Have been with this company many years. When John ran the company, always received the best customer service. Not anymore!!! Called to make payment on homeowners. Person at front desk was rude and confrontational. No suggestions of alternate ways to make payment during pandemic. If youre looking for customer service dont look here. She shopped around for the best policy for me with the most coverage at the best price. She was extremely friendly & helpful throughout the whole process. She took the time to explain everything to me. She was very professional.
