it up with some air freshener. Understandable considering how busy and stressed they seem, but still unprofessional.

Today was my first time ever going to a Sports Clip and I had an excellent experience. My hair was cut by Taylor she asked how I wanted my hair cut and my beard trimmed. When she was done she made sure it was the way I wanted it. Taylor was very friendly and knowledgeable, she answered all my questions about what was offered and the prices for each item. I really enjoyed my experience and would recommend this place and if you can have Taylor cut your hair she is a hard working young lady.

I want to start by saying I never expected such great service and talented personnel at a chain hair cutter location. I have been surprised each time I visit this store...as the other location in the area is the absolute worst...having nowhere the level of attention to detail, customer service, or proficiency that this one does. Taylor...the district manager...runs this store flawlessly. Her personnel are well-spoken, detail-oriented, and all around pleasant to work with. Breanna especially is absolutely wonderful and shows great talent when cutting my little guys hair. She even was able to give my little girl a trim to even out some split ends and it looked perfect afterwards! We have been to this location multiple times since we found out where these wonderful ladies were and we shall continue to return. Great job Sport Clips team and thank you for such amazing work and service!

I used the online check in option via the app and it was suggested I arrive by 10:29am, which I did. I arrive on time and get checked in again, no problem.On the board is showed my name with the words On Deck. Above and below my name were others with wait times. The stylist that was supposed to cut my hair gets a whisper from another and then she asks the gentleman behind if she wants him to cut his hair. Of course he says yes and off they go. I look up and my wait time increased to 30 minutes. No one spoke a word to me about why they were doing this. They were pretty much hoping I left which I did so they win.I wanted to say something right there but what is that worth? This experience was completely unacceptable and I wont be going back.

Was here for the first time. The stylist did a nice job and was very thorough and detail oriented. Definitely thought my stylist did really good and I would highly recommend her.

Showed them a picture and gave general instructions, just got the basic white kid cut. I mean its not a bad haircut its just not what I asked. Upselling of overpriced products was annoying, and the cut itself was way too expensive for what it is.

I have always been extremely picky about who I allow to cut my hair, and I love a good fade these days so Michaela is 100% the only option for me. As long as I live in this area I will always be calling to make sure shes working when I want a fantastic haircut. No matter what I ask for or how much I switch it up she adapts to my requests and always gives me exactly what I am looking for. I can just close my eyes and relax knowing my hair is going to look incredible. She always seems to really care about the details and takes time to double check that every part of her work is flawless. If you like fades I highly recommend her, but I have no doubt she could do any cut you want. Dont forget to tip her well! Shes also a genuinely great person and chatting with her is really nice as well.. ^-^

Worst experience ever! Avoid!

It was my first time getting a cut from Sport Clip and at this particular location. Brenna was my hairstylist. In brief, I got the cut that I wanted and it looks good. I had a few compliments about my hair. Now, I need to using this awesome hairstyle to get a girlfriend. Hahahah.

Great location that is well managed with a friendly and professional staff. Cece is an excellent stylist and I can’t recommend her highly enough. Been going to her consistently for about 6 months. She has great attention to detail while still being time efficient. Her kind personality and friendly demeanor make every cut a pleasure. I come to this location (and sport clips in general) specifically for her.

The primary reason for my visit was for the stylist, Keegebay. I searched diligently for her, because she provides me the best haircut! This was my first visit to Sport Clips and I was highly impressed with the facility! The decor and overall style is awesome! The level of services provided, such as; shampoo, scalp massage, warm towel on the face, the massage chair, etc are WAY above other walk-in, low cost hair cutting businesses! I walked out feeling like I had visited an upscale salon! HIGHLY recommend Sport Clips!!

Lynni did a Fantastic job. She was spot on with keeping everything sterilized and clean. She made sure I was comfortable and got the haircut I wanted while taking all the new extra steps to ensure she and I were practicing covid-19 protocols. Great haircut and I respect the seriousness in which they are approaching the way business is conducted during this viral issue.

My son was able to get a haircut as a walk-in. They were friendly and very clean. Wiped everything people touched with sanitizer and wore masks. Great experience.

Was our first visit because my 10 year old son wanted to check it out. The shop was clean. Employees friendly and attentive. Easy checking in process. The stylist was friendly but lacked personality. She didnt speak to my son the entire time. First visit got the free upgrade to MVP. Hot towel, no big deal. The shoulder massage was a hand held massage device. My son said it sucked. He said the massage chair for the hair washing was better. Hair cut in general was okay. Doubt well be back. The cost in general, $16 for 10 and below, is a but high. I can get $15 for any age at our normal salon with a more qualified stylist. $22 for the MVP is way too high.

I usually don’t like to post negative reviews. However, I feel quality for not sharing since the reviews can help the business owner improve. The place was clean, the staff members were friendly, but the quality of the haircut was awful. I couldn’t go to my regular barber since I was out of town for work, so I decided to try this location. I was very disappointed and my hair looks very bad. I can’t wait to go back to my regular barber so he can fix my hair to my liking again.

Very pleased with the service I received. My wait time was minimal and my haircut was just the way I wanted. My hair stylist new just how I wanted my hair cut and I was impressed with her knowledge of the cut and why I wanted it cut this way. It was my first time here and loved the shampoo, hot towel and massage. Will be back.

