Paid cash for a transmission. Only realized before leaving it was not the same transmission ID. Did not take the transmission. Kept 20% of our cash right there in front of our face. For a restocking fee. I love it when junkyard staff try to tell the certified mechanics that it will fit. Whos the expert? Also, keep it professional and dont call us friend when screwing us to our face.

Simple and straightforward transactions, you have 30 days if you want to return the product with a 15% restock fee or a 90 day replace with a like product. Im not sure if this policy applies to all items or the one I purchased, the person will tell you their policy just before you pay. Overall, they have a wide selection and they are open on Saturdays as well, check website for hours. Nothing fancy, you ask for a product, you wait in the office, while they get it from a vehicle in their yard, you get to inspect it visually, you pay for it and pick it up. They should clean up the approach road and the office, no need for that to look like a junk yard. The staff is precise and dont expect anything fancy, just simple straightforward conversations. They accept cash and popular credit cards for payment.

Had the part I was looking for. Acceptable service, but they make you feel like they think you are a thief. You cannot actually look at/nor touch the vehicles, they remove all parts while you wait. Reasonable prices. I might go again, if I cannot find parts elsewhere...

Wagners had exactly what I needed and the best part is that all I had to do is call and ask. They have a great database with parts and prices of everything they have on the lot.I was behind on my inspection because the Hyundai dealership was well or if my price range for a taillight. The lights worked but the red cover had a small crack in it. Wagners was a life saver.As others have said, do not turn into the industrial park like Google Maps tells you to, just drive a bit further and youll see the entrance.

I called ahead to make sure that the middle stow and go seats Id seen online were STILL available BEFORE I drove from Lillington TO Durham.I was assured they HAD the seats and when i got there, the only seats they had for me were a bench seat that I couldnt use.Was a waste of time and gas money to go there.Found my seats at Mclambs in Fuquay Varina instead. Not only did Mclambs have my seats BUT they also threw in the floor cover part because the floor cover I had wouldnt of worked with the seats I bought. AND a sweetheart named Miguel helped me install the seats AND cover.****Stow and go seats pictured here I FOUND at MCLAMBS in Fuquay Varina NOT at Wagners****

Employees at Wagners Auto Salvage were disrespectful to their customers as well as each other. Although I gave the make and model of my car, they gave me parts that did not fit. They did not show the parts to me until after I purchased them. For miscellaneous parts, they do not have any warranty, and do not allow returns. So if they hand you the wrong part and you pay for it, youre screwed.The prices were not very good. The parts I purchased were only about 50% off of the price if I had gotten the parts brand new from a dealership. The LKQ Pick Your Part is much better. I got the same parts there for about 80% off the dealership price, and they were in better condition!

My young daughters car died the day she was supposed to head from NC to Colorado. Victor and the staff at Wagners bent over backward to pick up the car as soon as possible and help her work through the paperwork to unload the car so she could be on her way. They were very patient with both her and her semi-frantic mother trying to coordinate things from Colorado. Very professional.

Was given accurate information regarding parts availability on the vehicle I was searching for, and had no problem picking them up. This place is a little rough around the edges, but if youre in a situation where you need to come here that shouldnt bother you. I would allot at least 40 minutes to an hour to complete the process. Love their 4WD Mazda van as well!

The tow truck drivers that I ve dealt with are always super nice and helpful. I needed a part also that I had checked all the auto parts store for even the dealership and no one was able to help. Finally i went to Wagners showed the guy the part missing on my car within 10 minutes he was back with the exact part. I didnt get his name but he was so awesome it was a very tiny plastic piece and he didnt even charge me for. Yall were truly a life saver.

Wagners auto salvage was a big help. They sold me a car battery that was like brand new for 32 dollars plus tax. And they fully charged it ahead of time. I wouldve spent one hundred and fifty dollars for the same quality battery elsewhere!

Really cool place for parts if available but most are already stripped down to the bare bones.

We usually install new and warranty 2 yrs 24k miles but there are times when we have to go used ie engines, transmissions or hard to find parts like a sub harness or parts that are no longer available. These guys are knowledgeable and great to work with
