Great place if you like inconsist pick ups. They constantly dont pick up trash or switch up days they pick up. Ive called a few times and they seem to never know why this keeps happening. I guess theyll pick do a pick up within 24 hours actually means whenever sometime within a week.

I was treated very well at the recycling site AND at the garbage transfer station. They charged me the bare minimum at both sites. I was glad and relieved by the employees treatment after having had unpleasant encounters at other similar facilities out of state.

They suddenly more than tripled their prices with some explanation about multiplying cubic feet and a camera was watching everything. Rude, slow and greedy. Go to Bayfield. Nice lady works there, its never as busy and affordable.

I’m a contractor and go all the time, two weeks ago I took a truck load of used carpet and pad and scraps from new floor installation $16.00. Today I had a small lump of carpet and some branches, truck not close to being full and the guy tells me $26.00. Way to much so l left. He was also very slow

Quick and easy. Recycling is free for city residents.

Very inefficient, 3 plus employees standing around not working, with a long line and longer wait. One employee running heavy equipment seemed to be the hold up while the other employees stood and watched for over 45 minutes. #WCA

Cant get anyone to answer the phone... Does anyone actually work here?? And the employees are extremely rude. And Im sure they are charging people above the greatest to keep the extra

I think considering the business if you have to wait it’s understandable...I’m looking at the other posts lol seriously it’s funny that some of these people think that writing a bad review after bad review makes things better funny one of them wrote bad reviews for over 15 other business all bad hmmm ... Bad service or bad customer? Hey people it’s a dump.. if you don’t like the service go else where...

Well run, reasonably priced.

Extremely expensive along with unfriendly employees. Also, by not accepting spray paint cans and other so called hazardous waste, the county is encouraging disposal of these items in the normal trash pickup. Very short sighted.

Way cheaper than pick up service and the lady at the gate is always nice. I never have seen her as rude. You reap as you sew I guess....
