I called Stanley Steamer to my home to have my air ducts cleaned. I received a text with a picture of the technician before he arrived so I knew who to expect. When the technician arrived he was very professional, courteous and complied with covid protocol. He explained the process thoroughly and even allowed me to observe the process. I was very impressed with the level of knowledge and skill portrayed. The technician explained that Stanley Steamer cleans carpet, hardwood floors, porcelain, grout and more. I rate this company and the technician an A+.

I scheduled duct cleaning. The service was great. I had a few questions regarding the services that I was receiving and they were answered professionally and I did not feel rushed. I can highly recommend everyone Ive interacted with here, from the service techs to the customer reps. Everyone is warm and competent.Initially contacted them after another companys carpet cleaning did not sufficiently remove the odors in my carpet from the previous tenant. They did an awesome job with that, and I could no longer detect the odors.Since they had a special on air duct assessments, I had them take a look. I was impressed with the honesty and thoughtfulness of the technician who came out to assess. When they did the dryer vent cleaning, the team (led by Jeremy) that came out was also amazing.I dont have a great sense of how cheap/expensive they are compared to the market, but I felt like it was money well spent for me.

My technician, Boris, arrived promptly precisely 30 minutes following my alert text notification. I walked him through my home, showing him the rooms/areas to be cleaned and highlighting stains which would require special attention.He accessed water through my garage spigot and set up his equipment quickly. He offered an enhanced protection product, though I declined.He pretreated all areas, emphasizing those stained. He efficiently cleaned all three rooms and my entry hallway. He successfully removed all stains, applying some special product to several which did not respond on his first effort.Upon completion, Boris quickly and carefully removed his equipment and loaded up his truck.We conducted the sales transaction via his phone & tablet and the entire service was completed within 45 minutes of his arrival.I have successfully utilized Stanley Steemer in the past and would recommend them for your cleaning needs.

Very disappointing. Arrived at the end of the service window, and then didn’t have the right equipment to clean a couch. Not sure how that happens, but waited an hour with the service person coming in and out of my house to tell me someone was “arriving momentarily” with the right equipment. What should have taken 30 minutes turned into a two-hour ordeal.The couch is kind of clean. And they gave me a discount for the delay, but it was still more expensive than other services I’ve used. Unfortunately, they damaged both my wall and the foot of my couch while banging equipment around. I can’t seem to add pictures, but there’s a gash out of both :(

Company was able to make suggestions and explain process, then get me scheduled within 24 hours of my call. Employee (sorry cant remember) was polite, professional and answered my questions without hesitation. He wasnt impatient and made sure I had a good understanding of what was being done and what the results should be.I will definitely use Stanley Steamer again in the future.

I scheduled a carpet cleaning for three rooms and obtained a favorable appointment window. Jimmyand Rashad arrived right on time and did a very professional job. He offered me added services which I declined because I will be replacing the carpet soon. They were courteous, punctual and professional, which is what you want from a service organization. Melanie was straightforward about a dark stain in a couple places. She warned me that it might not get totally out but that she would try. About 80% of it did come out which was better than it was. She was very professional and enjoyable.

We were interested in having Stanley Steemer clean and seal the grout in our bathroom tiles. We thought we would have the master bath handled yesterday and then plan a future visit for our other 3 bathrooms. Our technician was Dana and when he arrived he checked out all of the bathrooms and developed an overall quote. He said he could complete the entire job in one day. So we asked him to proceed. It was a long day for Dana but he did an excellent job. He was professional and dedicated working through a hot afternoon. The job took nearly 8 hours. All of the tile, tub and shower enclosures now looks like new. It was a pleasure doing business with Dana and Stanley Steemer. I would highly recommend their services and am sure well be back in touch in the future.

We just had Stanley steamer leave the house maybe an hour ago. Our house smells like a new house (we have 4 dogs and 2 kids lol) and the carpet looks brand new!!! Had them out to clean my ducting. It was probably the first time my 1960s home ever had it done. The before and after pictures were pretty astounding in the amount of dirt and dander they cleaned out. They were quick, professional, and explained everything about the process. Very happy!

On June 14, 2021 we had Air Duct and dryer vent cleaning and service. Technicians Jeremy and Keagan were excellent. Very professional and friendly and knowledgeable about the service and offered advice and tips that will help in the future. They took every precaution to keep our home clean and safe throughout the whole process. Jeremy explained in detail everything they were doing and took photos to show us before and after. They put everything back in place and cleaned each area when done. We are beyond impressed by the service and experience with the technicians and Stanley Steemer. Will absolutely call Stanley Steemer for other services we need in the home.

Request Elijah for your technician. super polite and did a fantastic job on our less than new dirty carpets. He paid special attention to the high traffic areas and pulled up most all of the stains. We had tried Dry step in the past and although it lifted the pile.of.the carpet it did nothing noticable to clean the carpet. So much happier with the cleanliness achieved with steam cleaning method. So so happy!

First to respond to my water mitigation, started services immediately, fair pricing and flexibility in services. Thorough and followed thru until area was dry. While remediating they were able to provide carpet and upholstery cleaning to 2 large area rugs, 4 large sofas and 2 love seats. I scheduled an appointment for air duct quote and signed contract same day, and scheduled. Additionally, I scheduled to have a couch and loveseat cleaned. They came and upsold carpet cleaning. The employee in my home told me it was essentially 6 cleans a year, if I didn’t want to do them all at the same time. So I accepted it. When I called in because my invoice had a different amount on it, the agent told me that I could only do 3 year and it was not their policy. I would’ve appreciated honest and up front from the beginning. So that I could make that decision from the start. I will be canceling our air duct cleaning and using someone else.

Boris was fantastic. I had a dog vomit stain I couldn’t remove and had used Stanley Steamer previously to try and get that stain out. However, the previous guy “tried” and said it wasn’t coming up, but come to find out he didn’t make much of an effort (along with scratching up the wood along the stairs, too). That was awhile ago. Boris showed up, I explained all I needed to have cleaned and showed him the previous spot. He made some suggestions and I told him to do what he had to and he did. The stain that has been there for months came up. It took him a while but he made a fantastic effort and it looks great. Much appreciated.

I had grout cleaning done to my kitchen floor. It is a tedious and time consuming job. The technician took his time, and cleaned it as if it was his own kitchen floor. He was professional, and showed respect by putting a covering over his shoes to protect my floors, and he had on his mask when entering the premises due to the Corona Virus. I will use this company again in the near future.

They cleaned our ductwork today and did a very thorough job. I had constant coughing and allergy symptoms so we scheduled Stanley Steemer to clean our ductwork. They showed me pictures of how dirty our vents and returns were and it shocked me. Afterwards it actually smelled fresher and my coughing stopped almost immediately! It has never been cleaned and our home is 20 years old! Don’t wait, get it done and you will be happy! I can now take deep breaths again!

After they got done there were obvious still stains on my carpet. I have pictures of where they finished and I cleaned a spot of the carpet with my personal steam cleaner totally huge difference. One of the rooms have a bad smell in it that was not there before. Very very poor job and rather cleaned my carpets on my own and done a heck of a better job using my own steam cleaner. The job is so bad had to call to make complaint to get my money back!!!
