I just want to say Robin P is amazing. My battery died on my birthday and ruined all of my plans. He took care of my car and thoroughly explained everything to me. I was initially told that another appointment wasn’t available until about two weeks. My car was ready the next day by noon!!!!It’s things likes this that gives me faith and humanity. I truly appreciate Hendricks for taking care of me.
I was in and out in record time. I went on for a recall, but the guys washed and vacuumed my car as well as a multi-point inspection. Dennis Arias was professional and very nice. Will recommend Hendrix for autos and service!!
Giving one star because it does not appear to allow zero. Took my Subaru down to the Southpoint Auto Mall to get a problem diagnosed. What I got was what I would describe as a runaround and a ripoff. Getting useful information out of these people is more than a struggle. The number of times that a plain statement led to a vague answer is something that I did not count. Ended up without a diagnosis and still had to pay the diagnostic fee in spite of the fact that I ended up selling the car to the dealership. What they didnt tell me is that I would be kept waiting a long time and then told that the check to buy the car should come to me within about 4 weeks. This little tidbit is one of several that would have been nice to know up front, but...Anyway, they actually did send the check for a rather pathetic amount (although they didnt know it, I was constrained by an upcoming move to another state).Please dont take my word for it, but please do consider the rather palatial establishment that they occupy. That very impressive space was purchased on the back of profits from all of us. I will stay away from these crooks! Will you?
Was visiting in Durham NC & the headrest ratcheting mechanism failed on my new Outback. I called Hendrick Subaru, they ordered it immediately, & it arrived during my stay in the area. Didnt buy the car there & it was warranty work, so my compliments to Jason in parts. Thank you.
Went to Hendricks Suburu South point Mall. Really nice used cars on the lot. Months backlog if you want a new one. The salesman I worked with tried really hard to show me what i was looking for and to get it down as low as he could.

Customer service was very good prompt. I was not a happy customer.I get my car back several days later, delivered by my salesman. There car was cleaner but far from promised detail. One window was missing tint. Looks like to new or painted hubcaps on passenger side and and two broken and scratch/curbed hubcaps on driver side. Oil change ...98% sure was not done. No oil change sticker or reset on the cars computer remind.The car is pretty and drives good but I was treated and taken advantage of.When the final amount of car was double checked, I was charged $7800 plus. $200 in addition to original agreed upon price.LISTEN TO THIS: Prior too buying car I searched the net looking at my options. Hindrick Chevrolet of South point was offering a 500$ off any car if you signed up and bought a car. WOW!!!! What a deal.....It was never mentioned and not applied towards my purchase price. ?????Update: After lots of complaining and phone calls, some to be returned-never was. However they did complete fixes promised. I did get a $500 check for rebate promised-But never mentioned.Notice: Im a mechanic and certified N.C. Safety Inspector. So Im familiar with cars. Ibelieve in second chances so we will see what the outcome is and I will put it on here for all to see if this were a perfect world we would not need cars. God Bless America. It was done on a phone via-text.Also: The so called warrenty and free oil changes were not free, but added on the bill of Sale. It was 3 year/3000 mile warranty. Joke! $ 7800 or 4800 I honestly cant remember. $200 for so called oil changes.Above was taken off after a 6-8 month investigation.My 60 month loan at an outragious interest rate went to 30 months for a roughly 5500 dollar balance. Cats and 02 sensors.Buyer Beware at Rick Hindrick Chevrolet of Durham at South Point.Update:03/15/21After many attempts of calling following through and worrying the heck out of staff and managers, the 4000 or so dollar warranty that was added to the total of the vehicle was eventually in time removed. Deductible from my total. The cost $200 for the oil changes that were misleadingly free was advised upon. Very shady place, may look consumer friendly, but be careful what you get, and do your research on the car you want. Bought a car from them 2 years ago, to try and trade in for a cheaper car, found out on the history report, a wreck was sited on my cars history. The damage on the report sounded severe, air bag was deployed, and this information was not on the KBB site. Dont get me wrong, the car drives great, just dont like the shady dealings. Also I went to speak to a dealer about taking it back, and they tried to take 2 new cars to trade for 1 car, then trade the car I just got back for 1 of the cars I traded in. Then when I said no I dont want to do that, they tried to sell my mom a car. Like seriously, they will eat you alive if you are not careful.

