This was my first time visiting this location due to closing near me and the cashier Gisselle M. wasnt helpful at ALL! She seemed irritated and wasnt informative or friendly. This probably will NOT be my new store location 😣

Took entirely too long to activate the service. It is a fairly decent service none the less. And a GREAT price as well.

I called this store on 3/16/2019 to check & make sure the phone I was trying to purchase was available there. The young lady told me to hold on let her check & sat the phone down & just left it there, never came back to the phone. After 10 minutes of holding I hung up & tried to call back but the line was busy like the phone was still off even 3 hours later. So I went up to the store to an open sign, just for the doors to be locked & a young lady (who works there) just sitting in her car saying that the worker(not her) was on lunch. So I left & came back an 1 1/2 later for the same lady to still be sitting in the car claiming the workers were still on lunch. I feel SHE was the worker & was lying & didnt want to do her job. Their losing a lot of business & need to get it together.

My phone still not working took 2 hours for nothing its boost mobile it self the work dont know what they do and the work over phone just as worse.
