I moved here from Mississippi. I really like the Customer Service because every time I call to pay my bill its always quick and easy The staff is very Friendly and Professional. I havent had any problems. I have recommended you all to others.

I just moved from California to Texas and Joshua made the transition smooth. He helped me with my new vehicles as well as educating on life insurance for my kids. I really appreciate the advice because I never thought about life insurance for my kids. Now that they are set up one less thing to worry about.

Will never purchase insurance with this company again.Purchased AUTO insurance a few months ago with this office. I was TOLD when I 1st purchased the insurance, if I added the SAFE DRIVING discount it would lower the policy SIGNIFICANTLY. All I had to do was accept a device upfront, then uninstall later, and still keep the discountThis was not TRUE! I purchased the insurance and the next month my bill went up over $100.00 per month When I inquired about the pricing, I was told I had to install an app on my phone and Bluetooth install a device on all 3 of my cars that would MONITOR my driving habits for the life of its installation.I never would have purchased the insurance with State Farm knowing a device would be monitoring my every move.I will never purchase insurance with this company and especially with this office again!

Joshua is an excellent agent! When our house flooded, he was right there every step of the way to help us through the process and made sure we had everything we needed!

So, my husband and I started with State Farm two months ago with another agent and to make a long story short, we ran into a situation that was causing our coverage to be canceled (no fault of our own).My husband and I went into Josh Thibodeaux’s office to get an understanding of the situation since this office was in the area.When I tell you, Mr. Thibodeaux sprang into action and got the whole situation rectified and gave us better coverage—we were so appreciative. I’ve not seen anyone care that much about making the customers’ concerns their concern. He truly took care of us. Worst customer service ever in our several years with State Farm! Never!! Have we had ANY issue as major as we did with this agent. First, the agent himself, is very arrogant and RUDE! Also, their employees are either hard of hearing or just plain do not know how to do their job! I have them a few chances before I requested to move to a new agent and the outcome with that was that now, we have NO COVERAGE!! They gave me the run around and just plain do not care!! I have escalated this issue and I am not done with them! I refuse to allow this after several years of great service. State Farm as a whole, has been wonderful, this agent and his staff have been a nightmare

I have been a State Farm customer for 12 years, and over these 12 years, I have had 3 different agents, and the first time I met Joshua and his team, they really made me understand why I stick to State Farm, and why I will be a life long State Farm customer. This office went above and beyond for me and my family, and Joshua treats everyone like family. Anytime I need anything, they are there to help, and always treat me with nothing but respect.