I had a remarkable experience at Hendrick Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac Southpoint. My car salesman, named Carlos, worked with me. He was not pushy and quick to make a sale. He allowed me to express what I desired in a vehicle freely. Also, he did not pressure me to allow the dealership to seek financing for me--I was preapproved with my local bank. I was able to test-drive three cars before making my final selection. After completing my choice, my request to lower the vehicle by $1,000 was granted. The vehicle rebates helped to offset the payoff amount on my trade-in vehicle. Thank you. The paperwork process was excellent. Millard (I misspelled his name) communicated the terms and agreement in detail without complicated jargon. Overall, my car purchasing experience was the best Ive ever had. Car buying causes anxiety for most people, myself included. I hate the constant texting, emailing, calling, especially when it is about a car that doesnt have everything I requested. Grrr. Scott Lickteig was a great sales rep. He wasnt aggressive or pushy. Halleluja! Scott found the exact car I wanted at another dealership and had it shipped over. I shopped around to make sure I was getting the best price. All in all, beautiful dealership, friendly and smart salesman, good deal. I recommend checking them out if you are in the market.

I drove to this dealer from Raleigh this evening after confirming via phone that the NEW vehicle I wanted to BUY was available and available for purchase at this dealership as part of the COSTCO program. Upon arrival, the salesman, searched the lot and found an alternate USED vehicle for me and told me he was not able to sell me the vehicle and that I would have to drive to the Hendrick location in Greensboro.

We had a great experience with Performance Subaru in Chapel Hill! We worked with Lauren Wells and Will Priest, who were both very friendly, accommodating, and professional. Lauren answered all of our questions very promptly and was very patient with us through multiple test drives (Im a relatively inexperienced driver, and this was my first car purchase). We did choose to purchase a car here. My parents, veteran car purchasers, were also impressed with the ease and smoothness of the purchase process here at Subaru. We had a lot of fun!

I like that Hendrick bases their used vehicles off market value instead of jacking up the costs. My only criticism is it took a while for anyone to greet us or ask if we needed help the first time we came in, but the second time we were greeted fairly quickly.

For sales they are very good for service not so good trusted them with my vehicle till today May 11, 2019 when I went in for an oil change and a tire rotation when I purchased my vehicle in 2015 I got offered a package that contains oil changes and some other different things but till today I found out that they do not change oil or oil filters so people check before you leave the dealership in that case if they don’t do all that service they offer you they should at least discounted on the vehicle price I believe that would be more fair and not lying to you in your face!!!! Not a professional look Hendrick!!!!!
Nice waiting room with TV and water/coffee. They need more snacks though. When I needed a ride the had a free Lyft car service there super quick and they arranged one back to the dealership for free too.

Lauren made my first car-buying experience so fast and easy! Ive been taking my old car to the Service Center here, and after a nice discussion with Jessica I decided to trade it in to buy a more reliable used car. Lauren compiled a short list of cars I would be most interested in, based on a quick phone conversation, and I was able to go for test drives that afternoon. The sales team worked together to get me the best price and great financing, and they were super helpful in working around my busy school schedule. I love my new car and feel great that I got a service package and will be coming back to Performance for my auto needs.
College kids trying to sell cars. Very annoying staff. They told me one price on the phone. When I got there th price was 4 grand more. And they wouldnt budge. They ended up going down 2 grand but that was after I left.
I recently purchased a 2010 Ford Focus in great condition from their used cars division. The sales representative I worked with, Will Priest, was thoroughly upfront and honest about every aspect of the transaction. He clearly explained how well their cars were maintained, certified, and competitively priced. In the end, I was offered a more than reasonable price for the car. My experience with Mr. Priest and the dealership was smooth and low-stress and I never felt pressured. Its been a year since my review last year (below) and Im still very pleased with Performance and happy with my car. Its a sweetie! And so are they. -------Ive had my 2003 Subaru Forester since 2006 and have been extremely pleased with it. Foresters are hot, people stop to admire mine. Performance Subaru has been excellent over the years with any service Ive had to have done to it, which has been very little. Gus now and Guy earlier, have been masterful in their care of my car and attention to me as a customer. Knock on wood, Ive not had to spend much on it in the six years Ive had it. Id highly recommend Performance Subaru!

