I have been going to this particular dry cleaner for several years now and it has not been the best cleaners I have used but it was mostly for convenience of the location. I dropped off my dry cleaning business as usual two months ago and gave them 4 brand new pairs of pants to press. When I came back I picked up my pants and shirts and went about my day. After a couple of days I noticed that one of the pairs of pants was not mine and was decently not brand new. So I put the pants aside and was planning on taking them back at the next cleaning. Two or so weeks went by and I had dropped off my dry cleaning as I normally do and made mention of it to the manager. He said no problem bring the pants back in and we will figure it out. Alter weeks later I bring the pants in they take them and say give up some time to track down your pants. Several weeks go by they never find my pants and continue to try and give me back the pants I brought back saying those were mine. This goes in for weeks and always someone new trying to give me the same pants. I finally got to the owner and said you can either give me the 38 dollars for the pants I brought in or loose my business relationship. They chose to loose the business relationship over 38 dollars. I wont even mention all of the other times I received sub par cleaning from this establishment. Not worth the headache or time to continue to argue over 38 dollars I would think twice before using this particular cleaners. I will definitely be moving on.

I do not recommend this place. Poor communication, poor quality of dry cleaning and they just dont care about their customer. I have been going to this place for the past 2 years and have multiple instances of bad experience. I have decided to take my business elsewhere and will be reporting them to BBB and other agencies. I gave them a brand new pair of true religion jeans and they returned to me a damaged pair of jeans. Instead of fixing the problem they argued with me that its my fault which is ridiculous. People come here for the cheap price but ultimately you will pay the price as either they will damage your item or loose it. Save your money and go to a decent dry cleaners. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE !!

Very friendly, great prices and great service. very happy and must give them 5 stars. I requested same day service and they did it at lowest price and the quality was par to high end cleaners. I will highly recommend them....

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE !!! The have bunch of fake reviews on google by their friends and family. Please check out yelp for their true review. I gave them a pair of brand new jeans and they ruined it and told me that they will not do anything. Save your money and time. They might be the cheapest in town but you will regret it when they ruin or loose your item!!

We have only lived in California for two years,but our family takes our clothes here about every 10 days. My husband gets his dress shirts dry cleaned here and he hasnt been disappointed. My daughter and I take our clothes here which includes dresses and skirts and jackets. The prices are way cheaper than the other cleaners in Dublin and Pleasanton. You have to pay when you drop your clothes off,and most times pick up is the next day by 4pm.Give Xpress Cleaners a try, great prices and great service!!

I am new to the area and stumbled across this dry cleaner. I read the bad reviews but decided I would give it a shot and form my own opinion. You cant believe everything you read online! The prices are VERY reasonable and the quality is just as good. Not sure what people are complaining about. My recommendation is that you try them out and form your own opinion. I paid a third of what others cleaners in the area charge! Keep throwing money away if you want!

I have decided to take my business elsewhere. I have patronized Xpress Dry Cleaners for almost two years and have had several bad experiences with the quality of service. It all started with a brand new white dress shirt being cleaned that was returned to me with a blue tint around the collar. The second issue was so many of my buttons being sheared off of my shirts, I thought it could have been because of wear and tear but it also happened to new shirts. The third issue was when I asked for pants to be altered, the pants came back so bad that I told them I would not allow them to try again and I took them to the Men’s Warehouse who did a excellent job. The very last straw was what they did to my suits last week, my suit pants came back with two creases down the front. One was the permanent crease that was applied when I purchased the suits and the second crease was the new one that Xpress Dry Cleaners decided to make. If you want to keep your nice clothes looking nice, don’t come here.

This was my first and last time using there dry cleaning service. They charge hefty amount on Indian suits which was a normal long shirt with very little hand work on it. Even after that high amount I paid the make up stains were still there and they warned that we can try cleaning it again but the material may rip which they will not take the responsibility. On top of that they cant do simple pressing the pants. I have never encountered such a pathetic service with no apology or remorse of a sorry job. I will never go back to them and will warn others to not use their service. If you cant iron pants then what are you charging the money for?

Poor quality cleaners. I have used them for 2 months and twice my shirts have been misplaced. Long brown hair and black lint on my white button downs on another occasion. Its also not the cheapest in town.
