What an awesome experience! Niles was incredibly kind, helpful and professional and the service was incredibly fast. I had my oil service done in 15 minutes and 26 seconds! Ive been used to waiting 2 hours at the dealer. Just amazing. Loved the cameras to watch the work being done. Ill be back for sure.

Very fast and professional. They do all the checks afterward to make sure they did their job correct. Cheaper than jiffy lube. They give you some service recommendations that they can perform or you can. Been there twice now both times were fantastic. Maybe 20 minutes for an oil change.

You can NOT beat their speed!! Plus, being able to stay in the card with kiddos is part of why Valvoline is my #1 choice. I used to go to them in a different state across the country and was extremely happy when I found them here in Utah! I will never go anywhere else again. I love that I wasn’t pushed to buy any additional services and they explained everything they were doing and recommended thoroughly.

This hasn’t happened before so we took our car back & told the guys the new issue.It was towards closing time but they still took us in & looked at what was causing the issue.Turns out something wasn’t tighten all the way but Connor & his team took care of it & we left with no issues! I brought my Buick lacrosse into this location for service for an oil change a couple of months ago, about a month and a half after getting the oil change my car started exhibiting odd behavior, such as randomly dying at stop lights, the car bucking, my stability trac notification coming on, and my engine notifying me that it was going to half power. My neighbor who works for Delta as a mechanic let me know that there was no oil in the car. Upon removing the dipstick to see where exactly the oil level was at, we came to find out there was no oil in the car at all. It took several cords to fill up the oil that should’ve been replaced two months prior. I definitely will not be coming back to this business. Now I have been notified that I have catalytic converter issues, and there could be a number of other things wrong with my car because the oil was not changed correctly.

This place is clean and professional. The owner is a good man and his team here is great.

This is my favorite place to go for an oil change. Every employee is so kind and helpful. Theyre fast and the drive thru option has been so helpful when I have my kids with me. I also once went in for an oil change and they told me it wasnt necessary, refilled all my fluids, and let me go no charge. I love an honest and kind company.

I had previously been going to Jiffy Lube to get my oil changed for two years and this time they didnr have my oil so i found Valvoline and they notified me they jiffy lube wasnt even putting in the correct oil. Their employees were so professional and made sure they got my car fixed right not to mention only took 10 minutes! Im now converted to valvoline only and if you use any where else you should too!!

I think weve all had some pretty uncomfortable, unpleasant or outright bad experiences with car places when just getting our oil changed. I find myself putting if off longer than necessary because Ive just had enough unpleasant experiences.All that is over! Two days ago I got my oil changed here and it was a downright pleasant experience! I couldnt have been more impressed with the professionalism and kindness of the kid who took care of me, so clear with every single thing and so professional. I never once felt talked down to. There are cameras on the hood of the car and underneath so as you sit in your car as they do it (which was AMAZING, it really shows how quickly they will get it done) and you can watch every step. That level of transparency felt so honest and impressive.All in all, I was in and out in about 15 minutes TOTAL. Totally fast, totally impressive in every way. I cant recommend this place enough!

I pulled up at one of the few times there wasn’t a wait. 4 guys all jumped in to help with an emissions inspection, oil change, and when they noticed that my air filter needed changing, one the employees went down the street to get me a new one!! I would not recommend this place I hate doing this but I went in for an oil change on Friday afternoon did a oil change with new oil filter that’s all fine that I know of but I had them change a fuel filter on my vehicle and they messed something up very badly went back to discuss the problem and they where no help sense they done my fuel filter have I’ve had nothing but problems with my truck lagging very different idle and Terrible fuel economy so now I’m in a bind with driving my vehicle

The staff were very friendly and informative, and you get to stay in your car and watch them work under your car on screen (which was really cool). I was sitting here thinking about how quick things were getting done, when one of the guys came over and apologized for the wait. Best oil change place.Going to a chain to have your oil changed is always going to cost more than doing it yourself. With that out of the way, this is hands down the best chain out there.You dont leave your car, so you can *see* them do the work. No possibility for shady games with your air filters...Theres even cameras above and below, so you can see the person under your car draining the oil and changing the oil filter, plus (since your view under the hood is blocked by the hood) what they are checking on top.All in all, its a great deal, and you know what you are getting.

How have I never heard of this place?? I needed and oil change and just happened to be driving by and saw there wasn’t a wait so I stopped by. YOU GET TO STAY IN YOUR CAR THE ENTIRE TIME?? That is a game changer with kids! They did a full inspection and showed me what they were doing step-by-step. They were also very friendly and efficient; in and out in 10 minutes. Connor was so friendly and helpful, as well. They just got themselves a customer for life!

They were fast and efficient. Very friendly, showed me my oil levels before I left. They topped off all my fluids. I didn’t feel like they were trying to take advantage of me because I was a women and the prices were very reasonable. More than $40 less than the dealer service shop.

I was greeted as soon as I pulled in and directed where to go. When I pulled into the bay, someone walked me through what was recommended for my car, the services they offer, and the pros and cons of each. On top of changing my oil they also checked that all my lights were working properly and checked the air in my tires. The whole thing took less than 15 minutes. Fast, friendly, and thorough service.

Best place to get an oil change. Super efficient. I loved the cameras so I could see people working on my car. Answered my questions and went the extra mile.The best thing about this place is that the associates are NOT pushy salespeople. Every time I go to JiffyLube, whoever is working on my car recommends a million products and parts even if I already replaced them recently. The associates at Valvoline didnt push or try to make me feel dumb about my car.