Good haircuts and friendly staff. Make sure youre clear on what level of haircut you want to receive though. I was not asked if I wanted their luxury cut which includes a shampoo/scalp massage and brief shoulder massage (things I typically dont want to pay extra for). So I got charged $25 instead of $19 because the employee never asked if I was getting a premium cut. Staff should be clear if theyre going to offer services that incur an upcharge.

I’ve been the person to find the cheapest haircut place for years and have always been moderately satisfied. This place is way better than your average barber and still very reasonable in price. Haircut was perfect and I recommend the hair wash.

Very friendly. Came here to get my sons haircut and for the first time we were happy with the results. Gone to many places around the area and it always looks butchered and to short. Here it is clean you are able to have conversation with the staff they are not rude and my son loved the fact he could watch sports while getting his haircut. This will be our go to from now on

First time visit to this location, after being a regular at the N Durham store. Check-in was quick and easy as usual, and barely had time to sit before my stylist was calling me back.Virginia asked for my preferences (I guess the info in the system doesnt transfer from one store to the other?), understood my wishes and executed it flawlessly. She took great care to blend different lengths, got my OK at several points on length, and was polite, friendly, and professional throughout.Happy to have a new place for haircuts nearer to my new neighborhood. Will be back in several weeks!

Overall, I didnt have bad haircuts here. Out of 3 haircuts, 2 were just what I wanted, and worth the not-too-pricy $19 plus tip. However, one haircut very much wasnt.While getting my most recent haircut, my stylist didnt listen to my requests. After pointing out a wavy spot of long hair, she told me that was just how my head was. She also ignored my request to make sure that the hair on the top back of my head (where I always get a cowlick) was all thoroughly cut. This was impossible to tell in the chair, with my hair wet and looking in a mirror, but while she said she cut it, it was very clearly not cut when I went home.I went in a few days later to give them a chance to fix it, and the wait was going to be over an hour, which was longer than I had available. So, instead, I called to ask for a refund. I was told that they had lost my appointment in the system and so they couldnt offer me anything. I was then told that, even if they could find my appointment, they dont offer refunds, but would have me come in and have the same stylist go over my hair again. I asked to speak with a manager, and was told that the store has no manager.I was essentially left with no option for either refund or fixing it, except for the shaky possibility of maybe having the stylist that messed up in the first place cut my hair again (as long as I came in the same day I was calling and they could find my appointment). Instead, Ive spent an hour with scissors trying to fix it in the mirror (I dont recommend this approach!). I will not be returning to this location again. Be warned - you might get a great haircut, but if you dont, tough luck.

For the life of me I cant remember her name but if I saw her face Id be able to recognize her instantly. Shes a little older and shes been cutting hair for 30 plus years (if I remember correctly) and was absolutely fantastic! I will totally go back when shes there and get my hair cut only by her. My oldest has autism spectrum disorder, and when he was a little boy his neck was cut during a haircut by a broken set of clippers. Ever since, he will only allow scissors to be used. Even though this is more difficult and time consuming, the folks at this Sport Clips do it, and do it well, with a smile on their face to boot. I usually get mine cut at the same time, and they always do a great job and are very friendly. This past week was no different, a great experience all the way around. Keep up the great work!

Best haircut I’ve had in a long time!!! And the person that cut my hair was very nice and professional. I mention that I was having difficulty in closing mt hearing aid baterry doors with out getting hair caught in them. “she said ... “Oh I can fix that for you!” And she did fix it beautifully. Ive had a bad experience at a previous sports clips a couple years ago, which deterred me from ever returning to a chain salon/barbershop.It wasnt until I was in need of a last minute haircut, when I took a shot with Bonnie B. She has been cutting my hair for about 3 months now, every three weeks or so, and I have nothing but good things to say.She listens to the patron, and focuses on what they want done with their hair. She is very pleasant to talk to, and is really passionate about what she does.My hair is very fine and needs extra work when it comes to using shears, and I appreciate her taking the time to make me look better coming out of the store than I came in. I highly recommended Bonnie B. for people with special hair needs.

I loved the haircut, I enjoyed the extra amenities. I think my stylist couldve told me there was an option for a lower price, but instead of informing me she chose the higher priced option. Because of this reason I dont think Im going back.

My experience was excellent. I followed Lynni from her previous Sport Clips location. I tried two other hairdressers, in the mean time, that we’re closer to me in Cary and I was not happy with my haircuts. So I decided to drive out to South Point for Lynni. It was well worth it. As long as she’s there, I’ll be a loyal customer.

Bonnie B. cut my hair here and I had an over the top, excellent experience. I wanted an unusual cut(a mohawk), and sometimes have trouble working with stylists. Here, however, the stylist communicated clearly with what I wanted done, made great conversation, and made me feel 100% comfortable. Beyond that she made a point to go next door to get me a water on a hot day when I expressed being thirsty. My experience here exceeded my expectations of what you get at a cookie-cutter, chain barber shop and I recommend all my friends go here just to see Bonnie.

I had a good hair cut from here about a month ago. I think the girls name was Krystal or something and she had a polish looking last name. The price is okay but she did a great job with the cut, even if she wasnt that friendly. I appreciated the questions she asked including when was the last time and when I answered 2 months she knew exactly what to do.Ill be back for my next haircut.
