I changed my insurance too another company and when I called too cancel this policy Charlotte was very rude with my new agent and had a little attitude because I wanted too change companies. Charlotte also lied and told me that I would be charged a penalty fee for canceling my policy as a scare tactic,customer service told me that wasnt true,so go too Liberty Mutal they treat you better and give you a lower rate.......BEWARE.

The saying Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there. is one hundred percent accurate. I have been with State Farm for a few years now, and I have absolutely no complaints about them. I feel like the people in my agents office are family. I can trust them to get the best policy to fit my needs. They are reasonably priced, are helpful and patient, and have great agents. My main thing is the excellent customer service I have received. Armante has always answered my questions and explained everything in words I could understand. He will tell me if there are any discounts available. The customer service is great! I would recommend State Farm to anyone in general who wants dependable and affordable auto insurance.

Where do I start! I used to work for this location, and the working conditions were both professional and friendly. Moving to Fayetteville, I decided that I (still) will keep my insurance with her agency. They return calls in a timely manner and are there for me in a pinch when something happens. I had a an accident in Ohio recently and in no time Charlotte sent a tow truck and made reservations for me and my family at a local hotel until she could make arrangements for me to get a rental car. With out her help the situation could have been a nightmare! Its great to know that a person like Charlotte and her wonderful staff are there to support you when something bad happens. Beware of double standard of this location. I had my policy from this agent a year and when I wanted to renew for newer location she gave me much higher rate and said rates are increased and you are also changing apartment, I said okay asked to start my policy on some xx future date. When I came back to home and checked state farm online website and got the exactly same quote for the exactly same apartment with half of the price. I contacted her in email and she stopped replying my any email. I sent her multiple emails, She did not replied even a single email. I guess she was angry because I left policy from her and she will no longer get her commission.When I was purchasing policy I asked her is that is the cheaper price she can get she said yes. If that is the case how I got the same policy on half price throw state farm ?Any way I have to contact state farm to sort thing out. I will never do business with this Agent

I have been doing business with state farm for years. Charlotte Weaver is the best, and I mean that form my heart.

Never transfer ur service to this location. No one was able to provide accurate information on my billing. They messed up my whole relationship with Statefarm. They never tell u detailed information on my bill when asked. U can try State Farm but not this office. There wont be one person calling, you have to explain situation to everyone representative that calls. They dont even provide corporate details when asked. I am not sure what service that u guys provide to your customers. Wish I had details for bills which I paid for.

I hands down have never been happier with an insurance company then I am with State Farm. The customer service is completely amazing and I have never had better service ANYWHERE than with the associates at the Charlotte Weaver State Farm Agency. There is a wide selection of plans with even more personalized individualism within each plan. I was attended by the Customer Service Manager, Armante, whom went above and beyond to assist me with my needs. Armante helped me decide which plans with what coverages would be the best for me and in my price ranges. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for insurance!

Probably without a doubt the simplest and friendliest customer care Ive ever experienced. Was unhappy with my motorcycle insurance with Geico so I went in and talked to Aly looking to get a quote and she was able to provide me with a much lower rate than anywhere else I looked. I told my friend about them and he got a better rate aswell. Will definitely be recommending to others and I look forward to having them cover all my insurance needs.

DONT DO IT. I was contacted out of the blue and given a great quote. I decided to change insurances the following month. Sat down and met in person with Jessica and we went over packages. They tried to sell me additional insurances. She pulled my driving record and i had a couple of things that could change my rate but she said it wouldnt affect anything. This was on a Friday and she was rushing because she said she was going oit of town. I paid my first month and signed paperwork. Monday, i emailed her because she failed to email my receipt. I canceled my previous insurance via email and let Jessica know. By Wednesday Jessica called me to tell me that underwriting said my insurance would be $100 more a month. By then i was screwed and her response was atleast its cheaper then your last insurance. I have email docimentation and many calls that show the lack of knowlegde from this office. I could go on and on and they have cost me lots of money. Be careful, do your research and if it seems to good to be true, it normally is. I was told i was being sent a gift card for my trouble. Not only didnt it show up but when i asked the amount, they said $10 after they already beat me out of hundreds.