Was looking for a close oil change place to get 2 vehicles taken care of in a hurry. I havent been here before, so me and the girlfriend figured to try them out before driving to our usual shop. I must say they were extremely efficient with a friendly staff. This will be our new location.

I went to this location earlier this week to get an express oil change. I was immediately greeted and informed that power was out in the entire area and the oil change might take longer. I agreed to let them do the oil change anyway. These guys were so organized and were very professional. Within less then 10 mins I had about 5 guys working on my car. They gave me an oil change and changed my filter. With no power, no way to run my credit card or use any type of computer programs, these guys had me out the door in 25 minutes! NO bad for the improvisation they had to do. These guys turned what usually would have been a complete catastrophe into a great success, I will be returning with my second vehicle next week :).

I was in Draper and ran out of wiper fluid (not good on a rainy day with so much salt being kicked up from the last snow storm). I also sprained my ankle yesterday (because snow and ice) and didn’t want to hobble into a store to buy some and put it in myself. I stopped by this location hoping to have them top off the fluid. I was happy to pay for it, but they waved me in, checked my tire pressure, topped off the wiper fluid, and even topped off my oil - all free of charge! While I just stumbled onto this place, I was very impressed and would definitely go out of my way to come back in the future!

Wow! This was the easiest, most stress free oil change I have ever gotten! Usually I have my husband take my car in for the oil change. I know nothing about cars (except what I need to know to drive mine around) and I always feel like I get up charged on everything or told that I need this or that to be replaced. It stresses me out because I don’t know what they are talking about and if my filter really needs to be changed or not. I went to Valvoline because I knew I wanted to avoid jiffy lube and this was the next closest place. I pulled right in. There are two cameras that show you exactly what they are doing to your car at all times. Right away he started explain what the manufacturer recommends on my vehicle and gives me a price immediately while other people from the team were checking everything. He brought out the air filter and said that I could probably get it changed on the next oil change!! What!!? No up sale!? This is a first! I watched the whole oil change happen. And it only took 14 minutes! Before I left, they checked to make sure no oil was leaking from the change. This is amazing too because last time my husband had his oil changed at another place, we had oil ALL over our garage the next day. Called that place and they told us it was just what had spilled over. I’m not lying when I say for four days, I had to use up a whole thing of paper towels trying to clean all that oil off of our garage floor. It was so much oil. I couldn’t believe it. And also made me wonder how much we paid for that oil that was now all over our garage. The fact that Valvoline checks little details like that, is what will make me a customer for life! Thank you for making the oil change easy and stress free.

I’ve been to this Valvoline instant oil change a few times now with my car and my wife’s car. They are very honest and helpful. They answer all of our questions each time we come. They are super fast, you can get an oil change in less than 15 minutes here, it’s waaayyy faster than jiffy lube. They don’t try and trick you into buying stuff you don’t need. The staff is extremely professional and friendly. Definitely recommended coming here for an oil change.

If I’m going to pay $114 for an oil change on my bmw, I’d expect them to at least know how to properly put the oil cap back on. I got my oil changed a few days ago, and today I decided to look under my hood, and to my surprise, the cap was not on properly and there was oil spillage in the engine bay.If you have a car you really care for, find an independent shop that knows your car.This was my first time here and probably my last.They are also supposed to do a complimentary check on things and I didn’t get any info of what was found.

I am a lazy car guy who usually gets his oil changed at Jiffy Lube. But after a few incidents at a couple different ones in the valley I was out looking for a new place. This Valvoline was close to home and the prices were similar. However the quality couldn’t have been further from Jiffy’s. First off they don’t badger you about upgrades and replacements. They have also never over tightened an oil filter on my car. In addition they are very forthcoming with any coupons they currently have. As an extra awesome detail, they mentioned my skid plate was only secured with 2/5 fasteners. So they quickly added a few fasteners. There is something to be said for a place that makes you feel taken care of. Will be back and will send family and friends here as well!

We’ve used valvoline for our oil changes for a year now. This last time, the gasket for our oil pan kept failing. It was incredibly stressful at first, knowing the damage that could have been done as well as having to try three times to get it fixed. However, Jaden at the Draper location went above and beyond for us. He was not only fully willing to fix it, he went out of his way to help. His first solution was to get us an entirely new bolt from an auto parts store next door. We didn’t even ask. He made the calls, coordinated the times, and kept us informed. When it still failed the next time, he told us we could come back immediately and he’d stay open late for us. When we got there, we were told he was on his way back from driving almost 30 miles to and from an Audi dealership to get a specific crush gasket for our car!! Again, we didn’t even have to ask for such a thorough solution. We did ask on the last attempt just for good measure that they completely redo the oil change, rather than keep the current oil in the engine through their pressure system. He didn’t even hesitate to say yes. In the end the crush gasket worked He was so kind and reassuring the entire time. Always professional. Fantastic mechanic on top of excelling in customer service. Definitely recommend.

How did I not know about Valvoline before!? My baby had just fallen asleep in the car when we got there to get our oil changed. I was about to load all of our stuff and get out when the Valvoline guy told me I could stay in my car the whole time for the oil change and he walked me through the whole process while I sat there and my baby slept! I was done in 15 minutes! It was awesome!

Idk whats the deal with JL having a monopoly here in SLC and being super pricey, but it definitely makes it tricky getting cheap AND quick service.They are also one of the only places open on a Sunday. And they give you a discount for the wonderful car wash next door.
