Do not hesitate to use this agency. I have been with this office for more than 10 years. The firm is professional, ethical, quick to take action, and will meet all your needs. I have filed two claims over the years and been very pleased.The office is busy so Leave A Message and your call will be returned. I especially like working with Chelsea. If she doesnt know what youre asking at the moment she will research it and call you back.I love this agency, Sara D.

Please find another office! The people here are not willing to help or explain things in a professional manner at all. Kim Allen was very rude and condescending over email. They are not in the business of providing great customer service.

I have been a Debbie Leonard / State Farm client for over nearly 20 years. They have stood behind me and my family through accidents, storm damage, water heater damage, etc. While Ive heard of other people having trouble with various insurance companies, they have done a great job for us on a consistent basis. While they may not be able to pick up for every call, they always get back to me and resolve issues, answer questions, or help us with whatever we need. I dont hesitate to recommend this agency. Kim specifically is always helpful.

Never even managed to contact them because I would go straight to voicemail, and they would not respond. I contacted another state farm agency nearby, and the agent was not surprised when I mentioned how unresponsive Debbie Leonards office is. If you want no interaction or communication with your agents this is the place to choose.

I had to give it one start in order to write something. But, I give Debbie Leonards State Farm office a ZERO STAR!!! VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!. they dont return calls or solve any problems. They dont even know what an Accord or declarations page is my god and they are the insurance agent! Their voice mail says to text them but, they still cant help you. Who prefers to have their customers text instead of call! Dont use Debbie Leonards office!

This office has really turned around in the last month. They are still pretty busy but my stuff gets taken care of as soon as possible. Chelsea, Kim and Monica seem like a happy team. I’ve worked with each of them on my policy and I’m glad I transferred back

Horrible. Whether its Debbie Leonard or State Farm, I dont know. But they have withdrawn money from my bank account without my authorization. Their billing is erratic. The amounts I owe on common policies change from bill to payment to notice of cancellation. Really. Notice of cancellation??? I pay monthly, and I have the records to prove it. I am reporting State Farm and Debbie Leonard to the Better Business Bureau. I dont need to be unnerved by their awful Internet WWW payments page, or their harassing notices. Im fed up. I have been with State Farm for more than 20 years, but 2016 has been a horror show.

I have been their customer for many years. What the heck has happened to this company? Miserable service. Failure to return calls. Ignoring concerns. God help me if I ever had an actual claim! Going to change companies. This is ridiculousUpdate: March 10. To be fair to the agency, I wanted to post this update. After more than four months of terrible customer service, failure to fix their problem, etc....I finally was able to get something done. My thanks to Ms. Sanchez who met with me personally, spent an hour resolving issues, and made things right. I am disgusted that I never received a phone call from Debbie Leonard herself. I hope somebody figures out that there are major performance issues in the group. Otherwise, they might as well close their doors. The voice answering machine needs to be OFF during business hours. Not good, folks! Not good at all. Thank you, Ms Sanchez!

We have been customers with Debbie Leonard State Farm for at least 18 years. Most recently I needed to change our vehicle coverage and found the service to be excellent. It seems the problems have been addressed that resulted in negative responses from other reviewers. One of things I really appreciate about this office is that I can go sit down and talk with someone if it is a complicated question.

The absolute worst experience Ive had. Completely unresponsive. Doesnt return calls. Has inaccurate info about policies. Do not walk, but run, away and find another State Farm agent who will treat you like a human being and help you when you need it.

My experiences, of late, are very similar to those of the other reviewers. Ive been with this office for almost 20 years, but lately, customer service has been very bad. A live person never answers the phone, and when I leave a message it takes days for someone to get back to me. When they do, heaven forbid I miss the call...I call back 20 minutes later, get the voicemail again, and never hear another word. Ive just called another State Farm agency on the recommendation of other clients and am transferring my policies there.

Debbie Leonard State Farm customer service has consistently gone down hill. I have been with her agency 18 years and a State Farm Customer for over 20 years. I have been calling and emailing the office since February 8 and no one has yet to return my call or email. I am very upset at how customers are being treated. I contacted another State Farm agent and was told that several of Debbie Leonards customers have recently changed agents due to bad customer service. If I could, I would give Debbie Leonard 0 stars!!!!

If I could give it a 0-star I would! One of the worst Insurance companies I have ever had to deal with! Staff gives you the run around and can never solve anything. I have been waiting and waiting since April to get a refund which I paid twice and had receipt and bank statements to prove it. Now I tried renewing my registration and DMV tells me I have no insurance on my vehicle. Please do not go to them, they are a pain!!!

I am another person with a one star review. I really hate to write anything bad about anybody, but the service I received was beyond horrible and others should be spared.I had my home owners insurance with Debbie Leonard but sold our house and moved to another area. Her agency did not properly notify State Farm and as result I had an additional $1,050 in escrow funds taken out of my now non-existent account. I found about it accidently.I contacted the Debbie Leonard agency many times and after an initial contact nobody followed up. After leaving a message with Debbie where I said I’d go to the Dep’t of Insurance if I wasn’t called, she called, was very apologetic and said the case would be immediately followed up with.Never happened. I called in, left many voicemails, never got a call back from her or any of her staff. It was beyond frustrating.An agent with my new State Farm agency, Bill Russell in Asheville (highly recommended) pick up the ball and pushed through to get me my refund. She had nothing to gain other than a very satisfied customer. Debbie Leonard and her office on the other hand, get a review like this. That the ball was initially dropped was not a big deal, we all make mistakes. But to leave me hanging like that is terrible customer service, not to mention that I would have been out $1,050.

I have been dealing with State Farm 34 years. Debbie Leonards Office has gone downhill since I have been with her. It took me twenty minutes of constant calling to get somebody to even answer the telephone. When I got somebody to answer it took an additional 10 minutes to get somebody to help me. RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!

The phones seem to always go to voicemail. You can never reach the receptionist. I have to call multiple times to reach them. Dont know who my rep is as they never told me who replaced by last rep who left company.

I just left paying my insurance, the thing is that the receptionist did not return my change. I gave him 650 and I am owing 20. According to her, nothing could be done, but the abusive people give me a lot of courage. I have already been given several complaints from the workers there because they are very tragic according to this and today I verified it.
