Wish I could give 10 stars. I was in a bind last week with my truck. The turn around was quick. Had my car towed in on Thursday. It was ready to go Friday morning. If you are thinking about taking your car here just do it. Prices are good. I was actually giving a transparent and pretty accurate estimate. Due to the nature of the issue it caused secondary repairs. They where knowledgeable enough to factor that in. Both of the shop owners are amazing to work with. The communication was amazing. They turned a stressful experience into a pleasurable one.

All the staff members are so friendly and kind. The prices are very reasonable compared to the dealership and other shops. I will refer anyone to Randys Shop. I will always back them in there high Quality of work. Thank you for being my mechanic since 2007 for all of my vehicles, my son and other friends and family. You all are the BEST. You deserve more than a FIVE STAR 🌟.

Took my 2006 ram 1500 to randy for some engine repairs, and electrical repairs. kept shutting off on me and had some electrical components not working right, both times I took my truck for service I was 100% satisfied with the outcome. They fixed my issues fast and are very reliable, they are friendly people that treat you well and are easy to communicate with. If you’re looking for a trustworthy and great mechanic I highly highly recommend Randy’s.

From the moment I called for a quote I was treated amazing. My car has been having trouble for a long time. I’ve been to several mechanics with no luck. I came to Dunn NC from Dothan, Alabama to rent a U-Haul and the company would not rent to me without a connection device on my vehicle, I called around everywhere and no one could get to me on that Friday, I stopped by Tractor Supply in A nearby city when one of their employees told me about Randy’s Automotive in Dunn, North Carolina. I called Randy and spoke to him personally and explained my very volatile situation about my lights, he told me not to worry come on out and he could get me fixed right up. Randy got my adapter hooked up in just a few hours and did an excellent job with a very reasonable price to add! His staff is very friendly and professional, his office Manager Robert was pleasant and treated me like family, and speaking of family I met his beautiful wife Renee and handsome boys to top it off. As a small family operated business I highly recommend Randy’s Automotive to anyone looking for car care in the surrounding area, Randy delivered what I needed and I was back on the road in no time to head home to sweet Alabama!

I took my Chevy Suburban to get fixed. The crew and front office here are absolutely awesome!!! After fixing it I was driving to work and the check engine light came back on. I contacted them and for the next 2 days they picked me up and took me to and from work until they could assess what else was going on. Once an additional issue was found they fixed it and now I am back on the road and she runs like brand new. Thank you to Randy, Robert, and the other guys in the shop that put a lot of time and sweat into getting me back on the road.

I cannot speak highly enough of the entire team at Randys! I bought my first used car, which was a Mercedes, and within two months it turned into a nightmare! Thank God for the team at Randys! Work was performed as stated, nothing extra was done without contacting me first. Car was repaired and ready to be picked up as stated....I was/am impressed with the value that you receive from here. I was due to leave North Berwick on Saturday afternoon after being on holiday for a week, but as I set off there was a loud knocking noise coming from the back of my car. I used my breakdown cover and Steve came out to have a look at the vehicle. He diagnosed the problem within minutes, advised it was undriveable but he could get the part needed and fit it the following day, despite it being a Sunday. He arrived Sunday morning as promised and did the repair without even taking the vehicle away.

My fiancé and I broke down on the highway coming all the way from Florida, and randy’s place was the closest automotive repair shop close by where we got stranded.. once we got there from the side of the highway.. me being pregnant and hot and not feeling good the staff team working immediately made sure i was okay and looked at the problem we were having. They even let me lay down in the office to wait and feel better! How sweet! Randy, the owner came over and explained everything he was doing to my fiancé and fixed us up within a couple of hours and got us back on the road. I WOULD HIGHLY SUGGEST THIS SHOP 👍🏻
