They have been very helpful, quick with responses to questions and concerns I have had, and work with me as much as possible!

Not happy at all!! I keep getting overcharged! Spoke with someone last month to see why it had went up so much and they said it was fixed and would look into getting a credit for the past two months! Not only was not reimbursed from the previous two months but also the discount was not added for the current month!!

I appreciate the attentiveness and care provided by the Whitaker team, specifically, Julie. I can always count on her to take the time to answer my questions fully, no matter how many times she has to repeat it or explain it like a 5-year old.

If I could give zero stars I would. I called this agent to receive a quote, and then told him I needed time to think. I checked the mail this evening only to find that he had already set me up for a whole new policy without my permission. I had to call Allstate and ask for them to remove the policy. So glad I caught this before I was charged. This is so unprofessional!

When the tornado hit our house in 2015, Allstate was there the next week. The examiner wrote us a check on the spot. After the contractor provided his estimate, there was a little more money needed. Allstate issued an additional check, without complications. We were very happy to have Allstate homeowners insurance. They have earned our loyalty.

As a fellow agent, I have known Thomas his entire career. Thomas runs his agency with professionalism and with care and concern for his clients. He has surrounded himself with staff that have been with him a long time and provide the service and experience required to be successful in this business.

I’m very disappointed with allstate their service was terrible.In 2017 there was a oil tanker truck wanted to take a right turn on my left side and I was on his right side as he continued to change lane towards my left side then he impact my left passenger side and cause me to spin into the far left medium. I sent pictures and they had the police report to Allstate and Allstate refuse to continue settling the damage and also settle with the other insurance.When the driver changed into my lane he did not look twice or pay-attention to his driving since he know to double check his blindside before changing to the right lane. Since this incident happen I’m very disappointed with Allstate. I am now with another insurance company that is way cheaper and have the same coverage as Allstate. I can’t see why Allstate did that tome, I pay my bill on time I am a safe driver and that is why I am so agitated with allstate.
