Some of the best customer service I have ever received at an automotive shop. Mechanics are communicative and clear about the issues found and progress of repairs. Repair was performed promptly and I was back on the road in no time. Would recommend this shop to all of my friends in the area!

They are extremely good at their job and their customer service is very good. They treat women equally to men which is extremely rare treatment at a car shop. You are treated with dignity and respect. my experiences with other mechanics is being treated like someone incapable of understanding what is wrong with the car. At Power Auto the main mechanic explains to me whats wrong and even shows me. I try to go here as much as possible because the work they do in your car is well worth the money (there is no such thing as returning to the shop to fix something that has already been fixed, unless the problem was caused by something else that has not been fixed) and they work very fast. Everyone is very friendly. i recommend this place to anyone who want great costumer service but above all, service their engine with a team of excellent mechanics. As I mentioned before, when you go to Power Auto you can leave assured that your car was taken care of.