Hendrick Southpoint Cadillac has an impressive inventory, enough so that they can offer incredible deals. It really was worth our drive from the Triad. When visiting or making an appointment, ask for Gordon. He is exceptionally knowledgeable on all things Cadillac - theres no question he cant answer. Gordon wont pressure you into a sale but instead share enough about the models and trims available to help you to pick the Cadillac that suits you and your familys needs best.
I enjoy coming here. Amenities are top so u can have snacks watch tv and enjoy a fresh cafe beverage. The technicians are very informative and helpful when u come in for service. They also honest on which items need to be fixed and which ones can wait or are optional for repair. They have a shuttle service. Since they are typically busy the down side is youre going to wait a while for them to finish. So dont plan to walk right in and out especially if u dont have an appointment.
Had a Labor Day sale. Salesman was so concentrated on getting done with me so he could eat, he got me out without asking for my number. Never offered me anything from the spread they had laid out and was having a conversation with the salesman in the next cubicle about how to make money from Youtube while he was searching his inventory for a couple of cars I was asking about. I hate dealers, they either smother or make it known youre a nuisance to their day. The latter was definitely the case here.

Connor, our salesman was friendly, polite and went the extra mile to sell us a car. We wanted to buy one from Connor because we liked him so much and felt that he had genuinely worked on our behalf without exerting pressure. The management, who said that they would not lose business for a few hundred dollars, however, declined our offer which was only $399.00 less than the price offered by the dealership. Our mediocre rating is reflective of the dealership but not of our salesperson.
Matt Sedlak gave us excellent service, answered all of our questions. And provided us with a great price. His sense of humor provided the whole buying experience more fun and exciting and not so stressful. Their finance department really looks out for their customers.

I love the smaller dealership setting. You only deal with 2 people . They dont swarm you at the door. Very reasonable when it comes to working out the price. I drove 2 hours away just to get my jeep from them and it was worth it ! . I did have a problem with one employee but they definitely made it right and apologized for how he acted . Just goes to show they do care for there customers. Would highly recommend this place !

The experience thus far has been great your sales rep Carlos was outstanding as I mentioned to him he made what was normally an uncomfortable situation very comfortable between test riding and purchase I was in and out within 3 to 4 hours had one follow-up issue with some damage on delivery but once again Hendrick is addressing it and very pleased the plan is to have the vehicle repaired tomorrow. This has been the best car buying experience I have had to date. Scheduled a test drive online with a sales associate and when I pulled up the car was in front of the door with a reserved for VIP customer sign in the window. During the test drive i mentioned I would have to come back Saturday to pick up the vehicle if we closed the deal and they said they would deliver so I wouldnt have to drive back and get it, Never have I been offered that before. We made the deal and car was delivered on time, and looking great. Would definitely recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a vehicle.
My wife and i could not be more satisfied with the Subaru product. Lauren, Alex, Moose and Brad made the buying experience simple and easy. We were in an accident and had to replace our Subaru, but we would not replace with anything else. She lived !!! And, frankly, we would be hard pressed to take our business anywhere else since this weekend will be our fourth buy there. And, again, the process was reasonable and smooth.

Having dealt with a number other car dealerships in the past, I liked that during the negotiations we always interfaced with Matt and did not have the manager come in to close the deal.I think we ended up up with a great car at a good price while also enjoying the experience...and I think Matt was a big part of that. Our salesman, Corey, was great. A couple of things I would like to see changed however. One is the practice of loading each car with over $1k in dealer added accessories and being very reluctant to remove any of them. And those accessories are not included in the advertised price of the car. A second thing I would like to see changed is not having your detailing team there until closing. Nobody wants to bring their new car in the next day and sit around for a couple of hours to get it ready to drive.
Always had great service here and very quick. The lobby has wifi and snacks and is comfortable to wait in. When they have had to keep my vehicle overnight they gave me a model newer of my car as a loaner. Way better experience than the previous dealership I went to before finding out about this one.
I was having problems opening my car with the remote key fob. My advisor name was Christian and he handled my problem very professionally and personally. My advisor made me feel more positive about BMW dealership service.
