I came across this company on Craigslist, to have my carpets cleaned. I have a lot of foot traffic through my home, and a few too many pets stains. Jason the man who did my carpets was informative, professional, and was able to make my carpets white and looking new with a fresh cherry smell. They even offered my a great biweekly cleaning special!! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

I think you did a great job! My carpet is 15 years old(but we keep up on it) And they did a wonderful job. Looks like new!

Our carpet was left in the same condition as it was found. Meaning that we see absolutely no difference in the before and after. Will never use this company again nor recommend to anyone.

Let me start by saying this is the first time Ive ever taken the time to write a review, but its warranted. I would give this place no star if I could. I scheduled an appointment for carpet cleaning on Thursday, Oct. 12th from 12-4pm with a promise of receiving a courtesy call. The day of, I called them twice, no answer and no one showed up. At the end of the second call I left a message. I cant remember her name, so Ill refer to her as the office manager, called Friday evening saying I should have received voice message ( I did not). They had to cancel because their truck was broken. She apologized and offered free deodorizing and rescheduled for this morning, Saturday from 8am-10 for the inconvenience they caused me. I received a call at 2pm, saying well be there in 30 minutes. I informed the guy my appointment was this morning. He told me I was wrong, asked if I wanted to cancel (as if they were not in the wrong). I told him I was not home. He sad OK and hung up. No apology or anything. I moved a lot of furniture to have my carpet cleaned and I tried giving them a second chance and they still didnt honor their commitment. This place has inconvenienced me and apparently doesnt care. BEWARE!!!

Came across this company on Groupon. Called and booked directly through them. I KEEP my house clean and I regularly self clean my carpets (professionally maybe once a year). I just opened a home pet boarding business and needed a thorough clean. Their petlovers treatment was spectacular. My carpets look radiant, as if they were just installed. The customer service was AWESOME. Im very impressed. Im recommending to aaaaaaall of my friends Im the area and Ill be using them again and again going forward.

I bought this via groupon. So far what i ever i have purchased from groupon had no issues and quite frankly had excellent experience on all those deals. However Nationwide cleaners is my life time bad experience who i wouldnt recommend to any one . They have cancelled my appointment three times citing various reasons. So far i have called them on phone close to 25 times to which they have returned back my call only 3 times. The lady on the phone was so rude and ordered me to cancel my order. I would like to make a humble plea not to pursue with this provider. I personally embarrassed for writing this review however i am left with no options other than publishing this review so that no other customer should go through what i went through. God Bless

HORRIBLE Customer Service - even giving them 1 star is one too many. Id purchased a Groupon offered by this company - but failed to check availability BEFORE Id purchased (my bad). Per the fine print (see image), it was subject to availability. To ensure Id be able to get service prior to moving out of my condo before the end of the month, Id called immediately that day and spoke with the owner - who had said they had nothing available until May, but that he would check the next day and get back with me. Nothing the next day. I called back today, and spoke to the manager/receptionist/scheduler - who told me that they have a limited number of Groupon Slots available each week, and would not be able to accommodate scheduling until well after my move-out date. I then asked - if I were to just schedule regularly without Groupon, was there availability? She proceeded to look in her system, and confirmed 2 slots were available next week. But they were NOT available for Groupon customers. She was not willing to work or negotiate, and in fact, was snarky about me reading the fine print on Groupon about calling to check availability first. To which, I replied, you have availability - just not to me. AND THAT fine print isnt listed on their Groupon Advertisement. She stated - well, we can only allocate a FEW slots each week to schedule Groupon or Angies list vouchers, as we wouldnt be making a profit, if we didnt restrict and limit scheduling of those customers (Hey- heres an idea - THEN DO NOT OFFER YOUR SERVICES ON GROUPON OR ANGIES LIST). I pointed out that the company makes NO profit by having open appointments that dont get scheduled at all. After maaming me to death, I requested to speak to the manager. She said she was the manager, I asked to speak to the person she reports to, to which she said was the owner (and was the person Id originally spoken with). She said he was unavailable to speak to me. Id had enough. I immediately called Groupon to get a refund. Groupon (which was TERRIFIC customer service, by the way) lodged this as a complaint against this Company - as this is NOT what their ad claims Maybe this company should advertise this on these sites: Call for availability as we restrict and place low prioritization on slots we deem applicable for use of this voucher. Anyone who purchases this voucher, expect scheduling delays as we do not value you the same way we value those who pay full price. These people not only lost my business for this transaction, but for establishing a repeat customer relationship with me for all future carpet cleaning needs. Isnt that the point of Groupon anyways - to build up your customer base??!! As a follow up, I went back and reread the customer reviews on their groupon page, and can see that, yes - this is how this company has treated others who bought the Groupon: scheduling delays, cancellations of appointments by the company, failure to return calls, and poor customer service... So the manager was right - I really should have read the fine print and followed what other customers thought of them!
