They were able to fix my car and get it perfect again. The owner was very kind and gave me a good price. Ill definitely be coming back. Very friendly place and they had good music playing.

Went there for a quote for a mild dent in my passenger door and every person I talked to acted like a was majorly inconveniencing them even though I called beforehand and was enthusiastically told now is a great time to come in..once I get there and figure out who I was supposed to be talking to, the first thing he asks is if I want the door to match the rest of my car......Obviously I want my door to match the rest of the car??? Then he says he has to call his boss to get a quote...he gets the quote and I ask for a receipt for the quote so that I can pass the info to the responsible party, and instead of giving me the receipt he says well when are you going to bring it in..why does that matter? Will the price be different if I don’t come back the next day? Seemed to me like they had no intention of honoring the quote which is why they were so hesitant to put the number on paper..so they hesitantly agree to give me a receipt for the quote but I have to wait for the boss to get there? Isn’t he the guy that just gave you the quote on the phone? I agree to wait cause they said he would only be 10-15 min... 20 min..later still no sign of the boss who is apparently the only person with the authority to type up receipts. I never got the receipt and I won’t be going back. I’d rather pay a little more and actually be able to trust the people that are going to have possession of my car for the 3 days it apparently would take to get rid of a mild dent. ((Do I want my door to match the rest of my car....I mean seriously???))
