I highly recommend using Nexus Auto Detail. I recently bought a used car and the interior REALLY needed to be cleaned. I bought the complete detail package and let me say it was worth every penny. That car ooks brand spanking new and they were able to remove ALL of the seat stains. Best part...they will come to your house to clean the car!

Do NOT hire this company to work on your car!Had a paint spill (water based paint) in carpet and dude decides to pressure wash the inside of the car without any notice...Left all carpet soaking wet and airbag sensor came on..called guy to come back and vac all that water out and never came back .Now I gotta pay extra to get all this water out of my car as well to get sensor replacedAnd also to remove the paint from carpet...

The gentleman that came to do my car worked so hard! My car hadnt been cleaned in 3 years and when he was done it looked like it had just come off the lot! He was so nice and I would highly recommend this business

I have taken two vehicles to this establishment for interior and exterior detailing. They treated me professionally. The employees got to work on my car within minutes of dropping it off. I did call for an appointment the day before, which may have helped to expedite the service. The workmanship was very good. Plus, I got the $10 discount just for asking. Coupons are on the website. I do recommend this place for interior and exterior detailing.

Today was my first experience with Nexus and I am very happy with the service and the great work they did on my HHR. It looks like new! I had the Complete Detail so it was interior seats/carpets, dash, etc., as well as exterior washing and waxing. My car looks so beautiful! I will definitely go back again and again for regular washing and waxing.

I took my cherished 1995 Honda del Sol in for detailing. It was really a mess and I actually thought it needed to be repainted. Even the black rubber trim had faded to gray. Nexus made my car look absolutely stunning. My del Sol now looks like the cute sports car its meant to be and that includes nice black rubber trim. Dont hesitate to go to them for your wash, wax or detailing. These guys know what they are doing. Ill be a repeat customer to keep my car looking good.

Sooooo disappointed with the treatment I just received from this company.A brochure given to me during my first visit to the shop showed their Saturday hours to begin at 8:00am, so I got up early to get there close to opening time for a complete detail. I arrived at 8:30am, and the neon Open sign was on, so I walked in. The reception area was empty, but I could see two men behind the shaded window, so I waited at the desk.I called out hello, and one of the men saw me but continued with what he was doing. I waited a little while longer, and then called out hello, a little louder. Both of the men looked up, stared at me, looked around, and then continued with their work.After a couple of minutes, I left the building and walked around to where the two men were and was shocked to see that one of them was the owner. The owner actually ignored a customer who was was waiting at the front desk for service. I asked him if they were open, and he just stared at me. I said I knew they saw me standing at the desk, wherein he then said they were closed and didnt open until 9am.I pointed out that their brochure said 8am and that the sign on the front said Open, but he just looked at me. I immediately knew Id never come back to that shop, again, so I told him thanks and that I would just go somewhere else. He said okay, and I left.Im really surprised and disappointed by this treatment. Even if there was some type of miscommunication in their opening time, they shouldnt have ignored me and let me stand in the reception area unattended. And his nonchalant attitude towards losing a customer spoke volumes. They obviously dont need business, so Im more than happy to take mine elsewhere.

I took my 2013 SRX in today for a complete detail, inside and out. It took about 2 hours, and afterwards my car has never been so clean! They had a pleasant wait room with a tv, and the guy who took care of me was super friendly and nice. My tires gleamed, my interior smelled fresh and sparkled, and my outside was polished and waxed to perfection. The cost was 159.99 for the full complete package, and was worth every penny! Would highly recommend!

This is place does good work if you either drive a very nice car. The first time I went I took my bmw and the manager/owner and workers were very enthusiastic about washing and waxing it and even took pictures of it at the end. The next few times werent too good. For example, I took my work truck there at around 3 during the middle of the weekday which meant there were no customers. They could care less about me as a customer or my time. I waited for over an hr to have them wash a truck and I was their only customer. The last straw was when I had my mother take her car to HAVE IT WASHED. She chose the $30 detail/wash and at the end when she had to pay they charged her $35 PLUS TIP saying that it was because THE CAR WAS DIRTY. WHY ELSE WOULD YOU GO GET A CAR WASH??? ON TOP OF THAT SHE WAITED AN HR AND A HALF WHEN THEY SAID THEYD BE DONE WITHIN 30 MINS. How they treat you depends on your car, atleast from my experience, I will never go here again. Even if you do drive a nice car I wouldnt go here based on how they treat people, do you really want to give them your business?

I would give no star to this place if i could. I read all the previous reviews and thought it would be good place to go to have my car cleaned. but i guess Not. all this people who have good experience may be owning high-end cars. because my experience was different. when I got there all i saw was nice bmw. Mercedes and Audi. with my car no one came to me I had to walk around to ask for someone. finally when I did. I asked I think who was manager to give me 30 dollars package where inside and outside is cleaned. and he said ok but extra for mini van. I already cleaned the liners at home so all he had was main rug to clean which was pretty much clean anyway but I said ok. I set down in wating area I asked person next me how long you been waiting? he said 30 min. (his car was still getting cleaned in front of my eyes before I left the store. and ofcours he drove BMW ) Then after 40 minutes they were done and manager came to call me. when I went outside, I saw car wasnt washed. so I asked him. apparently he only clean inside of car with their package of 30 of full inside detail. and I asked him I never used word detail. and I had my car detail it takes more then 40 minutes to do that. he raised his shoulder and pretend to be dumb. so I asked him since I am here can you wash my van too. I will pay extra. now this is what pissed me off is his response. he said its a hand wash. you take your car to any automatic car wash. its 8 dollars. hand wash is for nice car. its just mini van. I meen who says that? I paid him as much as other people do I didnt get discount so what gives this so called manager right to judge people based on their car and how they like to keep it cleaned. i ended up going to automatic carwash down to street to have my car cleaned. I would not be going to this place again. They spend more time and effort cleaning expensive cars, high end cars then they do any Nissan or honda or Toyota. they treat customers same based on their car. but charge same amount of money. This place is bs.
